Pulling in to her apartment Emily ran to her room not caring if she hits anything, her arms wrapped around her stomach. Tear cascading down her face from the pain that was ripping through her body. She may have hated the idea of not having JJ in her life or this child's life but at this point it may be for the best.
As JJ laid Henry to sleep she turned to Will
"We need to talk." She said moving down stairs in to her living room with Will in tow
"What is it Jay?" Will asked in his slow southern draw, JJ took a deep breath folding her arms across herself, before continuing
"Will I know what you did in the hospital" JJ said
*Flash Back*
JJ was lying in the hospital unconscious for the 3rd day; Emily hadn't left her for more than 30 minutes at a time she was determined to be there when JJ woke up.
"Emily go for a walk, take a shower, go eat real food, do something but sit here please!" Derek pleaded with her, but she never budged.
"I want to be here when she wakes up," Emily said" Morgan please I need to be here" Emily voice broke. Looking at her girlfriend of 3 years her only thoughts were of her and her helpless state.
"But Emily you can't just keep sitting here, watching her, she wouldn't want this." Derek tried
*Flash back over*
"What?" Will asked as if he had no clue what she was speaking of
"I know we weren't married in the hospital or even engaged." JayJay's voice may of portrayed confidents but she was anything but that.
"Damn dyke told you didn't she!" Will shouted enraged at his wives comment
"William, Henry is asleep quite down" JayJay hushed the older man trying in her best effort not to wake her son.
"No. That damn dyke said she won't tell! She made you think you were a faggot Jen! Faggots like her deserve to burn in hell!" He shouted not caring about his voice; he clenched his fist in to a ball, ready to strike.
*Flash back*
JJ slowly started to come around the 4th day. Derek had taken Emily home for a real night of sleep. At the time being Will was sitting in her room with their son, hoping she would wake up and that she would release she was wrong about Emily.
"Will…" He heard her say
"Jen? Come on baby you can wake up, come back to me." He cooed to her
"Will is that you?"
"Yes it is Jenny. Now come on baby, you can wake up, you have this." He kept trying
*Flashback over*
"I love her Will don't speak of her like that!" JJ retorted quickly to the statement about her lover "And keep your voice down. I don't know about you, but I do care that my son is asleep." JJ shouted in a whisper
"He's my son too Jennifer, I gave up everything for you two!" Will shouted
"We divorced then you tricked me in to remarrying you! I looked up the papers I have full custody! " JJ yelled feeling bad that her son had to hear all of this" You did this to yourself Will, so leave." JJ deadpanned "This is all your fought. Nothing can change that."
"No," Will started "this is my house, my son, if you wish to leave than leave." JJ raced up to her son's room packs a bag for him. She could always come back later for her things.
"You're not taking my boy." Will threated
"Watch me Will," JayJay started "how can I trust you with my son when you lied to me, do you understand that! You tricked me into remarrying you! I divorced you we weren't married and then in a moment of weakness you tricked me! I never loved you. Point blank. I did this for Henry!" JayJay pulled out her phone until Will ripped it out of her hand and yelled
"I did it to protect MY son! He won't be raised by no dykes, you hear!" Will raised his hand and slapped JJ across her face, out raged at her action and udder disrespect for him. To him, this wasn't her place, and she needed to be put in place. Will pushed her into the wall.
"You must not have got the memo Will;" She argued back. "I fell pregnant from a one night stand. I am gay! I married you because it was the right thing to do!" JJ was close to tears "Do you understand that, Will, I had sex with you because I couldn't have her!"
*Flashback*
"So, when will the team be back?" JayJay asked in her confused state
"I don't know, maybe you could go home with Henry and I?" Will offered, he knew it wouldn't happen but it was polite.
"I don't see why not. I mean we are engaged" JJ said as if it was nothing.
"Wait, what?" He said in confusion "What about Emily?
"Are you sure it's me hit their head?" She joked "We're engaged, you proposed. I said yes." She said very slowing messing with him "And who's Emily?" That's when Will realized , she didn't remember Emily, she was his.
"I'm messing with you sweetheart, but you know what? Screw engagement, I almost lost you let's get a preacher up her now." Will tried taking her hand
"Alright." JJ said as if it was that simple
*Flashback Over*
"That's a lie! You wanted me" Will sneered until JJ cut him off
"No Will! I wanted her I still do, I never wanted you don't you get that!" Will through JJ's phone at the wall and stormed out of their house, JJ picked up her phone to message Garcia
-Penny can me and Henry stay with you for a bit, Will and I got in to a fight and I can't be around him- JayJay messages Garcia
-Sure my blonde blue eyed fairy anything you need.- Garcia texted back JayJay, JJ had Henrys bags, grabbed him, and left. After a short drive JJ pulled up at Garcia's house
"Hi Pen thank you for letting us stay with you" JJ said
"Anything for my blue eyed fairy and my god-son" Pen smiled
"Do you have anywhere I could put him?" Pen nodded moving the young boy to her guest room. After returning to her living room she got her and JJ glasses of water
"So, what happened?" Garcia started JJ took a deep breath before explaining her and Will's fight and how she confronted him about the fact that they were not married. By the end of the story she was exhausted and Penelope had one last question.
"What about Emily?"
