Chapter 21
A Dark Idol's Shadow
Now it's time to resume things from where we left off. In case you've forgotten Teresa having volunteered her time at a local card shop called out Will... Sade's opponent in the expo tournament to come out and face her for a chance at a valuable prize.
"Will Kanbara, if you're here could you please say so?" Teresa announces.
"Cough cough over here... I'm over here!" Will yells as he appears to not have initially realized that his name was being called.
As if they were trained animals, the crowd parted like the red sea in order to give to give Will an unobstructed path towards Teresa. The man himself was wearing a black leather jacket, with dark blue pants, a soft drink in his hands, and the same lazy yet upbeat slacker expression that Ren Suzugamori possessed in his youth.
"Sorry... sorry... I was totally engrossed in a message I was reading and just lost track of time." Will said as if he were the happy-go-lucky personality personified when he walked up to Teresa.
"I've done the same thing before, so it's not a problem." Teresa retorts as she isn't bothered in the slightest by Will's explanation.
Unfortunately the fans of Teresa that were here however... well let's just say that they had other ideas.
"Don't you dare talk so rudely to Teresa!" said one annoyed fan.
"Yeah... if she's going to take the time to fight some dude that lost to a little girl... you should be more respectful!" another fan yelled.
"Now now everyone, this world is filled with all kinds of people and besides he did nothing wrong... so please just keep things orderly." Teresa says to the crowd in a sweet tone of voice in order to prevent more people from yelling.
"Will Kanbara... that's definitely the guy who Sade fought right? I mean it has to be since someone yelled the words 'lost to a little girl'." Raphuigo asks.
"Yeah that's definitely him... what are the odds.." I mumble as I was just as surprised as Raphugio when we saw him.
"This might be a perfect chance for Team Star Ocean..." Jacob said as he doesn't seem to realize that he was mumbling his thoughts aloud.
"What do you mean?" I ask out of curiosity.
"Cloud and I saw him fight... and we strongly suspected that he was holding back a great deal of his true ability, but we couldn't be sure due to the inexperience of his opponent. As you know we're still looking for a fourth member, so depending on whether or not this Will was truly holding back we thought he might make a good member." Jacob explained as most of his attention of focused on siziing Will up.
"I see what you mean... against someone like Teresa he'll have to use his hidden reserves of strength and skill should they actually exist." Raphugio interjects as he realized the point Jacob was leaning towards.
Jacob didn't say anything though he did nod his head in agreement, but as for the fighters to be... the manager for some reason had Will and Jacob put a kitchen table's worth of distance between them. The three of us looked at Teresa to see if she knew what was going on, but she was just as confused by the manager's unusual behavior as the rest of us.
"In previous iterations of this event we'd normally host the fight on whatever table is available, but to make up for not being able to be here our gracious owner has left us one last surprise." the manager announced as he points his hand at the empty space between Teresa and Will.
A few seconds had passed and nothing happened much to the confusion of us all.
"I said 'one last gracious surprise'." the manager said as he seems slightly annoyed with the fact that he had to repeat himself.
"Huh... oh." an employee standing in another corner of the store said as apparently the manager's last few words was apparently supposed to serve as some form of signal.
That lone employee was apparently tasked with the act of pushing a button that was resting upon a wall, and once he accomplished that the floor between Teresa and Will split revealing an increasingly obvious trap door.
"He has procured for us an indoor motion figure system and the fight between these two shall be it's christening." the manager announced.
The crowd finally became silent without Teresa's interference for once as they watched both her and Will take out their decks and place it out before them. Teresa's fights believe it or not get somewhat more viewers than the concerts she performs.
"Before we begin, do you mind if I ask why you want these statues? Or is the reason personal?" Teresa asks out of honest to goodness curiosity.
"A girl I happen to like mains the Pale Moon clan. I want to get the statue for her because I know it'll make her happy in her own special anger prone way." Will explained as he seems to think highly of this special someone of him
To which I'm sure it's obvious to all of you who he's talking about, but that would be telling.
"Awwww that's really sweet. In that case I hope you're able to beat me, but I'm afraid I can't look bad in front of my fans." Teresa retorts as she seems a little moved by Will's reasoning.
"Don't worry it won't last very long." Will points out as he decides against performing a re-draw.
"They both placed cards in the Generation Zone... looks like it's going to be that kind of fight." Raphugio notes.
