"Inuyasha" she screamed as she fired the arrow straight into the heart of the man she loved. He had to know how she felt. How he had hurt her. That it was her killing him before he died. He should feel her pain
Normally she never cried out in battle. It was pointless. The youkai screamed their battle cries while she silenced them with her arrows. Condemned and purified Gone beyond the pale to the next world.
It was not personal with them. They were all noise and fury symbolizing nothing. Dust in the wind. Gone and forgotten. Nothing like Inuyasha.
He was her savior. The man would free her from fighting all the time. The man who would love her. Make her his wife. She dreamed of love, marriage, and children. Everything an ordinary woman wanted .All gone now because of Inuyasha and the damn Jewel.
Now that he hung on the tree in peaceful slumber, all that remained for her was death. She tried to reach him, but could only reach theJewel. She was cursed to hold the Jewel in her hand and not Inuyahsa.
She turned her eyes from him. It was all hopeless. He was dead. She was dying The fighting was over her just as she wished The Jewel was a cruel mistress granting her wish by killing her. All that remained was instructing Kaede Dying would take care of itself.
She stared at the Jewel How she wished she coudl do it all over again. This time she would get right With theJewel in her hand as she fell forward in death she wished that she could see Inuyasha one more time.
