Meantime the guys were trying to find out where Danny was.
"Sam you and Brian go into the house. I will take Ted with me and we will go and look for Danny." Dean suggested. Dean was then getting his rifle ready.
Ted gave Dean a shocking look.
"Look no bullets its rock salt." Dean was telling Ted when they were they were going round back and looking out there.
"DANNY!" Ted called out to his nephew.
There was no answer back. Ted knew it wasn't going to be good.
"We will find him." Dean told him as he was reassuring him.
"You and your brother and sister are close?" Ted was asking Dean.
"Yeah. Sammy and I kind of raised our sister." Dean said when he had this protective look to him.
As they were looking Dean heard a noise in the distance. Before he can do anything it came after Ted killing him. Dean tried to kill whatever had a hold of Ted, but it was too late. When Dean saw it was too late, he ran to where Lexi was. Dean was then banging on the door.
"ARGH!" Yelled Kate, when she heard banging.
"Lexi, its me." She heard a familiar voice tell her, when Sam was opening the door.
When Sam opened the door Brian and Susan saw only Dean coming in.
"Where's Ted?" Brian questioned Dean, when he had a sad look to his face.
"I don't know how to say this." Was all Dean started to say when Susan understood.
When Susan heard what Dean said she went to hysterical crying.
"How?" Brian was asking Dean.
"Whatever that is out there killed him. I am sorry, I tried to protect him." Dean was telling Brian and Susan.
Katie sat there crying as well. Susan then went over to comfort her daughter.
"I am really sorry." Dean said again to the Carter's in soft tone.
"Its not your fault." Brian was then telling Dean.
Lexi was then going to her brother and touched the side of his face. She knew how Dean takes things to heart.
"You ok?" She softly asked her brother when she was worried about him.
"Yeah I'm fine." He told her when he couldn't even look in the face.
"Dean we need to head inside and have a look." Suggested Sam when he was telling his brother.
"I agree." Lexi said when she stood the agreeing with Sam.
"Yeah I know." Dean was telling them. "Ok look you all need stay in here. Were gonna have a look in the house." He said to them.
"Want me to come as well?" Lexi stood there asking Dean when he gave a look to Sam for his opinion.
Sam gave him a quick shake of his head.
"Why don't you stay here and protect them." Sam said to her when he knew she wasn't happy about that.
"Yeah sure." She told her when she was walking away .
Sam grabbed her arm and turned her around to face him.
"Hey it has nothing to do with you. We just need you to protect them." Sam said to her when she just walked away.
Dean and Sam were running inside to try and find that girl again. When Lexi got back by the shed, she saw something quickly move past her. She was running back to where the family was hiding.
"Keep this door locked and take this in case you need it." Lexi was telling Brian Carter.
"Ok… But…" He was saying when Lexi stopped him.
"Rock salt it will stop them it won't kill them." Lexi said when she was running back by the Impala.
She was trying to get another gun out for her. She kept hearing leaves rustling behind her. When she looked over her shoulder there was no one. So she was then heading over into the house. She was looking for her brothers. Lexi was heading down into the basement. While she heading down there , something had pushed her. Dean and Sam heard Lexi screaming when she fell down the stairs.
"Danny run and don't stop." Sam told Danny but the girl was coming by them.
Sam was then helping Lexi up. She had a cut above her eye.
"You ok?" Sam asked his sister when he helped her up.
"Yeah fine." She told him when Dean was coming by them.
"Dean behind you." Sam told his brother when he spotted a person behind him.
They were then confused of who this was.
"What the…." Dean said when he was confused.
"That's her brother." Danny was saying when it was coming towards them.
It was then going to go after Danny, so Dean wound of shooting it. When he had shot the sister, she was then coming after them again Dean had to shoot it. Danny was then going out by his family, with Lexi.
"Danny." Susan said to her son when she was happy to see him. She was hugging him then.
Dean and Sam were then coming out, when Lexi heard her brother's she turned towards them. Sam saw her cut above her eye.
"You ok?" He asked when he was checking her out.
"Yeah, ouch." She said to him when she was moving her head away from where Sam was touching her.
Dean, Sam and Lexi were then leaving.
"Hey guys." Brian was then calling out to them, when he jogged over to them.
"Yeah." Dean said to him when he was wondered what he needed.
"Thank you. I don't think I could have handled loosing another child." He told them.
They stood there not understanding.
"We lost our oldest in a car crash and it took a major toll on our marriage. So we thought we start all over." He said to them when he shook Dean and Sam's hand.
"Take care." Sam said to him when he was making Lexi slide up front.
They were then heading over to the Motel.
