Ali found a butterfly on a flower. When she reached for it, it flew away. Disappointed, she turned to see a familiar croc.
"Ali!" Cragger called.
"Hey Cragger."
Cragger noticed she wasn't with anyone, causing him concern.
"Is anyone out here with you?"
"No, just you."
Cragger sighed.
"What are you doing out here in the jungle alone? You don't know your way right?"
"I don't think I'm THAT far out. And I'm sure I'll be fine. It's not like a HUGE animal will attack me."
"Ok. But heres a crock flare if you need help."
Ali took the flare from Cragger. Giving a small goodbye, the croc speed off.
Walking for a few more minutes, a feeling of being watched took over her.
She looked around. No bird, reptilian, insect, or mammal people of Chima were present.
If not one of them, then who was it?
She turned fast to see a girl with blond hair in a bush behind her.
Picking up a stick, she walked to her. The girl noticed her and jumped out of the bushes, knife in hand.
"Hey, stalking isn't nice." Ali said.
"Same with coming at strangers with sticks." The girl said.
Ali looked her up and down. Tattered, worn out clothes with a pair of cracked glasses.
"Are you from the plane crash?" She asked.
"Yeah. You?" The girl asked back.
"I woke alone with burning bodies around me."
Both lowered their weapon and stick.
"I'm Madison." The girl said.
"I'm Ali Greendale."
"Ali?! We were looking ALL OVER this place for you!"
"What?!" Ali said in shock.
"Yeah, this guy, James, he was looking for you! And we thought you were in a dugeon, held
captive by evil lions! But-"
"Wait, Evil Lions? Who in the name of Leonardo the Ninja, told you that?!"
"A princess crocodile."
"Princess Crocadile? Was her name, Crooler?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"What did she tell you. I want EVERY detail."
After that, Madison began the story.
"She's out there ALONE!?" Laval yelled.
Cragger brought the news of Ali being alone in the jungle, but it only
brought the Lion prince panic.
"I'm gonna go find her. With what Crooler did, she might be in trouble."
"What if you get in trouble yourself?" Eris asked.
"I'll call you."
With that, the lion took off.
"Well, this is gonna be a BIG mess to clean up." Ali said.
When she heard a speedor, she told Madison to run.
Madison hesitated, but a "Go!" from the girl they were looking for after all these days got her moving.
Ali looked to see Laval. She gave him a smile.
"Glad your ok." He said.
"Yeah, but I wasn't lost." Ali responded making Laval give a laugh.
Madison watched them from a bush. Laval was good, just like Ali told her.
"So, Crooler was lying." She said and ran back to camp after the two rode back to the temple.
On the ride home, Ali asked Laval something.
"Remember that date?"
"Yeah."
"Hows Tomorrow?"
"Sounds great!"