"Excuse me?" Teresa asked as she seemed slightly bothered by Will's choice of words.
The silly, lazy, relaxed, and happy-go-lucky expression that Will had on his face was all washed away in one fell swoop once he spoke those words. It was washed away and replaced with the slanting eyes of a serious expression.
"I'm saying that this fight will be over by my fifth turn at the latest." Will explained.
Unintentionally or not, Will actually gave off an aura similar to how Ren does when he gets serious. It may just because of the fact that they use the same clan, but after thinking back on it I realized that his leader is the same way when she gets serious in a fight.
"Yeah right... Teresa is a way better fighter than you'll ever be newbie!" yet another of Teresa's fans yelled as he was one of many angered by the audacity of Will's statement.
"Can you feel that aura? Don't say no because I know you better than that." Jacob said as the room's sudden change in tension was enough to unnerve even him.
"Yeah... his fight now will be miles apart from his fight against Sade." I retort.
It's not as though that I have any superhuman senses. Play any competitive game long enough and you'll start to be able to get a feel for your opponent's strength simply by being in the same room as them. Then if you've played a competitive game for a really long time... you learn to hide your true ability from people like that.
"Stand up, vanguard!" Teresa and Will yell.
Everyone in this room felt like a god in the heavens watching life go on in the word below as this in-door motion figure system starts up. This time around the MF system doesn't recreate a location from Cray, but rather it reproduces a place here on the planet Earth. It chooses to recreate Sun Life Stadium... where the final card fights of the national tournament are held every year . In this recreation of the stadium the stands are filled to the brim with cheering fans, posters are hanging off ledges, and the seal you see on the back of Vanguard cards have been painted onto the grassy green field.
"Fullbau Brave [Power 5000]!" Will yelled.
Even the weakest units of the Shadow Paladin clan haven't spent the last several years resting on their laurels. Fullbau's new armor that finally reveals his hidden deep colored eyes allows him to draw upon greater strength the more he's determined to fight, but will it be enough against someone like Teresa.
"First Aid Celestial, Peniel [Power: 5000]!" Teresa yelled.
"Eeeep... she's just so cute like you Teresa!" one girl among the crown squealed.
"Aww thank you, but please try and control the volume so the both of us can focus and fight at our very best." Teresa retorts as she winks back at the crowd.
Nearly everyone hear just ate that gesture up, but at least it was still able to serve its purpose and get everyone to quiet down.
"Sorry about that... my fans can get a little rowdy sometimes. At any rate since you're the challenger you can go first." Teresa explained as she directed her idol smile towards Will.
"Thank you... Young Skull Witch, Nemain [Power: 6000] rides and I'll move Fullbau behind her through his skill." Will said as he responds to Teresa's smile with his own serious variation.
Here Will's vanguard transforms from a sleek wild creature into a skull carrying maiden that's showing off the tight midriff and slender thighs of her new youthful body gained through magic.
"I ride Thousand Ray Pegasus [Power: 7000], and I'll move my starting vanguard behind him as well.
This horse had a golden mane, completely blue eyes, a white sheen, and four sets off three funnel like needles hovering around its body ready to heal his allies or destroy his enemies.
"Thousand Ray Pegasus will attack your skull witch [Total Power: 12000]!" Teresa declared.
[Drive Check – Dosage Celestial, Asmodel – No Trigger]
Each laser within the possession of Thousand Ray Pegasus hits the green lawn just below the feet of Will's Nemain kicking the dirt underneath it with such force that it's able to bruise as well as dirty her pale white skin.
[Damage Check – Dark Great Mage, Badhabh Caar – No Trigger]
"And... I guess that's it for." Teresa said as she's happy to signal the end of her turn.
"Four turns remaining." Will says aloud just to show us how serious he was about his earlier declaration.

"That calm demeanor... it's different, but it's close to Isaac's level of calm. Damn it, if he really has the strength to match... why did he hold back against Sade?" I thought as I focus all of my energy right now into finding even the smallest clue to Will's true ability as a fighter.
"Don't think about it too much. We'll find out the answer to that question soon enough." Jacob said somehow knowing what I was thinking as he placed his hand on my shoulder.
"I'll ride Barbelith [Power: 9000] and then I'll follow up with a copy of the True Black Sage, Charon [Power: 7000]." Will informed.
Now Will's vanguard transformed from a slender youthful appearing maiden into a demonic style knight of darkness with a sword twice the width of his own arm and as long as his own body, a flowing blood red cape, and a small shield attached to his left arm.
