Chirsse? (Clarisse and Chris, note this is before the titan war)

Chris' P.O.V.

I am insane. That's the only reason to explain any of this. I mean She could kill me if she wanted to in thirty different ways when she wasn't feeling creative and a hundred more if she was. I mean she doesn't kill people on the spot like most people think and is also really nice. Once you get past the rude exterior.

Just to clue you in I'm about to ask Clarisse out on a date. And no I am not suicidal. I found her tearing apart dummies. Shocker right? Clarisse La Rue tearing apart dummies like crazy. Most people have the wrong idea about her. Most people see her as a war crazed person who has a rock for a heart. One she actually has a heart and two she isn't war crazy. She just likes fighting.

" I think it's dead." I shouted. She speared a the current dummy though it's midsection and turned towards me.

" I thought I told you Chris to not dis-" She started

" Not distract you while you are training because tamer might just be though me not the dummy. I remember" I finished.

She smirked slightly. " What do you want?"

I walked over to her. " I wanted to ask you a question. But I need you to agree to a few things first." I said. When I first told Connor about what I wanted to do he kinda told me to play it safe and make her to agree to a few terms first.

Clarisse huffed. " Conditions for a question? What?"

" One I get a two-minute head start after I ask it if I feel like you're going to spear me and if things do go against me that you will personally spear Travis, Connor and who ever you see fit."

She laughed. " Yeah whatever. What is it?"

Is she pissed? Oh gods I think she's pissed off already. I am going to haunt Connor for the rest of his life. I just say it and run. Yeah that's a good plan.

" Will you go to the fireworks/On a date with me Clairsse?" I said quickly. Then I ran off. I looked behind me once and saw her pull her spear out of the dummy. Oh shit I'm dead. I ran off into the woods hoping I could lose her in there.

Clarisse's P.O.V.

" Will you go to the fireworks/On a date with me Clarisse?" Chris asked. He ran almost as soon as he got the last syllable out of him. Did he just ask me on a date?

I watched him run. Well he did say to give him a two-minute head start. I grabbed my spear out of the dummy and strapped it to my back Once two minutes were I decided to take a nice walk through the woods. The idiot should have gone to the beach or maybe to even the cabins.

I took my time looking for Chris. Was I really that scary or was he that much of a wimp? I do actually like him but I can't date him if he's dead now can I? Well I can't say it would be a first. Not me killing a guy but a guy being scared to ask me out.

I found him by the creek. I smirked. Well if he thinks I'm going to kill him I might as well just play off that a bit. I pulled me spear off my back and stepped into the clearing.

" So who should I kill first, Connor or Travis?" I asked

He jumped. " How the hell did you find me so fast?"

I rolled my eyes at his stupidity. " I had two option. Beach or woods. I'm not an idiot Chris."

Chris' P.O.V.

Oh crap. I'm dead. She's just playing cat and mouse with me. Me being a mouse and her being a cat that can kill me anytime she wants.

" I know that. I guess I was just nervous." I said.

Clarisse smiled. Like an real genuine smile. " You're an idiot you know?"

I laughed with relief as she put her spear down. " So you're not going to kill me?"

" Well I guess not now but if you screw up at all on this date, well we will see."

" So that's a yes on the date?

She laughed again. " Yes I would be extremely happy to go on a date with you."

" YES! I'M NOT GOING TO DIE! HELL YEAH!" I shouted.

I have to admit I was a bit crazy with happiness and looking back on it I have to admit if I wasn't so excited that I wasn't dead I wouldn't have done it. But I still dead. I walked towards Clarisse and kissed her. Anyone in there right mind would have just been happy that she agreed to go on a date with them and not pushed it any far.

But they weren't an idiot like me. At first I could tell she was shocked and highly apprehensive. Like ready to shove me.

Clairsse's P.O.V.

When he kissed me my first thought was to shove him off and punch him. But then my more feminine side as Silena would call it, came out and I actually really enjoyed the kiss. Which was rather odd considering that I has never been kissed before and that I didn't even know what to do. Once Chris pulled away. He looked scared for a second.

Alright this was getting old. I don't mind people being scared of me but It gets old when even your friends are scared to even approach you about any thing

" I'm so sorry Clarisse I have no clue what came over me-" I cut him off by kissing him.

Brilliant right? He kissed me back. When we both pulled away He wasn't scared anymore and I was actually smiling and blushing a bit.

" You don't have to be so scared of me you know? I'm actually a very gentle person."

" Well I was just being careful. I value my life."

I picked up my spear and Chris grabbed me hand we walked out of the woods with me being just a bit happier then usual.

A/N and that my little kitties is the long-awaited Clarisse and Chris chapter. Short yes. Late you bet your ass. But is it fluffy? Hell yeah! Some news is that I will be trying to post a chapter every Friday if I can. Saturday at the latest now that I am getting into a bit of a schedule. Oh and if you haven't figured it out yet because I just did.
