Yo guys, it's been a while. Sorry about the lateness. You can read my excuses at the Author's note at the end, but until then, hope you'll enjoy this chapter...

"Umm…everyone, Kurousagi would like you all to meet her cousin…Kuroneko…"

Kurousagi tried to introduce her companion, who was hiding behind her with a very timid look on her face. Everyone else glanced at this newcomer, all making equally confused faces.

"Heh, so Kurousagi had a cat cousin?" Izayoi asked in an amused tone. "Does that mean she can change her hair color too?"

The cat-like girl called Kuroneko looked a bit similar to her rabbit cousin, but Kuroneko was a bit shorter in height, and she had a hint of whiskers on her face. Her eyes were also more of a silver-ish grey, and her face was just a bit more round that Kurousagi's. However, the thing that seemed to catch most of their attention was…

"She's a bit flat…" Ryo said as he leaned in closer to compare the two with their breast sizes. Ryo seemed to be showing interest, but more in regards to data instead of the romantic sense. However, his analysis was accurate, as Kurousagi's breasts seemed to be more "larger" compared to Kuroneko's "more average" appearance. People who really knew Ryo would know that, although he was a teenage boy, he was observant to the point that he was quite oblivious to "common sense" at times. As a result…

"You giant pervert!"

… such a reaction wouldn't be unexpected.

Kuroneko and Kurousagi were covering their chests with one arm while using the other to simultaneously smack Ryo with a paper fan. Shortly after, Ryo ended up sitting back in his chair with two red marks on his face while acting like nothing really happened.

"Hmmm…so the difference in strength seems to imply that their chest size has an effect on the amount of power that they accumulate. But then does that mean the Kuroneko is more agile than Kurousagi? Or does this have to do more with their animalistic traits? After all, a cat is usually more flexible and acrobatic than a rabbit is, so maybe…" Ryo continued to go deep in thought as he tried to reason the difference in strength between the two animal-type beings. The others sighed or smiled mischievously.

"Nii-sama," Hikari said while looking at her brother. "This is guy is kinda scaring me…"

"Yes," Asuka agreed. "This person does seem to be quite unusual, even after considering everything we've encountered in this world…"

After wordlessly agreeing to ignore Ryo for the time being, everyone sat up straight as Kurousagi continued.

"Well," Kurousagi began. "Kuroneko is a bit shyer than Kurousagi is. (some of the others raised an eyebrow as if to say "You think?!") B-But, Kuroneko was also a [Little Garden] Aristocrat, so as a result, she also carries the benefit of [Judge Master]."

"Ara," Asuka interrupted while smiling. So being a [Judge Master] is available only to the [Little Garden] Aritocrats?" She asked as she recalled what Shiroyasha had said during their talk the day before.

"Weeellll…not always…" Kurousagi replied in a nervous tone. However, Asuka was merciless as she pressed on.

"But?" she asked in a more forceful tone.

"Er….[Little Garden] Aristocrats…well….they are usually assigned this privilege after a certain age, based on the fact that they will be fair, lawful, and avoid playing favorites…"

"Oh, like the stories about the moon and the rabbit…" Izayoi mentioned suddenly.

"Yes! In most folklore, rabbits have made some kind of giant sacrifice, or shown some kind of virtue that resulted in their appearance on the moon!" Her voice began to show more confidence as she went on. "Since Kurousagi is sort of like a direct descendent of such rabbits, it can be easy to see why Kurousagi was chosen for such a responsible duty!"

"Yeah right!" all the problem children simultaneously responded in a flat-tone.

"EHHHHH?!"

"She said sacrifice, but when her life was on the line, she had barely shown any trust in us…" Izayoi said. He spoke like he was talking to himself, but it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

"She didn't show responsibility when summoning us all in the first place…" Asuka spoke in the same way.

"She was also rather intrusive this morning with her yelling and the noise…" Hikari responded.

"It seems like all we have is someone who's only a little more than deadweight…" Ryo sighed as he joined back in.

Kurousagi lost all her energy as she slowly fell to the ground while curled up in the fetal position.

"Why….*sniff*…why is everyone picking on Kurousagi?" she sobbed as Lily sat nearby while petting her gently.

Kuroneko (who lost her line of defense) was fidgeting nervously as she struggled to look at everyone in the eye.

"Uh…ummm…." She was about to speak when someone suddenly interrupted her.

