A few days have passed by and Sam was still in coma. Lexi would not leave his side.
"Lexi you need to eat." Dean suggested to his sister.
"No. Not until Sammy wakes up." She was telling her older brother.
Just because Sam wasn't physically awake, he was still able to hear everything that was going on. He was not happy that she wasn't eating.
"Yeah well 3 days without eating is not good for you. Its bad enough you are skinny to begin with." Dean said to her when she gave him a nasty look.
"Look I am sorry if I am worried about Sam." She was saying when she was yelling at Dean.
"Yeah well so am I." Dean told her when he shouted back at her.
She looked back at Sam and rested her head on his chest, while she began to sob. Dean was feeling bad. While Lexi was laying there in tears, she felt someone rub her head.
"De-dean." She said when she looked up quickly to her brother.
Dean was sitting by the window when he heard his sister yell for him.
"Sam. Sammy your awake. Oh my gosh SAMMY!" She screamed out as she was so happy.
Dean ran out to get the Nurse.
"Don't cry anymore." Sam softly told his sister.
Lexi was so happy to see her brother awake and alive.
"Hello there, young man." The Doctor said to Sam when he was coming by him.
"Hey Doc." Sam said to him when he was looking up at him.
"How are you feeling?" The Doctor was asking Sam while he was checking him over.
"Ok." Sam said to him.
Lexi was standing by Dean. She was looking real happy.
"Anything hurt?" The Doctor was then asking him.
"No not really. I mean I'm hungry." Sam said when they all chuckled.
"Let me see what I can get you." He said to Sam when he was then walking out of the room.
Sam saw Lexi's face. He looked over towards Dean as well.
"So how ya are you feeling Sammy?" Dean was asking his brother when he was going by him.
"Fine really. But what happened?" Sam was asking when he was wondering.
"It doesn't matter. What matters is that you are still here." Dean told his brother with a smile.
"It does matter Dean. I need to know what happened." Sam asked him when he was wondering.
"It started off with you having bad aches and then it got bad ." Dean said when he was explaining to Sam.
"So did they find out from what caused the headaches?" Sam was then asking Dean.
"No." Dean told him.
Just then the Doctor was coming in with a turkey salad.
"Hey Doc. What caused my headaches?" Sam was then asking him when he was giving the salad.
"No clue. Could have been stress maybe." He told Sam when he was filling out some paperwork.
"When can he go home?" lexi was asking the Doctor.
"After he eats." He said to her when she gave a big smile.
The Doctor was then leaving so Sam could finish eating.
"You need to eat. Why don't you get something to eat." Suggested Sam when he was telling his sister.
"I don't know." She told her brother.
"It will be ok." Dean told her when she made a face and left.
Lexi was then leaving and was heading down to the Café.
"Hey Dean." Sam said when Dean turned to him.
"Yeah?" Dean asked his brother.
"How has she been? I mean really?" Sam was asking Dean, when he was worried about Lexi.
"She has been taking this hard of you being in here." Dean was telling Sam when he was feeling bad.
"You know I was able to hear everything but I just couldn't wake up." Sam told Dean which shocked Dean.
"So you heard what we were saying?" Dean asked when he was wondering.
"Yeah." Sam said quickly to his brother.
With that Lexi was coming back.
"Hey guys." She told her brothers when she was coming back into the room.
"You eat?" Sam asked her when she was sitting next to Sam.
"Yes I did." She told her brother when she smiled. Sam placed his arm around Lexi and gave her a squeeze.
"Good. Now lets get me out of here." Sam said to her when he was getting off the bed.
"Need help?" Lexi asked him when she grabbed his arm.
"No. I'll be fine." He said to her when he walked out with his around her.
