So... I'm back!

Thank you all for your reviews, I'm not going to end this story, or my other one. And if something like this would happend again I know that I have all of you guys.

So here is the new chapter. Toby's in it a little but the next one will only be Spoby and after that Spoby's relationship will really get started

Spencer woke up by her alarm the next morning. Usually Spencer would need a cup of coffee before she could feel like a human instead of a zoombie in the morning but now, she was so excided for her date with Toby.

Hanna had promised (More like begged ) to help Spencer find an outfit, even if Spencer already had one planned in her head.

She did her normal morning rutine before saying goodbye to her mother and drove to school. The boring walls in school that usually felt so depressing didn't get to her, she didn't care that most students wore the same clothes they had yesterday or their PJ-shirt (Clearly to tired to care about clothes) And yawned, leaning their heads against their lockers.

"Someone looks happy today" Spencer heard from behind her, she turned around and saw Caleb stand there

"Well maybe I am" She replied "If anyone can be happy on a Wednesday it's Spencer Hastings" Caleb teased and Spencer rolled her eyes "But as much as I love to tease you I am not here for that. Have you seen Hanna?" He asked.

"She'll be late today, she tried to come up with a perfect outfit for Spencer and forgot to call Aria and ask her for a ride so when she finally called Aria was already here and had to drive to Hanna to pick her up" Emily answered behind them, opening her locker

"Why would she try to come up with a perfect outfit for you?" Caleb asked and leaned against the locker next to Spencer

"Because I have a date tonight" Spencer replied and closed her locker.

"What? Did Andrew finally ask you out?"

Andrew. Andrew Campbell had been bragging about how he was going to ask Spencer out, he had a crush on her and everybody knew it, even Spencer. Spencer on the other hand didn't like Andrew because when she found out he liked her she had already met Toby and waited for him to come to Rosewood.

"No, thank god. Toby, the guy from New York"

Of course Hanna told Caleb about Toby when Spencer was in New York. Spencer had gotten a text from Caleb 'nice work ;)' One night and Spencer had no idea what he meant until he told her that Hanna had been talking about non-stop. Spencer had expected Caleb to tease her til' the end of time about it since it was just what Caleb always did; Tease her. At first it had annoyed the shit out of her like his hair but after a few months she got used to it and Hanna made Caleb get a hair cut so nothing really annoyed her about Caleb any more, except when he and Hanna didn't care about PDA...

"Oooh, Toby. To-bey. How is your Tobey?" Caleb asked with his high teasing voice

"Toby's good. How's your vagina?" Spencer asked and started walking to class leaving Caleb behind.

"Hanna I'd look like a hooker in these clothes. Not even you would wear this" Spencer explaimed and sat down on her bed.

After school Spencer and Hanna drove to Spencer's house. Hanna bringed possible outfits with her to school and then to Spencer's, but Spencer didn't like any of the clothes.

"Well he's older, you don't have to dress like you're 18 around him like I do with Caleb" "Yeah but that doesn't mean that I should dress like a whore"

"Well this is all I bringed so if you have any better ideas, please, show me" Spencer stood up and walked over to her closet. She and Hanna always talked like this, to other people it sounded like they were fighting but not for them, for them it was normal.

"I was thinking this blouse with a pair of jeans" Spencer said and held up a pretty light blue blouse "It's more on the dressier side but still not to much" Spencer added and saw how Hanna didn't approve "Fine, whatever. Wear what you want. Do you have any food? I'm starving?" Hanna asked and held a hand over her stomach

"Yeah go downstairs, take whatever you want. I'm gonna change"

Hanna walked downstaris and Spencer changed, she liked how the blouse wasn't so tight so she'd feel more comfortable but it still looked good on her. The blue color would match with Toby's eyes also, one of the reasons she wanted to wear it.

When Spencer walked downstairs she saw Hanna standing by the kitchen counter with a P&B-sandwhich in her hand and talked to Spencer's father about school.

At first Peter didn't like Hanna. He thought that she was to chatty, and cared to much about her face and was to lazy, but over the years he had grown more and more fond of her, even until that point were he liked Hanna the best of Spencer's friends.

Hanna always talked to him like he was a friend, and bought him presents for christmas and his birthday, even if the gifts he got was usually some tie or hat that was 'So in right now' And he just put them in his closet. But he still liked her

"-Well I told Mr. Fitz that if he wanted me to study then he should give me homework I actually will have any use for in the future, or something that I actually care about. Romeo and Juliet is a sad story that's almost impossible to read because I barely understand anything the guy is writing. It's probably because Shakespeare was from France and didn't know the language so well and they didn't have translaters back then but still"

"Well Hanna, William Shakespeare was from England. Not France. And they did have translaters in his time too" Mr. Hastings replied but didn't look up from the work he was doing.

