Chapt 89 We will
While looking for Lexi they came across a trail of something. Sam bent down to look at it. He rubs what he finds on his fingers.
"Blood." He looks up to Dean and tells him.
"Crap. Better not be hers." Dean said when he was really worried.
"Dean. Shhh. Listen." Sam says when he hears cries coming from a distance.
"LEXI!" Dean calls out again to his sister.
Lexi hears her brothers and looks up.
"DEAN! SAM!" She calls out to them when her brothers smile.
Dean and Sam ran to the direction they thought she was calling from. After a few minutes, she turns around and sees her brothers. Before she calls their names out she cries out. Her brothers turn and see her. While running towards her, they see a Zombie by her.
"CRAP!" They both say before running faster to her.
"ARGH!" Lexi yells when the Zombie knocks her down.
Dean gets closer to her and aims his gun.
"Lexi stay down!" Yells Dean when he fires a shot at the Zombie.
It stops and turns to where the shots came from.
"Come on, wanna piece of me?" Dean asks it while standing there hoping it will move away from Lexi.
Sam sneaks over towards his sister. When the Zombie starts to move towards Dean, Sam grabs his sister and comforts her. While it was now closer to Dean, he then slices its head off and the Zombie falls.
"Its ok." Sam tells his sister while he is still comforting her in his arms.
"You ok?" Dean asked her when he was coming by her.
"Yeah." She told him when Sam had then scooped her up and was carrying her back to the car.
"Come on lets get out of here." Sam says when he and Dean were walking faster.
"Sam I think I can walk." She told her brother.
"Ya sure?" Sam asks his sister looking down at her face.
"Yeah." She told him with a smile.
Sam then puts her down and they were then running to the Impala. Sam was holding on to her arm while running. He was keeping her close. Dean kept making sure his two younger siblings were still with him.
"We're ok." Sam tells his brother while running.
(The theme to Empire Strikes back, stops playing)They made it to the car and Dean's big brother mode kicks in. He was checking his sister over to make sure she wasn't bleeding or anything.
"Dean, I'm fine. Really." She tells her brother when she was trying to make him stop.
"Just making sure." He said to her.
"What happened back there? We tried calling you." Sam said to her when he was wondering.
"I saw a few of them and I was trying to hide. Eventually I killed them and I was-. She started to say when she broke down and cried.
Sam took her in her arms and held her. He was resting his head on top of her head since she was shorter than he was.
"Its ok. Your safe now." He said to her.
"Lets get you back to the bunker." Dean told her when Sam was making her slide up front.
"We'll share the ride. Don't drive all night." Sam was telling Dean when his brother nodded when he agreed.
Lexi was resting her head up against Sam. He was rubbing her head like he would do when she was younger. Dean gave a glance over to his siblings while driving.
