Chap 81 Vampires

The next day they were getting up and Sam was sitting at his laptop. Dean was checking out the items in the box, while Lexi was coming down by her brothers.

"Hey." Sam said to her when he looked up from his computer.

"Hey." She told him softly.

Dean and Sam exchanged glances before looking at their sister.

"You ok?" Dean was asking her.

"Yeah, fine. " She sat there telling her brothers. "What'ya got for us, anything?" She asked.

"Well three bodies were found on the side of the road in Ohio." Sam said when he was reading the article.

"And its for us why?" Dean stood their asking his brother while wondering.

"Their heads were cut off." Sam said with a chuckle.

"Yup its for us." Lexi told her brothers when she was getting up.

"Hey, you sure you're ok?" Dean asked her again.

"Yes Dad. Thanks." She told her brother with a half smile.

Lexi was just recuperating from Mirror Sally. But they knew she wasn't the type to sit back. Lexi was always back in doing another case. They were then heading out on another case.

"Ok so how much further?" Lexi sat in the back seat asking her brothers.

"According to the map another 100 miles." Sam said to her.

"But you know I need to fuel my stomach up." Dean was telling them.

"Dude, when are you NOT hungry?" Sam jokingly asked his brother.

"I know right." Lexi said as well.

"Hey I am a growing boy." Dean told them.

"DEAN LOOK OUT!" Shouted Lexi when Dean jammed his breaks up.

The car then came to a sudden stop. Dean made sure Sam and Lexi were ok.

"You both ok?" Dean was asking them both.

"Yeah." Sam and Lexi said in unison.

They were getting out of the car and looking to see what was it that Lexi screamed out for. They found nothing.

"I know what I saw." Lexi told her brothers.

"I know, I saw something in the corner of my eye as well." Sam said to her when he was agreeing with her.

"What the heck could it be?" She asked them both.

"Dunno." Sam said looking around.

"Get back in the car." Dean was telling them both.

Lexi quickly headed back into the car.

"Sumthin wrong?" She asked her brother.

"I dunno I thought I heard sumthin but we have to be on our toes." Dean said to her when he then took off.

He was then driving to the area where the bodies were found. He parked the car and they were going to have a look around in the woods. They were getting their tools of what they needed.

"Ok lets do it." Dean said when he shuts his trunk.

Lexi was staying close to her brothers while walking in the woods. They were looking of the Vampire nest. They knew there was going to be a lot. They would be out numbered. The nest is usually 8-10 vampires. While being the woods, they heard foot steps behind them. They knew they had to run for safety. The three of them took off running. Dean was making sure Lexi was close by. He could see in the corner of his eye she was behind him.
When they got where there the nest was, Dean and Sam noticed Lexi was nowhere in sight. They stood there looking all over for her. Dean knew this wasn't good. He was hoping she was killing them or she wasn't getting killed. He gave his brother a worried look.

"Lets hope she's ok Sammy." Dean said to him not sounding sure of himself.

"Dean, I think we need to go and look for her. I mean I know she's a great hunter and all that but she's still our little sister." He said to Dean when Dean knew he was right.

"I know, thinking that myself. Let's go." Dean told his brother.

While they were looking for Lexi, a few Vamps jumped in front of them. They only way to stop a Vampire was to decapitate their heads.

"Come on Lex where are ya? Damit." Dean was asking himself when he was really worried about her.

"We'll find her." Sam was trying to reassure his brother.

"Alive?" Dean asked him in a worried tone.

"Yeah we will. She's a tough cookie." Sam told him when they were still looking for her.

"LEXI!" Dean called out for his sister. He was thinking maybe she was hurt and if she heard him he would find her.

There was nothing. He was really worried now. Sam was now worried as well.

"Damit, we need to find her." Dean was telling Sam when they were heading back the way they came.

While they were walking and looking for Lexi, Sam heard in a distance voices.

"Dean." Sam whispered as he was running in the direction of the voices.

While they were running, they came across Lexi being dragged into a building by Vampires.

"Ok now what?" Dean asked his brother.

"Well we go in after her. Quietly that is. Don't wanna get her killed." Sam said when they were sneaking into the building.

"Look just let me go." Lexi begged the Vampire who was in charge.

"Are ya crazy sweetheart?" He asked her.

"First I'm not your sweetheart, assbutt." She told him nasty.

"Just kill her already." A female Vampire suggested when she was getting annoyed with Lexi's attitude.

"Nah, keep this one alive for now." The leader of the pack said.

"Your lucky. I would of killed ya." The lady told her when she was then walking away from Lexi.

Sam was trying to get Lexi's attention somehow. When she did spot her brother's she gave them a smile.

"Shhhh." Sam motioned for her not to say a word.

She nodded to her brothers to let them know she understood. Sam searched to see where the Vamps were and they were nestled together, so he knew it was the perfect time to get his sister. Dean and Sam were hurrying up to her. Dean was cutting the ropes of where her hands were being tied.

"Hang on little sis." Dean said to her while he was cut the rope off her hands.

"SAM behind you!" She yelled to her brother when a Vampire was behind him.

Sam turned quickly as he chopped the Vamps head off.

"C'mon lets go." Dean told her when they kept killing the Vamps.

By the time they reached the door, all 8 Vamps were killed.

"C'mon lets get you home." Dean told his sister when they were walking to the car.

Dean was then taking off quickly to head back home.