"Do you mind if I ask you something?"

She flinched before slowly turning to Izayoi.

"W-What is it?"

"Just why did you come here in that maid outfit?"

"Ah…"

In all the confusion, she completely forgot about her outfit. Her maid outfit was one of those "short-skirt" types that was just a few inches above where the end of her dark stockings reached on her legs. The apron was wrapped around her stomach quite nicely, and the head piece was placed just behind her ears, making it look like one of those cosplay headbands. However, the uniform overall seemed to be emphasizing her "three sizes" quite a bit, which would usually make people (both the wearer and the audience) self-conscious about their appearance, and/or wonder why one would wear such an outfit in the first place.

"Th-This is…"

"Ah!" Asuka and Kyle softly said in unison as they recalled seeing a figure in a maid outfit back at the "Thousand Eyes" office branch. "Could it be that you're here because of Shiroyasha?" The red "ojou-sama" asked.

Kuroneko nodded as she went through her pockets to draw out an envelope. Jin took it, glancing at the familiar symbol.

"Dual goddess wax seal…yes, it's definitely from Shiroyasha…" He opened the envelope and read the contents outloud to everyone in the room.

To the community [No Name],

We, of the revived community [Fores Garo], wish to challenge you all to a duel with several [Gifts] at stake. Come to our headquarters in 4 hours, or we shall consider your side to have forfeited. We also ask that you bring at least three challengers to participate in our [Gift Game].

We look forward to challenging the community that had defeated our predecessor, Galdo Gaspar.

"Heh, so it looks like they decided to bring back [Fores Garo] huh?" Izayoi smiled as he suddenly stood up while punching his own hand. "I guess these guys didn't learn about the mistake they made when they challenged us last time!"

"Nii-sama…" Hikari asked in an amazed tone. "Are you saying that you've actually fought with this community before?"

"Yeah…well actually it was the young ojou-sama and Kasukabe who actually played, but we had still beaten them pretty easily, so I'm surprised that they've actually decided to make a comeback."

"Amazing! Even without your powers, you've still managed to win? That community must have been pretty weak, or the others must have been really good!"

Asuka's eye twitched in frustration as she heard Hikari's exclamation. She didn't burst out in anger and kept herself composed, but she hated the way that young girl had put it in a way that sounded like they had to pull of some kind of miracle. Jin seemed to have noticed this, and quickly interrupted to change the subject.

"T-Then, let's decide who's going to go…"

"There's no question," Asuka said as she stood up. "We just need three, so obviously me, Yo, and Izayoi will go over and win. After all, we are more experienced than the newer members…"

Cecilia, Kyle, and Ryo didn't seem to be listening as the three of them were yawning with a very uninterested look. Hikari was the only one that seemed to object.

"Wait a moment!" She exclaimed as she suddenly rose to her feet. "I don't mind if Nii-sama wants to go while I stay behind, but I don't want him going with those two!" She pointed to Yo and Asuka, frowning as she puffed her cheeks out.

"C'mon Hikari," Izayoi said with his arms raised. "I know it's not exactly an ideal thing, but we still need to bring two other people, and your ability isn't going to help us in this particular game…"

"*Sniff*" Hikari started a sob a bit as her head suddenly dropped. "But…..but…."

Izayoi scratched his head before sighing. "Then what if I go with the Ryo and Kyle instead?"

"No." Kyle said bluntly without moving an inch. The others turned as they wondered why he would deny such an interesting offer.

"I think that the strongest people should be the ones to go in this game." He said as he waved his arms like he had almost nothing to do with anything that was going on right now. "So I don't think I should go…"

Ryo gave a suspicious look. "What makes you think you're not stronger than we are?"

"I don't," Kyle shrugged. "But it sounds like it would be a lot more interesting to just stay behind and just say I'm the weakest here."

Izayoi stared for a moment before shrugging. "Is that so? Then I guess I'll just go with Ryo and Cecilia instead…"

"Wait a moment!" Asuka shouted. "I'm not satisfied with this set up, I still think me and Yo should be the ones who goes on this [Gift Game]. After all, we were the ones who completed the one last time!"

"But we're not even sure if it will be the same as last time." Jin brought up suddenly. "They know about your last game by the sound of it, and they might choose a game that's disadvantageous to your [Gifts] in that case." The young leader made a worried face. "I don't really like it, but it might be better if we go with Izayoi's idea for now."

