TNG stands for The Next Generation. This Series stars Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr and their efforts to protect the planet like their ancestors before them. Originally I was gonna have this play out like a lot of other Dragon Ball AF stories, but after watching the final episode of GT, I decided to go in another direction.

Chapter 6: The time is approaching

[Writer's Note, I am going to write this story differently for a while and see how it feels]

Back on the planet Crozimes, the group of warriors head to their ship. At the docking station is their Rounded ship, Circular windows going all the way around it covered in a solid black strip. They were given this ship after completing a bounty for a mechanic. He didn't have any credits at the time but gave them a ship he built from parts he found floating in place instead. The ship was very fast, it could cover the distance to the planet earth in about 3 months. It also had a handy training feature that increased the gravity of the ship. However they didn't know what planet's gravity the machine was set to.

Torus handed some credits to one of the workers to refill their ship with some gas. If they did the math right, they would have just enough gas to get to Earth and then to another planet to collect the bounty after the job. "If my contact is correct, Tenchou will be heading back to Earth in 4 months." Ichi says as they board their ship. Sandra sets the coordinates "Perfect, 3 months to get there and an extra month to prepare." She said with excitement. After everyone settles in the ship takes off.

Zan and Torus get out of their sits after leaving the planets thermosphere. "It's training time, if you're not in then head down stairs so the gravity doesn't affect you." Torus said while stretching. Knowing what lies ahead of them Zandra and Ichi decide not to skip a single training session. Over the course of 3 months they keep changing their training routine. Sometimes they turn up the gravity and do simple crunches and pushups. Other time they'll do different variations of the pushups. The most used training they do use however is sparing. At times Zan and Torus pair with; other times Ichi and Torus pair up, since they all use a different style of fighting its always time well spent. Every now and again they would use the gravity machine separately, while one would train, the others would rest down below. Ichi who is the youngest of the group still pushed himself hard, getting up to 350 times gravity. Zandra was able to push herself to 380 times gravity, while Torus was able to get to 400 times gravity. Zan never did share the gravity he trained under as not seeing it as important.

Switching views, we find ourselves back in the otherworld as Goku and Vegeta Jr continue their training with Gohan and Vegeta. After 3 months of training they have gotten stronger than they thought possible in that amount of time. "Time for a break." Vegeta Said. Over the time training, Vegeta had loosened up some. In the middle of their break Dende appears. "You both need to head back to earth now, there are 4 high power levels approaching." Dende had said out of breath. Goku and Vegeta Jr said goodbye to their teachers and headed back with Dende to the lookout. "When will they arrive?" Goku Jr asks. Dende tell them that the approaching power levels will arrive at any minute now. "They are all quite powerful, I would say around our own level. But I am getting a weird feeling from the fourth power." Vegeta says not worried at all. Goku and Vegeta Jr take off to where these mysterious people will land. After they land they wait, Stretching and readying their minds. Finally from the sky a round ship descends and then slows down until finally landing. The entrance opens and stairs hit the ground as four people step out of it. A man steps in front of his group and approached Goku and Vegeta Jr. He gave them both a slight bow and proceeded to ask "hello, would you happen to know anyone of the name Tenchou?" Vegeta steps forward "depends on who's asking." The man in front of them gives a big smile "My name is Zan, and this is my group, Ichi, Torus, and Zandra. We want to find and fight Tenchou; afterwards my friends want to turn him in for his bounty." Goku tilts his head little when they say bounty. Zan keeps going "By the looks of you, I'd say your both planning on fighting him, if you will accept it. Allow us to help you with him." Goku and Vegeta Jr give each other a look, and for a second it looks like their having a conversation. Vegeta then looks back at the new group "Fine, you can join us. But I don't think we will need any help. We have no idea when Tenchou will arrive but feel free to stay on earth." Goku then quickly adds "you can even stay on the lookout with us, we've been staying there for the last couple of years and it's a nice place to train." Vegeta gets little irritated, feeling as Goku is little too trusting. Especially to a couple of complete strangers that are only here to collect a bounty on someone. Zan looks back to his friends that just shrug. "We happily accept you offer" he said looking back to Goku Jr.

Zandra decided to take the ship to the lookout so it won't just be sitting in the middle of the wasteland. On the way they do get introductions out of the way. Goku and Vegeta Jr are surprised to find out that Tenchou will be arriving in just a month, But with the help of the new arrivals. Their training process will increase and they will definitely be able to beat Tenchou.

Now after a month of using the gravity room and sparing, they day of Tenchou's arrival has come. Will they be able to defeat this conqueror now?
