So...I kinda lied. I promised a chapter and ended up giving a sort-of short and shorter chapter. But I think that the chapter after this would make it up (somehow) with "quality over quantity" (or however that saying went...)
Anyways, here's the next chapter...
"Yahoo! It's Kurousagi and friends!"
The white-haired loli in a kimono began rushing over towards the blue-haired rabbit, who was beginning to brace herself for the charge. However, Shiroyasha didn't shoot herself at the young rabbit, but at the cat-maid instead, who toppled over and fell flat on her back. Kuroneko's eyes started spinning in circles while Shiroyasha was nuzzling her head in the area around the stomach and chest happily.
"This texture…this scent…this wonderful size… this can only be something that comes from a [Little Garden Aristocrat]!"
Kurousagi picked up the white-haired loli with an angry look on her face.
"Shiroyasha-sama…isn't there something that we need to discuss here?"
"Hm? Oh right, I almost forgot about that…"
"Valentine…day?"
The group all sat together in Shiroyasha's room, listening to her explanation about the letter. Asuka cocked her head to the side as she heard something that seemed foreign to her.
"Yes, I assume you are unaware of this event?" Shiroyasha asked as she snapped her fan shut.
"I'm sorry…"
Kuroneko started to explain hesitantly.
"Valentine's day is… well, it's when two people who like each other… they meet up together and…er…they give each other presents…"
"So…it's kind of like Christmas then. Giving gifts to someone you know?"
"Well…kinda. It's more like…well… an event…for…lovers…"
A few minutes passed silently…
"HAAAAA?!" the enlightened "ojou-sama" suddenly stood in place as she yelled with a red face. "THAT'S what we're supposed to form pairs for?"
"Yup. The event that I've set up needs participants to join as couples. So I asked for you to pair up with whoever you wanted before coming."
"Wait a minute! That's not what we…"
"Too late! You've all come and we've already arrived here!"
The scenery resembled a modern-day city with streets lined up with food stalls, open stores, and all kinds of hotels. Red hearts were floating around the in the air, along with little figures of cupids and actual doves. The smell of chocolate would linger in the air as most of the stalls were displaying them openly. Some people were seen eating some of the chocolate, while others would run around happily.
"Welcome to the 'Valentine Festival'!" Shiroyasha announced as she held her arms out to display the scenery in front of them. "This is a special event that only occurs during occasions like these. So make sure you all take in as much of the view as you can before we all have to head back home."
"Hey Shiroyasha," Otome said as she placed her hand on her hips. "You mind if we take a quick look around this place?"
"Of course. You're free to go wherever you want to before the event. Just make sure you're going around in pairs. This is, after all, a festival meant for couples…"
"And what if we don't?"
"Not much, you just need to pay an enormous fine before getting kicked out of this floor…"
"Duly noted…" The girl with ocean-blue hair started pulling Izayoi by the arm. "C'mon Sakamaki, let's go take a look around…"
The two problem children quickly left the scene, leaving Kurousagi at ease, but with a slightly heavy heart.
"Are you feeling jealous?"
The blue-haired rabbit gasped as she turned her head to Shiroyasha.
"W-What?"
"Oh how sad, I thought I'd be the only one that'd be loved so dearly by Kurousagi, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be…"
"W-W-What is Shiroyasha-sama talking about?! There's no way that Kurousagi is jealous about anything!" She turned to others while pouting. "Now then everyone, let's…"
However, the six other problem children that were supposed to be standing nearby had suddenly disappeared as if into thin air.
"If you're looking for the other brats, they disappeared around the same time that boy and his 'date' left…"
Kurousagi fell to her knees, falling into despair as the life seemed to have suddenly been sucked out of her.
"Why does Kurousagi even bother…"
