Chapter 3: Crossing a Fine Line.
After the meeting was over the founders of the Forbidden Fortress had started making their Plan B if anything were to go wrong they were hoping that it wouldn't have to come to that. While they were in the study they were interrupted by their kids walking into the study. The oldest in order came through the door first Henry who was two years older than Wolfram and Yuki after Luna and Ashley had learnt the truth behind the murder of the Kimaru Pack they changed their daughter's name to the Japanese word for 'snow' she was born as cold as snow so that was why they had named her Snow Halo Kimaru-Takahashi but after learning that Snow White had ordered bounty hunter to kill Ashley's parents for five million they decided to call her Yuki. They didn't want to change the meaning of her name completely a new form of a simple word was the best solution. As Henry, Wolfram and Yuki had walked through the doors their younger siblings walk in timidly behind them in order of age once again; Christine, Brook, Lucine, Drakkar, and Hazel. Once Ashley had become great friends with Regina knowing she could trust her she let her kids met hers. The last three to walk into the room were the twins who were the oldest out of all of them Adelaide and Isabella with their younger brother, Victor.
"Why are you kids still up?" Regina asked
"This whole war thing is bullshit! We're worried that this might be a trap." Adelaide said
"I would have to agree with her. Are you sure that Snow would want to fight you. I mean truly fight you if she does she has the likely chance that someone in the army much accidently kill ma. Knowing what I hear she wouldn't want anything to happen to Emma…" Henry said
"Mommy…please no fighting…" Hazel said as she walked towards Regina holding tightly to her stuff teddy bear that Regina had made for her when a flying monkey came flying towards her. For an Evil Queen she has her soft sides as well as all powerful people in their Kingdoms. Ashley, Elsa and Regina would do anything for their children. They were the only other people in the world that truly see them for who they are. Dragging them into their battles was the last thing that they would want to happen. But the thought of that knife and the note that Snow had sent the first day all of this started to Elsa's palace in the rooms of their eldest children. They were just glad they hadn't learnt of the newest heir to the throne it wasn't too long Victor had come into this world the only people that know of his existent was Regina and Ashley. The other members of the Forbidden Fortress didn't know of the third heir. It was then that the three women realized how much time they were putting into making sure everything when according to plan as well as their backup plan that they hadn't had the time to spend with their kids. Hazel crawled up to Regina's lap as she gave her mom her best puppy dog eyes.
"I do believe we have been at this for hours on end. Why don't we just spend it with our kids?" Elsa said
"Is Rosa coming to visit us?" Hazel asked
"Who is that?" Ashley asked
"I forgot to mention that Maleficent had a child with Aurora." Regina said
"Wait what and I didn't know about that?" Ashley asked
"Yes dear as much as we didn't know you had a daughter as well." Regina said
"Alex was kidnapped by Rumpelstiltskin that is my reason behind my dislike for that little imp." Ashley growled
"I didn't know he kidnapped children." Emma said
"Well technically he didn't do it. He made a deal with Peter Pan to make Alex his first lost girl. Wolfram was taken when he found her in a cage I don't really remember how we got them out." Ashley said
"Hmm…that is very interesting news to know." Regina said
"We should really take a break from this though. Snow is not going to take away the time we have with our kids." Elsa said
"Yay!" Hazel and Alex high-fived.
The families went to the garden where sword fighting training sometimes is Emma, Anna and Luna were still dressed in their armor it was standard for them to. Hazel, Victor and Alex had become best friends when the Forbidden Fortress came together. They are the same age in fact all of their kids are in the same age range Henry is the same age as Yuki and Wolfram, Christine is the same age as Lucine while Brook is the same age as Drakkar the eldest out of all of them were Adelaide and Isabella.
"What is happening with this war?" Henry asked as he was walking with her mothers.
