It was a few hours and Lexi was sleeping against Dean's arm. Across from them was an old lady.
"Your daughter?" She was asking Dean.
"No my sister." He told her with a smile.
"I hate being here." The old lady told Dean.
"Yeah, I know me too. " He said to her when he was really not in the mood to talk.
"Are you here seeing someone?" The lady asked Dean.
"Our brother is here." Dean said to her looking down at Lexi who kept jumping in her sleep.
"Oh. Well you are a great brother to her and to your brother." She said to him when he thought about that.
"I try but I think I failed." He said to her when he looked sad.
"Never say that. Failures are for people who don't care. You young man care or you would not be here." She said to Dean when he again looked down at Lexi.
When Dean picked his head up he saw the lady was gone. He looked around but she was nowhere to be found.
"Mr. Halen." The Doctor said when Dean was trying to get up without waking Lexi.
"Yeah." He said to him.
"Sit. We ran some test and found nothing but the only problem is he fell into a coma." The Doctor explained to Dean when that took him by surprise.
"Coma." Dean said shockingly when he was then waking up lexi.
"Wwhat happened?" Lexi asked quickly when she woke up seeing the Doctor sitting there with them.
She sat up and gave Dean a worried look.
"Lex, Sam is in a coma." Dean told his sister when she broke down.
"Give me a second and you can see your brother." He said to them when he then got up.
"Oh gosh, Dean. What do we do now?" She then asked her brother not knowing what to do.
"I don't know." He said to her when he brought her into his arms. She was resting her head on his chest.
He was rubbing her back while trying to calm her down.
"Its just us, we need to do something." She was saying while she was talking real fast.
"Mr. Halen." A Nurse called out when Dean helped his sister up.
"Yes?" Dean asked her when he stood up.
"I can take you to his room now." She said when they followed her into Sam's room.
When they got into Sam's room, he was hooked up all kinds of machines. Lexi was shaking, when Dean was holding her by her arms.
"Its ok." He said softly to her when he was making her sit on the chair next to Sam's bedside.
"Can he hear us?" Lexi looked up to the Nurse while she was asking her.
"He should." She told them when she was leaving them so they can be alone.
It was killing Dean to see Sam hooked up.
"Hey I'm gonna get us some coffee." Dean said when he had to leave the room.
He couldn't take the thought of Sam lying there helpless.
"Sammy if you can hear me, please please wake up. I need you here with us. It's not the same without you." She told him when she was holding his big hand tightly into her small hand.
She looked down and saw just how big Sam's hand was compared to hers.
"Gosh Sammy, your hands are so much bigger than mine." She told him when she chuckled.
Meantime Dean was in the Church chapel praying.
"Cass please help Sammy. You cant let him die. We need him." Dean was saying while he was praying.
"Dean you need to have faith." He heard Cass say when he flapped his wings next to Dean.
Dean looked around to make sure no one was around to see Cass appearing.
"Look please help him. We have no reason why he is in a coma." Dean said when he heard Cass's wings flap away.
Dean shook his head when he hated when Cass would do that.
