Chap 87 The Healing

When they got back to the Motel, Dean was carrying his sister inside. He then placed her down ever so gently on the bed.

"Sam first aid kit, NOW!" Dean shouted to Sam when he was heading out to the car for the kit.

Dean was getting cool rags for his sister. Sam came back into the room and ran over to his sister. He could see the pain she was in.

"Hang in there." Sam said to her pushing a strand of hair out of her face.

"I.. Think.. I need a…" She told them when she ran into the bathroom and was vomiting.

Dean ran in there and was holding her. He pushed her hair away from her face.

"You're ok. " Dean calmly said to her when he really wanted to do, was panic.

He was really worried about her.

"Ok I think I am done." She told her brother.

Sam then took a rag and was cleaning her face.

"Thanks." She told her brothers when they were walking her to the bed.

Dean sat her down slowly.

"Am I gonna turn into a Zombie?" She asked her brothers in a panic tone.

"Not if I can help it. " Dean told her.

Dean gave his brother a worried look. Sam motioned for him to move away so they can talk.

"This is not good. " Sam whispered to Dean.

"Lets hope it's a virus and not from those freakin Zombies." Dean told his brother.

"Guys.. Look. I'm gonna die." She said with freight.

"No you wont. " Dean told her when he was the tending to her cuts.

Sam was giving her some whiskey for the pain. When Dean was done, he told her to rest.
He and Sam were going to do some research on Zombies. When they looked up at Lexi, she was out cold.

"She just might need some sleep." Sam suggested to his brother.

They then both got back to looking at their research. After a few hours they were heading to bed as well.

"You gonna stay with her?" Sam was asking Dean.

"Yeah I should." Dean said while yawning.

"Look you get some sleep and I'll stay with her." Sam was telling his brother when he was walking over to where the bed where Lexi was sleeping.

The next day Lexi was waking up. They heard her moving around. Sam and Dean were already up.

"Hey kiddo, how ya feel?" Sam was then asking her.

"I feel like I got hit by a mac truck." She told her brothers while rubbing her head.

Dean gave Sam a puzzled look.

"Lexi, do you remember anything?" Dean was asking her while he was getting his boot on. He was sitting across from her on his bed.

"I remember going to the Diner and then—" She said rubbing her head with a worried look.

"You don't?" Sam was asking her.

"Oh my gosh, no I don't." She said getting all upset.

"Its ok. We were looking into Zombies." Sam said to her.

"Oh yeah, I think." She mumbled.

"Only Zombie I see is you when you wake up." Dean said to her when he was joking with her.

"WHAT?" She asked her brothers.

"Ignore, Dean. You're fine." Sam was telling her when he gave Dean a look in leave her alone.

"Lets go and get some food, before I really turn into a Zombie." Dean said when he was going to chase her into her the bathroom.

She had then gone into get dressed.

"How weird is that, first she is bit and then is sick , next morning she's fine?" Sam said to his brother when he was confused.

"Yeah well she's back that's all I care about." Dean told him.

"But its weird right?" Sam asked his brother.

"Yeah well she's been through enough, thought I would break the ice for her." Dean told Sam when he was getting ready.

When Lexi was coming out of the bathroom, she saw the looks on her brothers faces.

"Hey, how ya doin'?" Sam asked her.

"Ok. Thanks. Did something happen?" She was then asking them.

"Nothing for you to worry bout. Just remember Sam and I are here for ya.

"Ok." She said heading to the car with Dean.

"Ready?" Dean asked when he stuck his head back into the room.

"Yeah, comin'." Sam and Lexi both told Dean.

They were then heading down to the diner again and when they were done eating they were heading back to the Motel.
