Eddward awoke in his bed. His eyes felt raw from all the crying he did last night. He rolled over to see Kevin lying beside him playing with his hair.

"You have nice hair." Kevin said softly.

"Thanks." Eddward muttered. Eddward reached up and felt his head. Sure enough his hat was missing. No one has ever saw Eddward without his hat. He felt self-conscious.

"Why do you hide it?" Kevin asked.

"I don't like it. It is to feminine."

"Feminine? It looks nice to me. You should show it more often." Eddward's hair was to more on the feminism side. It was medium length balk silky hair. His hair was curly towards the end but overall straight. "How are you feeling?"

"I feel fine. Thank you for asking." Eddward nuzzled into Kevin's chest more inhaling his cologne. It was two in the morning and Eddward was still tired. "You smell good." Kevin chuckled at Eddward's nonchalant behavior.

"I'm sorry..." Kevin mumbled. Eddward sat up on his elbow and stared at Kevin confused.

"Sorry for what?"

"For being jealous and constantly asking you who that girl was in the picture. I was jealous. I thought you and her had a thing or something. I am so sorry Double D. I didn't mean to make you think of something that obviously hurt you. And the way you were crying..." Kevin trailed off. Eddward leaned over and kissed Kevin. Kevin kissed him back but broke away. "Double D..." Kevin's voice started to shake. Eddward climbed onto of Kevin and kissed him again fervently.

"Stop." Eddward said when he broke off from kissing Kevin.

"But..."

"You never called me Double D before." Eddward smiled in the dark. You could practically hear the confusion in Kevin's head. "I like it." Eddward kissed Kevin again. "Say it again."

"Double D." Kevin said smoothly. Kevin chucked in between kissed he received from Eddward.

"I love you. I will always love you. I loved you for a long time, ever since we were kids. From the first time I laid eyes on you." Eddward said. "The first time I saw you was when I first moved into the cup-de-sac. You were outside playing with Nazz. You had on your red baseball cap, shorts, and a Ninja Turtles t-shirt. You looked over at me and smiled. You even waved. I knew from that moment that I would always love you." Eddward looked down at Kevin. They starred into each other's eyes.

"I promise to always love you." Kevin said. They intertwined each other's fingers and kissed. Eddward felt Kevin's passion beneath him rise. Eddward chuckled and kissed Kevin hungrily. Kevin knew what Eddward wanted and complied. Eddward took off his shirt and Kevin's in one swift movement. Kevin rubbed Eddward's chest pinching his nipples. Soft moans escaped Eddward's mouth. He is so sensitive. Cute. Kevin thought to himself.

Kevin trailed kisses on Eddward's throat down to his abdomen. Kevin licked parts of Eddward's skin and blew where he licked resulting in shivers rippling through Eddward's body.

"Please..." Eddward begged. Kevin reached over into the side drawer besides Eddward's bed. Kevin pulled out the lube and condoms.

"Lift up." Eddward leaned forward onto his knees hugging Kevin's neck. Kevin reached behind Eddward and applied the lube. Kevin slipped one finer into Eddward. Slowly moving it around to get Eddward accustomed to the size. Soft means escaped Eddward's lips as four fingers finally fit snug into him. Kevin applied the condom and positioned himself under Eddward's entrance. "Ready Double D." Kevin whispered. Eddward nodded his head.

Eddward lowed himself slowly onto Kevin. Groans escaping Kevin's mouth. Ecstasy filling him. "You feel so good." Kevin said. Eddward began to move his hips riding Kevin. Each movement his did resulted in Kevin rubbing against his prostate. Eddward began to move faster yelling Kevin's name. Kevin leaned up and kissed Eddward on the lips. All of his unanswered questions being answered by the love they both shared between each other. Kevin reached forward and grabbed Eddward's manhood and stroked it. Pulling back the foreskin and rubbing his head. Eddward through his head back. Many emotions ripped through Eddward; he felt like he was going to explode.

Kevin pumped Eddward's member faster, feeling his climax coming. Eddward rode Kevin faster. "I'm going to come." Kevin said. "Oh shit Eddward..." Kevin said. It was enough to bring Eddward over the side. Eddward arched his back and came on his and Kevin's chest. Kevin leaned into Eddward and whispered sweet nothings into his ear as his release came.

Eddward lay on Kevin's chest panting. Kevin encircled Eddward into his arms pulling him closer into his chest. "I love you." They both said simultaneously.

Kevin awoke in Eddward's bed alone. He stretched out looking for Eddward. He came up empty. Kevin turned over and heard the ruffling sound of paper. A note from Double D.