"But…" Asuka glanced around briefly before making a huge sigh. "Fine, but in that case, you all better make sure you win" She turned around and left the room with a slight huff.

"So she's the jealous-type?" Ryo quietly asked with his arms crossed. "That's interesting…"

In the end, the three chosen participants were Ryo, Cecilia, and Izayoi, all chaperoned by Kurousagi.

"Well then, everyone please take care of things around here while we're gone." Kurousagi exclaimed before leading the group to the ruins of what used to be [Fores Garo] headquarters. The younger children waved farewell to them while the remaining problem children just watched them leave before heading inside.

"Well then," Hikari said as she rolled up her sleeves. "What should we do while they're gone?"

"Actually, all of you can help us with the chores and gardening" Jin said as he started to lead Kyle and Hikari down the halls (Asuka and Yo had disappeared suddenly at this point). "Even though it's important to try and win as many [Gift Games] as possible, it's just as important to try and revive our community land on our own."

They all eventually reached the garden, or at least what was left of it. Since the [No Name] downfall, the garden was practically a deserted wasteland. The difference in the areas that needed to be treated, and the areas where food was planted was obvious.

Rows of soil that have been tilled and/or planted were lined up in neat rows, and some of the vegetables had already grown. However, the land that was untouched still had a wide arrangment of gravel and trees that seemed to resemble large dried up twigs and large pale stones. The air was musty and dry so that if you breathed through your mouth long enough for the moisture to dry up, a rough feel was left on your tongue.

Hikari watched sadly as bent over to check on a small flower that was lying on the ground. As she picked it up, it broke into several pieces before disintegrating into dust and flying into the wind. She clenched her hand into a fist before it shook slightly with anger. Kyle just watched with an expressionless face. It was hard to tell whether he was thinking or not, but there was a momentary twitch in his eyes before he sighed.

"We're sorry about asking you all to help us with our revival," Jin bowed slightly as he started to apologize. "If we had more members that could participate before, things might not have been as bad as they are now. But…"

"Stop it." Hikari said as she went over to the rack of gardening tools. "We've already heard your story, and there's nothing you need to apologize for…" She grabbed a small shovel while grinning. "So make sure you keep up a strong front. Everyone's going to be looking at you for guidance you know!"

Kyle had taken off his jacket, and was already following Hikari's lead by grabbing a larger shovel and walking over to a spot of dirt to start working on. Jin just watched for a bit before smiling happily.

"Thank you both…"

"So, are you both ready for this?"

A shadowy figure stood in a large empty room that had nothing but a desk and a couple pieces of furniture that were torn here and there. Nearby, two others figures were standing together in the shadows near the opposite end of where the first figure stood. One had his arms crossed while the handle of his weapon was peeking out from the inside of his jacket. The slightly brutish appearance seemed to just tell anyone with a single glance, just how strong this man was. The other figure also had her arms crossed, but she didn't appear to be holding any weapons. She didn't seem to care though, as she pushed the dark sunglasses that were resting on her face up higher, to cover her eyes.

"We'll be fine," the female figure said while grinning. "As long as you hold up your end of the deal, nothing will go wrong…"

"I mean, are the two of you going to be fine in regards to holding back. The last time you both fought, we had a lot to clean up afterwards."

"Don't worry. We'll try not to destroy too many things this time…"

The figure sighed before heading out the door.

"Just make sure none of you cause too much trouble."

As the door shut closed, the female figure turned around and looked out the window.

"Now then [No Name]," she thought to herself. "Let's see what you've got…"

Author's note: The part of the chapter where I go blah, blah, blah...you get the idea.

Sorry about the lateness. Because of classes and trying to think up ideas for another fanfic I've got in progress, I'm not sure about when's a good time to make updates here, so I guess in a way, I'm sort of pushing things off a bit.

Enough of that though. Not sure how this chapter really works out compared to the others, but if you guys got complaints or anything, I'm sure you'll post it on your reviews.

On a side note, it looks like there's another guy who's done a fanfic for 'Mondaiji", and is taking in OCs. If you guys wanted to see your OCs in action, but missed the deadline for mine (not accepting Enemy OCs JUST yet...) then consider giving this guy your ideas. It's only two chapters long so far, but it still looks promising. Hope he'll keep you all entertained.

Anyways, thanks for reading, and I'll try to see what I can do about making more progress sooner.