"For right now nothing is happening. If anything it will be just scare tactic for Snow she doesn't like conflict." Regina said
"You know when this war breaks out Hans's brother will go after Victor, Alex and Hazel…I know killing Hans was easy because he was arrogant. Which reason why his assassination attempt on you didn't work he is a ruthless killer and so are his brothers." Adelaide said
"I will be damned if they try to hurt my children! They lay a finger on any of their heads they are going to wish they never angered the Snow Queen." Elsa said
"I was hoping to hear that from you. Victor had a nightmare last night…I couldn't sleep because I was too busy thinking about what I could do to help. He was worried that he'd lost you…all of you and us. I never have seen fear so great." Wolfram said
"If Snow has the guts to have the blood of children on her hands just for being a part of the Forbidden Fortress than she will suffer for it." Regina said
"All three of you act like your evil. But seeing how you are with us we all know that's not true." Henry said
"Thank you Henry that means so much to me." Regina smiled
"Mommy, can Ashley teach me how to sword fight!?" Hazel asked
"No dear you're not old enough to wield a sword." Regina said
"Awww why not?" Hazel asked
"Well sweetheart when you're old enough to wield your own sword you get to make your own…you haven't learnt the types of swords there are. Tell you what you can watch Ashley and I that way you can know a thing or two without having to worry about getting hurt. How does that sound to you?" Emma asked kneeling to her daughter's level.
"Okay mama. When can I make my own sword though?" Hazel asked
"When you're fifteen." Adelaide said
"No fair! I'm only five!" Hazel said
"Well we're in the same boat." Victor said
"Don't worry little pups you will get your weapons just in a few more years till then you are stuck with playing with wooden swords." Ashley said
"Fine…" Hazel grumbled
Emma and Ashley had walked into the field where there was enough space to show off their skills. There were great stories about what happens when a Kimaru enters the battle grounds of a war. Hazel read all of them and she wanted to witness it first hand or at least see how she does it. Ashley was also a dual wielder.
"Alright make sure you watch carefully I am a fast one after all." Ashley said with a smirk before anyone knew it Ashley was behind Emma was her blade to the side of Emma's neck.
"You're fast I'll give you that." Emma said
"It's the werewolf thing." Ashley said
"That was so cool do it again!" Hazel said
"You're cute you know that." Ashley said when she teleported to Hazel picking her up.
"How'd you do that?" Victor asked
"It's what I call Shadow Teleportation with my dark powers I can open up two portals one to step into and another to come out of. It's a hard skill to master when you want it to look like you're just moving fast." Ashley said
"That's so cool!" Alex smiled
"That it is baby girl. Maybe I can teach you it when we figure out why your Dark Powers aren't there." Ashley said
"Yay!" Alex smiled
"Is there a reason behind the lack of the Kimaru power in Alex?" Elsa asked
"Something happened on Neverland I just haven't figured that out just yet." Ashley said
"Know you that won't take too long." Regina mused
"Well it might take a lot longer than usual because I have to figure out why Alex is still alive." Ashley said
"What does that mean?" Emma asked
"A Kimaru's Dark Powers are part of the subconscious it like not being able to live without the frontal lobe. It's a part of our DNA structure it defines us without it we are crippled. Whoever extracted it did it with care and might try using it against us." Ashley said
"That poor girl does she know how much danger she could be in?!" Emma asked
"No, I don't want her freaking out. Alex's panic attacks are far worse than Lucine's." Ashley said
"You mean with the Black Wolf Effect?" Henry asked
"Yes that exactly…" Ashley said
"Black Wolf Effect?" Regina asked
"When the dark powers starts controlling the transformation it's a rare side effect that Kimarus have. Dark thoughts are the likely cause for it to happen you turn into a giant black wolf." Ashley said
"It's weird…Victor, Hazel and Alex are all the same age…their birthdays are really close together…was this some sort of fate or just a coincidence?" Christine said
"Fate…something like that just doesn't happen." Luna said
"I think it was planned you know how Rumple planned you to be the savior. But Regina never cast the curse…that could be a backup if this war gets out of hand." Elsa said
"Oh I plan to use it if things get out of hand." Regina said
"We decided it would be in our best interest to ensure that our children are safe." Emma said
"Mommy, look what I made!" Hazel said
"It's beautiful sweetie just be careful. Magic comes with a price." Regina said
"I remember mommy. You can keep this one to remember me when you go into battle." Hazel said
"Thank you, sweetie." Regina said
"I think we should head back inside." Ashley said
"I'll stay out here and keep a close eye on them don't worry." Christine said
Regina, Ashley and Elsa had gone back into the study as they were finishing up on their plans and go back to doing some of their other royal duties when they were done something happened guards came running into the study informing their queens and king that an ambush just happened and that Alex, Victor and Hazel were taken while Christine was badly beaten.