"That unit... I see... if he's running that in a Shadow Paladin deck... then that means only one possible card could be his ace." Jacob thought as he got a grasp on the make up of Will's deck from Charon alone.
"I'll use Charon's skill to reveal a Grade 3 unit in my hand." Will started to explain as he showed all of us who were watching a second copy of Caar.
Charon used the power of his own magic to summon darkness itself in the appearance of flame, and then he condensed all of that blackness to form a single card that flew into Will's hand.
"As you just saw that allows me to search my deck for a copy off this guy to my hand." Will said as he showed us the card he searched for whilst discarding another from his hand.
It was as you've already suspected a copy of a variation of the legendary Blaster Dark... one of which I'm sure you've already recognized, but it was a complete mystery to me due to my lack of familiarity with the Shadow Paladin clan at the time.
"It's... Blaster Dark 'Diablo'... just how does this guy have that card." Jacob said as his eyes went wide out of shock as apparently he didn't have the same issues I did with this clan of dark warriors.
"Charon will go in and attack your needle obsessed horse [Total Power: 7000]." Will declared as he outstretched his hand towards his target.
Once again Charon channels his magic, using Will's words but this time to channel a flame like darkness as a single harmful burst towards the "needle obsessed horse"

"With the support of Fullbau Brave, my vanguard will cut down Thousand Ray Pegasus with the power of his mighty sword [Total Power: 14000]!" Will declared.
"I won't be guarding." Teresa responds as she decides to preserve her hand for later.

"I'll ride Emergency Celestial, Danielle [Power: 9000]!" Teresa yelled.
Teresa's vanguard transformed into an angel with beautifully bright sapphire blue wings, with cotton candy blue socks that reached pass her upper thighs, an incredibly large med-kit that she seems to carry along like it's a tiny purse, and her orange colored hair is replaced with her crimson red hair.
"I call Asmodel [Power: 9000] and another Thousand Ray Pegasus [Power: 7000] to my left." Teresa said as she showed both cards to Will before placing it onto the rearguard circle.
"They're only feeling each other out nor are they taking each other seriously. This is supposed to be a casual match... so what is with this tension?" I thought as I was one of the dozen or so people who felt the same as I did.
You could also count Raphugio and Jacob on that list as well, but the real excitement in this fight has yet to begin.
"Why..." Jacob mumbled as he found himself staring intently at Teresa for a reason that was a complete mystery at the time.
"Why what?" I ask.
"I've never actually fought Teresa despite the number of times our teams have been matched against one another, but I've her fights a countless number of times. Somehow... her composure, her attitude, and the way she's moving her hands... it all feels... familiar to me... like I'm watching my.. no forget it there's no way that's possible." Jacob explained as he starts to recall something he clearly didn't want to remember in the middle of her explanation.
"Whatever man..." I retort as I fail to realize just how much what Jacob's thinking weighs on his mind.
"With the support of Thousand Ray Pegasus, my Asmodel will show your vanguard the strength of an angel's healing touch [Total Power: 16000]!" Teresa declared as she struck a pose from one of her dance routines.
"Alright... I'll give you that chance." Will said as he decided quickly to accept Teresa's attack with open arms.
[Damage Check – Intense Fighting Knight, Dorint – No Trigger]
"Since Asmodel's attack hit your vanguard, I'll use her skill to move her to my damage zone and superior call Nursing Celestial, Narelle [Power: 7000] to the rearguard. Now I'll use Narelle's skill to replace Asmodel in the damage zone with Danielle from my hand." Teresa explained as she starts to show off the unique strength of her clan.
"She's setting up her field for a bigger combo down the road, but the question is what kind of combo will it be." Raphugio notes.
"Danielle will now attack your Barbelith with a boot from Peniel [Total Power: 14000]!" Teresa declared.
"I guard with Revenger, Wounded Angel [Total Shield: 10000]!" Will countered.
[Drive Check – Prophecy Celestial, Ramiel – No Trigger]
"Is that supposed to be an ironic statement?" Teresa asks.
"It is if you take it to be one." Will retorts.
"Then I'll end my turn." Teresa informs.
"Then that also leaves you with only three turns remaining." Will declared as he clearly still intends on carrying out his earlier declaration.

"Here it comes." I thought.
"That legendary card..." Jacob thought.