Kevin,
I am sorry I didn't awake you. You were sleeping so peacefully that I didn't wish to disturb your slumber. I left to go to class. As much as it pained me to leave I must. Thank you for last night. I love you.
Eddward

Kevin looked at the clock and sure enough it was a quarter to eleven. Kevin jumped out of the bed and rushed towards the shower knowing that he was going to be late for class and practice. Standing in the window was a shadowy figure that walked away unseen by no one.

Eddward sat in his hall grading quizzes when he received a phone call.

"Hello Professor Vincent speaking." Silence. "Hello?" Silence. "Is anyone there?" The call dropped. That was odd. Eddward's phone rang again. "Hello Professor Vincent Speaking. " Silence. "Hello?" The call dropped again. Eddward set his phone and silent and went back to grading papers.

Half an hour passed when Eddward decided it was time to call it a day. He packed all of his stuff up and locked his hall. He walked to the coffee shop near his hall and grabbed his usual coffee; black. Eddward walked back to his apartment, lucky enough to be escorted by campus security. On most occasions he could never catch them and ends up walking by himself. When Eddward returned to his apartment he quickly took a shower and checked his email. He had a lot of junk mail that he decided to just delete. He almost deleted an email from Kevin.

Edd,
I won't be over tonight. Football practice ended really late and I have a paper due for an obnoxious Professor. You might know him. He goes by the name Professor Vincent. Until I see you again.
Kevin.

Eddward shook his head and laughed. He turned off his computer and went to bed.

Eddward rolled over in bed. He was restless. What time is it? To early to get up? Eddward lay in the bed and stared at the ceiling. Time crept by and the sun started to rise. So many things to do today... Eddward got out of the bed and quickly got dressed. He had an agenda he needed to stick to. He planned to go into town and but a suit for the formal dance on Saturday. With an apple in his hand Eddward locked up his apartment and went on his way.

I have no classes to teach today. It feels kind of weird.

Eddward soon border the bus stop and went into town.

Where do I get a suit? Clueless. Walking down the streets of the town Eddward peered into shops until he found a tailor shop.

"Excuse me." Eddward called out standing in the doorway of the shop. The shop was full of suits and clothing that was being altered or completely finished. The store smelled of fine linen and made Eddward feel at ease.

"One moment please." A soft familiar voice called out from the back of the shop. That voice, it sounds familiar. A small girl appeared from back of the shop with tape measures around her neck and waist and pins in her hair.

"Emily!?" Eddward cried out.

"Eddward what a surprise to see you!" She screamed out. She jumped over the counter and embraced Eddward in aright hug. "I'm so happy to see you! What are you doing here?"

"It's nice to see you too. I came to get a suit for a dance this Saturday. DO you think you can help me out?" He asked.

"Of course!" She smiled. She led Eddward to the back of the store and placed him on a stool. "I wound up working here for cash. I actually like sewing, who would have know? I needed some extra cash to pay for my student loans. What a drag." She exasperated. Eddward chuckled. It's good to see that she is doing all right. "So this dance? What is it?"

"A formal dance." Hmm she hummed.

"Well you'll need a Tail Coat then." She said "Stand up. I'll be right back." She instructed. Emily ran out of the room but soon came back holding articles of clothing in her hand. "Here put these on." She tossed the clothes at Eddward and drew the curtain closed between them. Eddward held the articles of clothing out in front of him. I don't think these will fit. "Will you hurry up already." Emily hollered. Eddward quickly undressed and put the clothes on. Eddward drew back the curtain and stepped on the stool.

"Hmm at least they're not to big, just a few alterations will be necessary." Emily eyed him up and down. "Take the hat off." She told him. Eddward hesitated. "You can't wear that with this suit it won't look right and people will make in front of you. Might as well get used to it." She said. Eddward took off his hat and tossed it to the side. "You'll need a hair cut to."

"What?" Eddward said.

"You'll need a hair cut. Did I stutter? No I didn't. Your hair is to long for the suit. Don't worry it'll grow back she said. I can cut it for you if you want me to. Free of charge. Friend to friend." She smiled at him. Eddward rolled his eyes at her.

Emily turned the radio on and worked on Eddward's suit fro him. She hemmed his trousers to fall perfectly on the heel of his shoes. She altered his lapels to fit around his waist and so forth.

"So how are you and that boy... what's his name... Ervin?"

"Kevin." Eddward said. "I and him are just fine, why do you ask?"

"I was just wondering you seemed so down when you came in here. Like you were deep in thought about something. Did something happen between you to?"