"I-I tried to stop them…but they took away my magic…" Christine said
"You did fine dear. Rest now we'll get your sister back as well as Victor and Alex." Regina said
"Henry, I am going to need you to watch over the Kingdoms for us while we're gone." Emma said
"What are you going to do?" Henry asked as he helped Christine to her feet.
"We're going to do whatever it takes to get your sister back as well as the other heirs if any harm comes to them. We will personally see that the message comes clear. Anyone the mess with Arendelle and their allies as well as the next heirs to the throne will be punished as such and will live a life of pain and misery." Elsa said
"I'll do my best to keep everything up and running till you get back. Wolfram, Yuki would you like to help me?" Henry asked
"It's would be an honor, Princes Henry." Wolfram said
"Papa, you have to hurry to get them back. Alex as been through far too much as of right now let's not make this part of that list." Yuki said
"I won't I promise you that." Ashley said
Henry, Yuki and Wolfram watched as their parents departed the Kingdom to regain their younger sibling. It was time for them to make an announcement about why the rulers had left their heirs in charge while they were away.
"Citizens of Arendelle we have an important announcement regarding the disappearance of the final heirs to the throne." Henry said
"What happened were they killed?"
"It was the White Kingdom wasn't it?"
"Are we even safe here anymore?"
"Calm yourself people. Your safety hasn't been compromised however we cannot take this kidnapping lightly. The White Kingdom wants to start a war we all know it will be a matter time till they took action on that." Wolfram said
"The abduction of Hazel, Victor and Alex were set up. As of right now the Queen Regina, Queen Elsa and King Ashley are on their way to take them back. Whether or not this was a message! Well will not let them win we will not let this war reach this Kingdom! We will fight them!" Yuki said
"Yeah!" The crowd roared.
*Meanwhile*
Hazel, Alex and Victor woke up chained to the wall greeted by the face of Snow White themselves. Alex's eyes turned from green to red in two seconds as she tried to lung at her but was yanked back by the magical chains.
"Look who's awake." Snow said
"Fuck you!" Alex growled
"Did your parents not teach you to say bad words?" Snow said
"Yeah and she told me that it was okay to fucking say it if I was pissed off and was around people like you!" Alex growled
"What do you want with us?" Victor asked
"Simple I want leverage." Snow said
"You went through a great length to get us! You beat up my sister!" Hazel hissed
"Regina needs to learn that she's playing a deadly game and not playing by the rules will get people killed." Snow said as she pulled Hazel closer to her and cut her cheek with a knife.
"Hey! If you wanna torture someone then do it to me! I will not let you hurt my best friend!" Alex growled
"Awww isn't that cute. You have a little crush." Snow said
"No, Alex is my sister! She will gladly die for me and I would do the same for her." Hazel said
"That can be arranged." Snow said
"You wouldn't dare kill Hazel!" Alex yelled
"Any why shouldn't I!? Regina has to learn that death if upon her and the first to go is her youngest daughter." Snow said as she put the blade to Hazel's neck.
"Because you're killing your granddaughter! You wouldn't only hurt Regina you'd be hurting Emma too. And seeing that she already hates you killing Hazel will give her the fuel to kill you for ending the life of her daughter!" Alex said
"What?! How is that possible?" Snow said as she staggered back.
"The same way all three of us were created. Magic." Victor said
Snow angrily kicked Alex in the gut she whimpered like how a dog would if you hurt it then she left them in the dark dungeon cell. Alex kept yanking at them as her claws began to grow.
"You would really take the torture to save me?" Hazel asked
"You mom knows mine and they treat each other like family. I would gladly die for you. You are my sister." Alex said
"What do you think she's going to do with us?" Victor asked
"I have no idea and I don't think it's going to be good." Alex said
"I want my mommy and mama…" Hazel said
"They're coming for us. I just know it."
I am sorry you guys. School has been a bitch I am stressed out because my school play is 2morrow and my Personal Finance teacher is being such a bitch. On the bright side I got a girlfriend. I hope you like this chapter my computer is being stupid right now I need a new one. Bye lovelies.