"Stand at the precipice where the light leads into the darkness my avatar! Ride, Blaster Dark 'Diablo' [Power: 11000]!"
Barbelith was consumed by a column of darkness in which simulated the appearance of flame, but shortly thereafter that flame was broken apart by an even greater power... a legendary one wearing black armor and a red cape.
"That's seriously Blaster Dark... how does this guy have that card?" one member of the crowd asked another as apparently there were a few who didn't see it when Will added to his hand earlier.
"Who are you?" Teresa asks as even though she saw the card in Will's hand earlier... she didn't believe it was true until it was standing right here before her.
In fact in this arena's simulated big screen... it showed off this variation of Blaster Dark at an angle that further illustrates his overwhelming presence.
"I'll move Charon to the back and call Dark Knight Maiden, Macha [Power: 9000] in front of him." Will informed.
Seeing Teresa fight with a serious look on her face is almost as rare as seeing Isaac laugh, but the former of the two is exactly what we're seeing right now. In fact it's so rare that the last time Teresa fought seriously was about a year before this fight during an exhibition match against a foreign pro while she was on a world tour. In a nutshell Teresa's expression changes from that of an idol wanting to have fun with a PR event into a warrior serious about victory.
"You didn't answer my question." Teresa pointed out.
"I know, but that's because I had no intention of answering it. Now go... Blaster Dark 'Diablo'... attack Emergency Celestial, Danielle [Power: 16000]!" Will retorts.
"No guard." Teresa retorts.
"First check." Will said as he placed his hand on the top of his deck.
[Drive Check – Intense Fighting Knight, Dorint – No Trigger]
"And the second check." Will said as he returned his hand to he top of his deck
[Drive Check – Jumping Knight, Ligand Lumina – Critical Trigger]
"I give the critical to Blaster Dark 'Diablo' and the power to Macha [New Total: 16000 2 Crit]!" Will informed.
Danielle was focusing on Blaster Dark with such intensity that she believed it would be impossible for him to escape her sight without assistance, and it was her strong belief that made it all the more surprising when he did just that. She tried to look around to find him, but it was too late... Blaster Dark had suddenly appeared right behind her with the intention of impaling Danielle on his sword.

"I give all of the effects to my vanguard." Teresa said.
[Damage Check – Nursing Celestial Narelle – No Trigger]
"Then I'll have Macha smite your angel with the power of her dark blade [Total Power: 21000]!" Will declared.
"I guard with Recovering Celestial, Ramuel [Total Shield: 10000]!" Teresa counters.
"I end my turn." Will said.

"I ride Holy Edge Celestial, Malchidael [Power: 11000]." Teresa says.
"She doesn't have enough cards to perform legion yet... so why... oh duh." I thought as I kick myself a little for not realizing Teresa's intentions for this turn right away.
"Generation Zone release! Angel that transcends both the time and the heavens, guide me to the future that lies beyond the sunlit hill!" Teresa yelled as she discarded the copy of Ramiel in her hand.
Ramiel started to glow in Teresa's drop zone like she was the source of all the rainbows in existence, of which is yet another physics defying motion that I'm wondering why people don't question.
"Stride... Generation! Holy Celestial, Mikael [Power: 26000]!" Teresa yelled.
"So that's Teresa's G-Unit..." I mumble aloud.
This G-Unit of Teresa's perfectly embodied the motherly yet still regal nature deep within her along with her deep blue hair, the confidence she would carry were she to walk into a room, the power that comes with being a six winged angel, the wisdom that lay beneath her pure white skin, and all of this is only strengthened when her spirit combines with Teresa... metaphorically speaking of course.
"I'll use Mikael's skill to place the top card of my deck into the damage zone." Teresa explained.
[Top Card – Recovery Celestial, Raumel – Heal Trigger]
"Now I'm allowed to superior call another copy of Narelle [Power: 7000] from my damage zone and give it a +5000 power bonus. Next I'll use Narelle's skill to switch a copy of Malchidael from my hand with the Samyaza from my damage zone." Teresa explained as this was only the beginning of an Angel Feather combo attack.
"That's two switches from the damage zone." Jacob thought.
"Since I just added a card to my damage zone I can superior call Danielle [Power: 9000] by paying a counterblast cost of one and putting another card in my damage zone from the top of my deck." Teresa continued to explain.
