Chapter 19: Back to School

The following weeks passed quickly and before the two knew it, Snape was pounding on their door telling them to get up. "What the hell?" Draco yelled and Severus came in.

"The train departs in two hours. I assume you'll not be going in your pajamas," he replied.

Harry sat up and rubbed his eyes. "It can't be morning already," he groaned as he reached for his glasses. Draco and Harry stayed up past sunrise talking about what they would do while at school.

The blonde flopped back on the bed and rolled over. "Wake me up when it's summer again." Harry smiled as he looked at the beautiful boy beside him.

"I'll return in half an hour if you're not in the kitchen," he said as he left.

Draco looked up. "So this is it, then?" He said sadly.

"I guess," Harry replied with a small frown. He leaned over and kissed Draco's cheek. "It's not like I'm leaving forever," he whispered.

"Yeah," he replied, turning to face him. He pulled the Gryffindor closer and kissed him passionately.

"Mmmm, we don't have time, Dray," he mumbled before he ran his hands down the blonde's chest.

"You sure?" He replied with a mischievous glimmer in his eyes. Harry smiled seductively as he pulled off Draco's boxers. The Slytherin grinned as he slipped Harry's off with his teeth. The Gryffindor shivered with anticipation as he smiled up at the beautiful man above him. Draco smoothed the hair out of his love's face and kissed him tenderly. Harry turned his head enough for the Slytherin to trail the kisses down his neck and chest. He sighed with pleasure as Draco squeezed his ass.

"Please," he whispered as the blonde reached for his wand. Draco smirked as he casted a lubrication spell and positioned himself.

"I love you," he said as his entered.

"I love you too," Harry said as he pressed back into the pillows. Draco rode him slow and passionately, kissing him with each thrust. Harry moaned as his lover's lips crushed against his. He bucked his hips as he felt his climax coming and the blonde increased his speed slightly, trying to savour the moment as long as he could. "Faster," Harry begged with ragged breath.

Harry arched his back as he came, screaming Draco's name. The Slytherin followed moments later.

The two raced to get ready and sprinted to the kitchen. "You're late," Severus said with a small smirk.

"Yeah, sorry about that," Draco replied nonchalantly as he slid into his seat. Harry smiled guiltily as he took an apple and sat beside the blonde.

"Hurry, we're traveling to the station the muggle way."

"Ugh," Draco complained and Harry rolled his eyes.

After breakfast, the three piled into a sleek black car with leather seats. The new-car smell put Harry in a pleasantly relaxed mood. He leaned on Draco's chest and dozed as the car's engine lulled him to sleep. Ten minutes from the station, Harry woke and stared up at his blonde angel. He kissed him lightly before he sat back in his seat.

"I'll miss you," Draco whispered as he took his hand and kissed it delicately.

"And I'll miss you."

They rode the rest of the way in silence until Snape said, "Potter, I'll drop you off first. Go get on the platform and don't wait for Draco."

"Yes, sir," he replied as the car came to a stop. With a final kiss, Harry left the car and watched it pull away. He sighed and pushed his cart through Platform 9 ¾. A few minutes later, he was sitting in a compartment and staring out the window—hoping to catch a glimpse of Draco. Harry was distracted, however, when Ron came in. "Hey mate!" the ginger said as he took the seat across from him.

"Hi, Ron, how are you?"

"I'm brilliant! You?"

"I'm alright," Hermione entered as Harry spoke. "Hermione," he greeted warmly.

"Hello Harry, Ron," she said and gave them both hugs. "How were the end of your summers?" She inquired.

Ron launched into a story about his week-long trip to Romania with Fred and George. "There we were facing a Norwegian Ridgeback, Fred and George actually looked bloody terrified; even worse than the time mum nearly killed us for sneaking you out, Harry." Harry smirked as he pressed on, "She opened her mouth and the next thing I knew Charlie was jumping on top of us and we were on the ground. He covered us with this tarp thing that was fire-resistant—"

"Emphasis on the resistant bit, mate," Fred interrupted. The three turned to face the twins. "We won't ruin the story for you," he said, addressing Ron.

"Yeah, we're just trying to sell these," George said as he produced a box. Inside were an assortment of what appeared to be colourfully wrapped candies.

"They're newer versions of—"

"Hang on there a second, maybe they want to try some for themselves," he said, taking the box from his brother and holding it out to them.

"You two are going to be expelled," Hermione lectured.

"Aw, you're no fun," George joked.

"C'mon, we can still get the first-years," Fred said as he turned, pulling George out of the compartment.

"Anyway," Ron began, trying to continue his story. Harry tuned out the conversation and closed his eyes, pretending to sleep. He wondered what Draco was doing and what his friends were talking about.

Harry woke to Hermione shaking him. "Huh wha?" He said as he looked at her questioningly.

"You need to change into your robes, we'll be there soon," she replied softly, already changed. Ron was leaning against the window snoring.

"Thanks," he said as he sat up and rubbed his eyes. Ron was awake shortly after and they both got ready.

The trio rode the carriages to the great Hall and took their seats at Gryffindor's table. Harry tried to find Draco with the Slytherins. "What're you looking for?" Ron asked.

"Nothing," he replied as he silently cursed himself. I'm supposed to hate him. This is impossible.