"No nothing has happened between us." Nothing good at least. "I thank you for worry about us dear Emily, but we are just fine. Thank you really. Ow!" Eddward hissed in protest.

"I'm sorry. Try not to move as much okay." Emily said apologetically. "Don't go bleeding on this fabric now." She scrawled at him. Eddward chucked innocently. After an hour and a half Emily stood up and admired her work.

"It looks good. Take it off." Emily closed the curtain between them and Eddward hurried out of the suit. "Be careful, don't let any of the pins fall out." She yelled over the curtain. Eddward rolled his eyes and quickly put on his clothes. He opened the curtain back up and handed Emily the clothing.

"Thanks. I'll finish the alterations in two days tops okay. I'll deliver the finished product to your apartment, is that fine?" She asked him.

"It's okay, I can just come and pick it up here."

"Are you sure we do deliveries to." She nodded at him.

"I am sure. What is a good time to come and pick it up?"

"Ummm... five. Come at five okay." Eddward nodded his head. Emily sashayed to the front of the store and hung the fabric up on a hanger. "Now about that hair." She said.

"My hair. I don't think I want to cut it." Eddward admitted.

"How come it'll grow back. Say what is this dance for anyway? Why are you going? You don't look like the dancing type." She rambled.

"I am not the dancing type to be honest. A coworker of mine volunteered me. The dance is like a charity event for the university. Spectator's vote and sponsor people to dance. The more sponsors you get as a dancer the more money the school gets. I was doing a little bit of research about this dance and in the past the school has raised a lot of money."

"Impressive. What about students can they dance in the dance too?" She asked.

"I am afraid not. It is only for faculty and staff." Eddward hummed.

"Well then who's your partner?"

"My partner?"

"Yes your partner. Your dancing partner? You can't possible dance by yourself."

"I didn't think of that." Eddward rubbed his chin.

"Who are you going to take? I'm sure there's someone."

"I'm afraid not. I looked at the roster and all the female dancers already have a partner. I think I am the only one without a partner."

"How sad." She said. Eddward beamed her a look. What am I going to do? I need a partner. Damn you coach. "I have an idea!" Emily screeched making Eddward jump.

"What?"

"I'll be your dancing partner!" She said

"You can't you're a student. Remember faculty and staff only."

"I am a student but not at that university. Remember I go to a community college. You can write me down as a guest. They have to allow it if there is no one left to be your partner."

"I suppose you are right." Eddward said. "The dance is on Saturday okay will you be ready?" He asked.

"Me please. I was born ready." Emily pulled out a chair and directed Eddward to sit in it. "Now lets do something about this hair. I promise I won't cut it to short." Eddward gave her an untrustworthy look. "Trust me." Eddward sat down in the chair reluctantly. Please...

Emily grabbed a pair of scissors from behind the counter and began to cut Eddward's hair. They both were quit while Emily worked. It seemed like she wasn't even cutting his hair. She was very gentle.

"All done." She said. She grabbed a mirror and held it out in front of Eddward for him to see her final product. His hair was short but not like it was before. It hung to the base of his neck, it was thinner than before. His black locks fell by his eyes in a bang but not a feminism bang, more like a male version of a bang. He touched his hair. Even though his hair was thinner than before it felt more full to the touch.

"Incredible." He whispered.

"You like it right!" She said.

"I do like it very much. Thank you Emily." He said giving her a hug.

"This is what friends are for." Eddward stood up and shook some of his cut hair off of his shoulders. Emily retreated behind the counter and rang him up for his suit. "Would you like to pay it all now of half?" She asked.

"All." She hooded and he slid his credit card through the machine. Eddward looked at the clock and was surprised to see that it has grown so late. It was already dark outside. "What time do you get off?" He asked her.

"As soon as you walk through those doors I am off the clock."

"Let me walk you home since it's so dark out." He offered.

"Ok." Emily quickly locked up the shop and they were on their way. They walked through the streets towards her apartment. Eddward's mind began to wonder, thinking about Kevin. I miss him so much. A whole day has passed and I haven't seen him. I long for him.

"Eddward? Eddward? Earth to Eddward?" Emily said waving her hand in front of his face? "Austin we have a problem?" She chuckled when Eddward rallied she was talking to him. "If I wouldn't have said anything you would have walked directly into the door. Well were here, would you like to come in?" She asked.

"No thank you I just wanted to make sure you got home safely."

"Is it because of what happened at the university you worried about me." The horrible memory of the girl lying on the group bleeding flashed in Eddward's mind.

"No." He lied. "I'll see you Friday at five." He kissed her on the forehead moved by emotion and walked away.
