The next day it was school again but there was a slight difference with my usual schooldays. The classroom was silent. That had never happened before since the twins made enough noise for every student in this school. I looked at the two boys who flanked my sides, they were writing their notes in silence.

From time to time the teacher shot them a dumbfounded glare. It seemed like the fight between the two brothers was more serious than I had thought. Somewhere in the back of my mind, the thought of me being the cause of their fight popped up again. The guilty feelings didn't let go off me the whole day and my mood was gloomy all day long and didn't change when club activities started.

I heaved a sigh. Mitsu-niichan looked at me with big brown eyes from over his cake.

"What's wrong, Haru-chan?" he asked worried and took a bit of the cake.

"I feel kind of responsible for the twins their fight." I confessed and saw the twins entertain their guests though their act seemed less passionate than usual.

"You feel guilty?" Mitsu-niichan finished the cake. "Why?"

I averted my eyes to my hands in my lap. "It's a long story." I avoided his question.

Mitsu-niichan noticed it and smiled somewhat sadly. "You should give them some time, Haru-chan. It's their first real, big fight."

"…" I sighed again, I hope their fight won't last long. The twins acting like this wasn't fun.

...

The next day, nothing had changed and the two siblings were still acting distant towards each other. I tried talking to Kaoru twice, since he was slightly more mature than his older brother so I had thought he would be easier to talk to, well I thought wrong. Apart from the problem with the twin there was the issue with Aunt Aneko's announcement. Since it was well known that the hosts were my childhood friends, a lot of journalists followed them around.

Good thing I was cross dressing so no one knew I was actually a girl. The whole media exploded with speculations about where I could be and with who. Because of all the attention Arata was being even more careful than usual. It was getting troublesome, I had thought that he wouldn't follow me around as much as he did before the lessons I got but again, I had been wrong.

And now that he was always around me, I couldn't find any time to ask Kyo-niichan to investigate on him, but I can always do that later. When I came to the clubroom, I was alone. The others must have been held back by teachers or persistent reporters. I started to set the tables for when the guests came.

A couple of minutes later Hika-niichan walked in. His eyes lit in surprise when he finally saw me. We looked at each other in silence.

"Hikaru, I –"

"Haurhi." He called me, interrupting me. "The last time I wasn't able to ask my question, so will you listen to it now?" he asked.

I gulped. "Sure." I said a bit hesitant.

He walked towards me, intimidating me a bit. "Haruhi… isn't there something you should tell me?"

"T-that's your question?" I asked surprised.

"Yeah, so is there something?" he asked again. His eyes were covered by his hair so I couldn't read them. "Well?"

"I…" I started but stopped again and took a deep breath. He was giving me a chance to tell me my identity. "I…" I averted my eyes and took a step back, uneasy with Hika-niichan intimidating closeness.

Hika-niichan grabbed my wrist. "Haruhi!" he almost yelled my name, a desperate look on his face. I shrunk and tried to pull my wrist away.

"Y-you're hurting me, Hikaru."

He didn't loosen his grip but tightened it. "Answer me, Haruhi." He said in a low voice. Then suddenly Hika-niichan ws pulled back, releasing my wrist. All of a sudden Taka-niichan's hand was on Hika-niichan shoulder and Kyo-niichan was shielding me. Surprised Hika-niichan looked at the two other hosts and grinned sadly.

"So you guys know too?" he asked and met eyes with me.

"So you didn't mind telling them?" he asked. "But I wasn't worth the trouble?"

"Hikaru." Taka-niichan tightened his grip on the boy's shoulder.

Hika-niichan shook off the hand, still looking at me. "I missed you, Haru." He called me by my old nickname. "But apparently you didn't miss me as much as I missed you." He turned away and ran past his brother, Mitsu-niichan and Tama-niichan.

"What's he talking about?" Kao-niichan asked and looked at me. "You know why he's mad?"

"I…" I couldn't bring up any excuses.

"Haruhi." He called me reproachful. "It's not good to keep secrets from your friends." He said and ran after his twin.

"What's going on with these two?" Tama-niichan muttered as Kao-niichan ran off. "the guests are coming soon."

"Tama-chan, it's better to leave them alone for a while." Mitsu-niichan said.

Tama-niichan shrugged. "Let's get started."

Kyo-niichan turned around to face me. "Are you all right?" he asked, though the emotions weren't shown on his face, I could tell he was worried.

"I'm fine." I muttered and rubbed my wrist.

"He knows?" Taka-niichan asked.

"Remember the girl who kidnapped him?" I asked and he nodded. "She was an employee of my aunt and apparently she has told him everything."

"I see."

"Hikaru looked pretty mad." Kyo-niichan commented.

"I can't really blame him… I would be angry too." I said, pain could be hurt in my voice. Taka-niichan and Kyo-niichan noticed.

"Give it some time, Haruhi." Kyo-niichan comforted me. "He'll understand.

"I hope so." I whispered. Kyo-niichan smiled to me and went to help Tama-niichan, Taka-niichan tousled my hair and went over to Mitsu-niichan, both let me know they were supporting me. The clubroom looked so empty without Hika-niichan and Kao-niichan.

Last time I forgot to announce I'll be making multiple endings, I don't mind the extra work, I like to write for this fanfic. I haven't a clear view on the end of the story yet but I got some few ideas, if you have some requests or ideas for the ending of a certain host, I might use them ^_^ enjoy the chapter :)