[Top Card – Adamantine Celestial, Aniel – No Trigger]
"That makes three cards I've added to my damage zone, of which allows me to give Thousand Ray Pegasus +6000 power." Teresa informed as she partially switches back to her idol persona.
"What skillful play... with only the cost of two cards Teresa was able to fill up her field, strengthen her defense, and amass a solid a solid amount of attacking power." Jacob said as he was clearly impressed with the young Idol's performance.
"Narelle, with the support of her twin will attack Blaster Dark [Total Power: 19000]!" Teresa declared.
"I guard with Ligand Lumina [Total Shield: 10000]!" Will countered.
"Now show Blaster Dark the might of healing arts perfected through generations of experience! Mikael attack [Total Power: 31000]!" Teresa declared.
"Hmmmmm... I won't guard." Will said as he decides take the risks that come with a triple drive attack.
[Drive Check – Adamantine Celestial, Aniel – No Trigger]
"Second check." Teresa says aloud.
[Drive Check – Wild Shot Celestial, Raguel – No Trigger]
"And the third check." Teresa said as she places her hand on the top of her deck.
[Drive Check – Recovery Celestial, Ramuel – Heal Trigger]
"I give the power to Danielle, and as a nice consolation prize I recover one point of damage." Teresa explained as by pure irony the card she removed from the damage zone was another heal trigger.
Mikael like Thousand Ray had several fancifully designed needles floating around her, but once she channeled her power through them... the difference between them couldn't have been made any more clear. Were it not for Blaster Dark being willing to face the attack directly... it could have possibly destroyed most of the arena behind him.

"I can't heal, but I'll give the power to my vanguard anyway." Will notes.
"Danielle, go and see if you can't bring this guy down another peg [Total Power: 27000]!" Teresa declared.
[Damage Check – Darkheart Trumpeter – No Trigger]
"Mikeal is forced back to the Generation Zone at the end of my turn." Teresa explained as she signaled the end of her own.
"Two turns left." Will says aloud.

"Here it comes... a Shadow Paladin stride." I thought.
"Liberating the Generation Zone!" Will yelled as he discarded a copy of the upgraded Badhabh Caar from his hand.
And like Teresa's Ramiel... this Caar started to glow in the drop zone like it was the real source of all of the rainbows in the word. Slowly... as the light grew brighter space started to seemingly bend around Will as if to bring him directly to the G-Unit he wants to borrow power from.
"Go forth blizzard of the night and reveal the form lost through the passage of time! Stride Generation... Snow Element, Blizza [Total Power: 26000]!" Will yelled at the top of his lungs.
"No... way... I never thought I'd see a Cray Elemental up close." Raphugio said as he was more shocked by this unit's appearance than of Blaster Dark.
"Cray Elemental?" I ask as I've never seen those cards before.
"Cray Elementals are cards that can be added to any deck regardless of clan, and each one has a powerful unique ability that if used right... well it can turn any situation around." Jacob explained without even turning to face us as his eyes were still drawn to the match going on before him.
"How do you know about them Jacob?" I ask out of curiosity.
"Not long after Mr. Elchart took me in... I saw the one he has on display in his home office, and then I asked him about it." Jacob quickly answers.
"I call Intense Fighting Knight, Dorint [Power: 9000], and now I'll use the effect of Fullbau Brave and move him into my soul." Will explained.
The effect of Will's starter aside... the unit he just played was wearing as expected black armor with heavy blue stripes, long flowing purple hair, and him armor should make it hard for him to move yet he looks as though he's light on his feet.
"Fullbau's skill allows me to add a copy of Blaster Dark Diablo from my deck to my hand. Show the brilliance of your mind Macha, and attack Malchidael [Total Power: 16000]!" Will yelled.
"No guard." Teresa counters.
"Then I'll use Macha's skill to superior call Darkheart Trumpeter [Power: 7000]from my deck, then I'll soul blast Nemain to use Trumpeter's skill, and now I'll superior call Hard Fighting Knight, Claudus [Power: 7000]." Will explained as he's got a full field of his own now.
[Damage Check – Hot Shot Celestial, Samyaza – Critical Trigger]
"I give all of the power to my vanguard." Teresa informed as the bonus to her defense came as a relief to her.
"With one card he assured he can stride on his next turn with minimal risk, then with another he was able to fill his field, and all the while he increased his chances of drive checking a trigger by taking 3 non-trigger units out of his deck." Jacob said as he mumbles his observation of Will's moves aloud.