"Really? Wow." Hanna said and continued to eat her sandwich "Hanna, I need your help my hair later" Spencer mumblered and opened the fridge to find something to eat. "Yeah of course" Hanna replied and took a sip from her glass of water

"Are you going somewhere tonight?" Spencer's father asked her and for the first time, looked up from his work

"Yeah. Ehm, I'm meeting Toby from New York, remember him? He moved a few days ago" "But it's a school night Spencer" Peter said and Spencer could hear it in his voice that he didn't approve

"I won't be too late, I promise. But I am going" Peter looked at Spencer for a few seconds before signing "Fine"

"Thanks Daddy" Spencer explaimed and walked over to him to kiss his cheek. She only said daddy when he did something good, or when she was sad and needed him. Peter learned early on that when she said Daddy, it was kind of like a gift, so he knew that even if he seemed like a heartless monster, at least his little girl loved him.

"What are you guys doing?" He asked and put away his work, giving the two girls his entire attention.

"I'm taking him to The Grille, and then I'm going to show him the best places here in Rosewood, at least in my opinion." Spencer sat down on on of the bar chairs and started to eat her cereal, being carefull not to spill on her blouse. "That's nice, make sure to ask him to come for dinner sometime next week as well" Hanna started to giggle at Peter but tried to smooth it out by putting her entire sandwich in her mouth

"No I won't! Why would I do that? I'm not trying to scare him away" "Ooh I didn't know that you were so embarrassed of us" Peter teased and got a bowl so he could have some cereal himself.

"Well now you know" Spencer replied and didn't take her eyes of her cereal. Peter chuckled and Hanna smirked while opening the fridge to see if they had anything else to eat. "Okay, well maybe I'll take mom out tonight, since we have the house to ourself I can take her to dinner. And The Grille just happends to have the second best food in Rosewood" Peter threatend

"Yeah do that, but just so you know. If I so much as hear you and mom tonight, I'll ask Toby to take me to his loft" Spencer threatend back and saw how Peter got pale "If you do that you're grounded. For life, young lady" Spencer chuckled and stood up to put away her empty bowl "I know, and I won't. But I do need money for tonight, Toby paid all the other times so I think it's my time to pay"

"If it's your turn to pay, how come that you ask me for money, isn't me who's paying then?" Peter asked but stood up to get his wallet from his suit that was hanging on the back of the couch "Yeah but I'm 50% you so I'm paying half" Spencer replied, earning a laugh from her father

"Wait, really? Does it work like that? So 50% of my is married to a women I hate and 50% of my cheated on my mom?" Hanna asked and Spencer and her father stared at each other "Is she being serious?" Peter asked carfully. Spencer just signed and shook her head in her God-Hanna-why-do-you-say-stuff-like-that way "Hanna why dont you go up to my room and try to come up with something for me to wear"

"Fine. Bye Mr. Hastings" "Bye Hanna" Hanna walked up the stairs and Spencer waited until she heard her door close before she turned to her father

"That girl is really something else" Peter said and handed Spencer some money before sitting down on the couch "Dad I don't need 100 dollars" Spencer explaimed and tried to hand back some money

"Take dessert and if you guys see something you want to get later, coffee or so, then you'll have money for that too. Just give me the rest of what's left of it later" "Thanks daddy" Spencer hugged her father before walking to the stairs "But don't call me tonight if it's not really important, and by that I mean don't call except if someone's been in an accident or died. Knowing how I am doing does not count as important"

"Yes Spencer I know, I'm not you mother"

'I'm outside The Brew now' Spencer texted a while later. She'd given Hanna a ride home and left her car there since it was closer to everything then her own house. Being Spencer Hastings, she was right on time. She bought a white rose (Read; She took one rose from the bouquet her father had bought for her mother) on her way that she was going to give him since he bought a red rose for her in New York

"Hey stranger" She heard from behind her and turned around. Toby stood there with a white V-neck shirt, black leather jacket and dark jeans. He walked up to her and gave her a kiss on her cheek and a hug "Hey. This is for you" Spencer replied when they pulled back and handed him the rose

Toby raised his eyebrows but still took the rose "Thank you. No one has ever bought me a rose before" "Well, there's a first for everything"

Toby smiled and nodded, he pulled her in and kissed her lips gently "Thank you. Let me just go and leave this in the loft and I'll be right back" Spencer nodded and Toby left to leave his rose.

He came back after about a minute, slightly panting.

"So, lead the way" He said and offered his arm that Spencer linked hers with.
