Shizuo's POV
Here is the plan. Shinra has been taking DNA samples from the notes I had received. Well, the ones I hadn't destroyed in a fit of rage.
Shinra runs the DNA sample through a system that has all information on every citizen in this city. The system was developed by the higher ranked demons to keep tabs on every other demon and their mates, in case they break one of the rules.
The higher demons allowed us access to this system once our situation was explained, they love a good fight between our kind. Of course they couldn't grant us access to the restricted section, if we had that, we wouldn't need the DNA sample. The restricted section is how they found out about Izaya and I so fast.
It has been about 18 hours that Izaya has been missing, and Shinra has been trying to find something on the notes. A hair, fabric, a finger print, anything. And he finally did.
We were all in front standing in front of Shinra's desktop, waiting for an image of the bastared who ahs my mate to show up on screen.
And when it does, I am utterly shocked. On the screen, clear as day, is a picture of Hiroshi.