"This Will guy is good... really good, but if he's always been this strong how come he held back against Sade?" I ask Raphugio as I was curious about his opinion on the subject..
"I don't know... maybe he just didn't want people to see his full power. I can't say if he's on one, but even famous teams sometimes keep a low profile to hide how much they've changed." Raphuigo answered as he just didn't know what to tell me.
"With the support of Darkheart Trumpeter, my Blizza attacks! Now I'll activate Blizza's skill: by playing a counterblast cost of 1 and turning over a face down card in my G-Zone... Blizza gains +5000 power." Will explained.
As Will did that the large mana crystals that were sticking out of the snowflake shaped magical seal on Blizza's back started to be filled with a countless amount of white sparkles. Why it was as if Blizza had summoned all the snow that exists on Cray inside of those crystals.
"Now let's see if your vanguard can survive the fury of my Blizzard Storm Genesis [Total Power: 38000]!" Will yelled.
"It will because I'll nullify your attack with Aniel [Perfect Defense]!" Teresa quickly counters.
[Drive Check – Revenger, Wounded Angel – Critical Trigger]

Do you remember how I said a few seconds ago that it seemed Blizza was containing all of the snow of the world within himself? Well whatever the case is all that power is released all at one like a rushing avalanche being shot out of a fire hose. Aniel was able to deflect the attack around her leaving Teresa's vanguard unharmed, but not without badly damaging the simulated arena around them.
"Through Dorint's skill I'll flip a face down card in my damage zone face up, and now... Dorint will attack your vanguard with the support of Claudus [Total Power: 32000 2 Crit]!" Will yells.
"Ramuel and Samyaza guards [Total Shield: 20000]!" Teresa counter.
"Then I end my turn and Blizza goes back to my G-Zone." Will says as he calmly went through the motions.

"It's my turn now." Teresa announced as she stood her units and drew a card as is the rules of the game.
"I suggest you make this turn count." Will said as he was more focused on checking the cards he had in his hand that moment instead of his opponent.
"What do you mean?" Teresa asks as she wasn't expecting Will's sudden interjection.
"I said that I would win by my fifth turn. One my first turn I rode to grade 1, on my second turn to grade 2, on my third turn to grade 3, on my forth turn as you just saw I borrowed the power of a G-Unit, and my next turn will be my fifth." Will explained as he offers a quick summary of the match.
"Wow I guess this guy really intends to win by turn 5 huh?" I mumble aloud.
"Yeah, but I mean it's still been a pretty exciting fight so far... it's also been a pretty even fight too." Raphugio notes.
"You're wrong... this Will has been in complete control of the fight the entire time. Either Teresa plays the one card that will allow her to turn things around right now or... or Will is going win on his next turn just like he said he would." Jacob points.
"Exactly what card would that be?" I ask.
"I'm talking about a new Angel Feather unit that had its effect leaked to promote the next booster pack. There's obviously no way for me to know if she really has it, but for any Angel Feather player to have that card before the official release date... Teresa would be one of the only few with the necessary connections." Jacob explained.
"Oh... that sounds exciting... in that case I hope Teresa does have it." I mumble as thought of a card with an unknown power gets my blood pumping even further.
"I was hoping to save it for the national tournament this year... but it looks like that I'll have to use that now." Teresa thought as she's able to foresee how this match is going.
"Well... what will you do?" Will asks as he hid the fact he was starting to get annoyed with Teresa just standing around.
"Generation Zone release!" Teresa yelled as she discarded yet another copy of Ramiel from her hand.
"Oh my people... just what kind of card will Teresa play now?!" the store manager yelled as he decided to take a shot at playing the role of a hype-man.
And yet another phy... you know what... forget it I'm not even going to get into it. Rainbow colored lights fly by and bla bla bla bla bla... Teresa is going to channel a great power through the generations.
"Let the scars of your mind and body be healed through the power of the future's light, Stride Generation! Holy Cherubim, Ramiel Phoenix [Power: 26000]!" Teresa yelled.
"Ramiel Phoenix?!" Will said as despite how sure he was that he was going to win on his next turn... he still didn't expect such a card to be played.
What does this mysterious G-Unit look like you ask? Well I'm afraid I have no intention of answering that just yet. You see there's somewhere I have to be rather soon from the moment I'm writing this, so for now everything that's happened past this point is going...
