While looking for Sam, they found him back at abandoned building. Dean were getting things ready. Dean heard Sam coming towards them. Dean moved his sister out of Sam's way.
"Stay behind me." Dean whispered to her.
When Sam was trying to walk, he felt that he couldn't move, when he looked up he saw the Devils trap sign.
"Oh you think you can keep me in here." Sam was saying when he was laughing.
"Lex, read now." Dean told her quickly.
"Omm bertha avas coonat umbra." Lexi said while reading from her the journal.
"Oh please." Sam said when Dean through some holy water at Sam.
Sam was then screaming from the holy water.
"This wont bring back Sammy. He is um- gone." The demon was saying when he was laughing.
"Lexi, read more until I tell you to stop." Dean told her when she nodded to her brother.
"Unt mego cquno hisw me wonk tahw ot yas. Kucs lingo munto bunto funo ." Lexi was reading until she was done, a bunch of black smoke was coming out her brother while he let a scream out.
Dean ran over to Lexi and was protecting her. Just then Sam was just lying there.
"Is he-?" She asked her brother when Dean was going over to check on Sam.
"Sam. Sammy. Can you hear me?" Dean was asking when he shook Sam's arm.
"Did we get em?" Sam asked when he was trying to get up.
"Are you in there?" Dean was asking him when Sam was confused.
"Is who in where?" Sam asked Dean as he was still looking a bit confused right now.
Dean then took his fist and punched Sam in his jaw. Sam was shocked of why Dean did that to him. Sam was rubbing his jaw after giving his brother a look and shook his head.
"What was that for?" Asked Sam confusingly when he rubbed his jaw.
"Dean." Lexi asked softly when she was slowly walking over to her brothers.
"Yeah its Sammy." Dean said to her giving her a nod.
She stood there with a half smile. Sam looked up to his sister and saw the look on her face. He then jumped up when he saw her eyes puffy.
"Lexi what happened?" Sam asked when he grabbed her.
She then flinched when he touched her. He looked to Dean when he saw the hurtfulness in both.
"What is going on?" Sam asked Dean and Lexi when she kept on walking.
Sam walked back to his brother for some answers.
"Sam, look it wasn't pretty." Dean was saying when that caused Sam to stop.
"Why? What did I do?" He asked when he stopped his brother.
Dean turned to his brother. He hated to tell him.
"Did I hurt her?" Sam was then asking Dean.
"Well not physically." Dean was saying when Sam looked away towards his sister.
"What did I tell her?" Sam asked Dean when he felt so bad, looking back at Dean.
"You told her you didn't want her around and that she was a pain." Dean said when Sam took off after Lexi.
When he was able to catch up with her she was leaning up against the car with her hands in her pocket.
"Hey we need to talk and I mean like now." Sam said to his sister while she was looking down at the ground.
"Nothing to say." She told Sam when a tear rolled down her face.
Dean knew if they didn't talk it would just keep getting ugly between Sam and Lexi.
"Lexi talk to me." Sam told her when he lifted her chip up.
When he did, he saw the tears and hurt in her eyes.
"Lexi please whatever I said to you, it wasn't me." Sam said to her, when he was trying to make her understand that.
"Lexi you have to remember demons do lie." Dean said when he was trying to help Sam out.
"Do you really think I am a pain?" She asked her brother when a tear fell again from her eyes.
Sam looked into his sister's eyes. He wanted her to feel better.
"Lexi. Your my sister. You'll always be a pain in my a$$ but I will always love you and protect you. I know I didn't do a good job back there. But I would never let anything happen to ya." Sam told her sincerely.
Lexi saw how sincere he was being to her. She looked up at her brother.
"Thanks Sammy." She told her brother when he bent down to give her a hug.
"Ok girls I need to get some sleep." Dean said to them when he gave them a smile.
"Love you too big brother." Lexi told him when he smiled again to her.
She then slid in the back seat and they took off to the Motel for some sleep.
When they got into the room, Lexi was getting ready for bed. Dean was going through his clothes. He felt his sister on his side giving him a hug.
"Thanks Dean." She told him when she then went into the bathroom.
"I feel so bad for saying all that stuff to her." Sam was telling Dean.
"Look, you had no clue what was going on." Dean was telling his brother.
"I could hear but I tried fighting it." Sam was saying when he felt bad.
"I hate to really kick you while your down, but do you remember trying to kill her?" Dean asked him when he turned to Sam to face him.
Sam stopped what he was doing and gave Dean a sad look.
"No. Please tell me I missed?" Sam stood there asking Dean when he was then walking over by him.
"Luckily I was there and grabbed her before the bullet got her." Dean told him when Sam was slowly sitting down on the bed when he was taking this all in. He was feeling so bad.
Just then Lexi was coming out of the bathroom. Dean was heading in so Sam and Lexi can talk.
"Hey, come here and sit." Sam said when he told his sister.
"Yeah?" She asked Sam, when she was confused.
She was then going by Sam to sit.
"I- am so sorry." Sam said to her when he took his hand and rubbed his face.
"Look Sammy, it's over." She said to him when she was getting up, but he stopped her.
"Its not alright. What if Dean was NOT there?" He was asking her when he looked into her eyes.
She sat there and thought about that.
"Look Dean was there that's all that matters." She told her brother while they both sat there.
"But still Lexi, I'm really sorry." Sam was saying when Dean was coming out of the bathroom.
"Everything ok in here?" He asked when Lexi nodded her head.
She was then climbing in bed next to Dean. Sam gave Dean a sad look. He knew how bad Sam was feeling of what he did and said to Lexi.
