The girls laughed and Babs did what Caitlin said. Once Barbra left to go find the other two, the rest of the girls went to June's room. Jaime sighed and sat on the couch.
"You look tired Jaime." Garfield said as he looked at the older boy.
"Caitlin kept me up all night. She was really worried about the twins." He yawned.
"The joys of being a husband."
"Tell me about it." He groaned. Andrew then began playing with Jaime's hoodie strings.
"Andrew stop. Don't play with those." Jaime said as he took the strings out of his sons mouth.
"Looks like someone likes chewing on things." Bart joked.
"Yeah, the twins doctors appointment is tomorrow." Jaime said as he adjusted Andrew in his lap.
"What for?"
"You know, for their shots and stuff." Jaime replied.
With the girls
"This is beautiful!" Zatanna exclaimed as she was looking at a picture Caitlin took from her honeymoon.
"It was more beautiful in person." Caitlin said as she had all the photos laid out on the floor that were from the honeymoon.
"Girl these are amazing!" Raquel said. June groaned and rolled over.
"God, I'd rather hug my dad again." The girls giggled at her.
"Oh come on June. You wanted to look at the pictures yourself." Caitlin said with a smug smile on her face. June groaned while Victoria started to giggle.
"Aw! That's so cute!" Zatanna cooed. Caitlin smiled and tickled Victoria's stomach. The baby proceeded to giggle while the girls continued to look at the pictures.
"God, kill me now." June groaned.
"Don't worry, fair maiden. I will save you!" Bart entered the room, puffing his chest up and putting his fists on his hips. June giggled.
"My hero."
"Don't forget your cape Bart." Caitlin said as she picked up Victoria. The girls giggled and started to collect the pictures. Once the pictures were collected, Caitlin and the other girls left, leaving June and Bart alone.
"Thank you for saving me. I couldn't stand looking at another picture." June said as she sat up in bed. Bart smiled and sat down on her bed.
"How're you feeling?"
"Better. I'm sorry about my dad."
"June, its fine. He does that because he clearly really does care about you." June scoffed.
"In his own twisted sort of way." Bart smiled while June sighed.
"But thank you for saving me. I don't think id be able to look at another picture." June said as she sat up even more in bed. Bart smiled and wrapped his arm around her waist.
"Sure thing."
"I'm bored." June said.
"June, you're not doing anything. You're sick."
"I am bored." She groaned.
"What do you want to do?" Bart asked with amusement.
"I dunno-" June was cut off by Bart pulling her into a kiss. June then wrapped her arms around Bart's neck and deepened the kiss. After a little while, the couple pulled away for air.
"We haven't kissed like that in a while." Bart said with a smile on his face. June smiled back at him.
"Yeah I know." She rested her head on his chest.
"You know Bart, as much as I'm glad that the Reach and the Light lost, I'm sorta bored without someone taking over the world." Bart chuckled slightly.
"We'll find someone to lock up, don't worry." June smiled slightly.
"Oh June, I forgot to tell you!"
"What?"
"Barry and Iris announced a family vacation. We're going to England in a few weeks. Iris wanted a vacation from home and work, and she's taking Don and Dawn with us. Wally and Artemis are coming, along with Irey and Jai. They said I could invite someone." He winked at her.
"What do you think?"
"I think yes. That is if batman lets me." She said. Bart smiled and kissed her forehead.
"Well lets hope he says yes." He said. June smiled and kissed his cheek. They sat there for a few minutes until batman came in to check up on June. When he opened the door, June and Bart looked up.
"Oh hey dad."
"Are you feeling better?"
"Yeah a little bit."
"Good." He ruffled her hair.
"Daddy?" Batman froze, and stared at June.
"Alright, what do you want and how much is it going to cost me?"
"How did you-"
"You only call me 'daddy' if you're really terrified or if you're trying to butter me up."
"Can I go to England?"
"Sure. Do you want to take the invisible helicopter or the invisible plane?"
"Dad!"
"What?"
"I'm serious. Can I go to England?"
"Why?"
"Because Bart's family is going on vacation there in a few weeks and he can bring someone." June explained. Bruce looked at her.
"I'll think about it." He said. Then he turned and left.
"And at that moment, that's the best I can hope for from the big bad bat." June sighed as the two lapsed in silence again before Bart spoke up.
"Wanna kiss?"
"Hell yeah." She smiled deviously and wrapped her arms around his neck.
With Bruce and Selina
"England! She wants to go to ENGLAND!" Bruce complained to her.
"Calm down Bruce!" Selina said as she did her best to calm Bruce down. Bruce sighed and rubbed his temples.
"I can't handle this anymore. I have no idea how Jaime and Cay will handle their kids."
"Their what?" Selina said. Bruce looked at her with a dear caught in the headlights look.
"Oh shit..."
"Bruce...tell me what I missed." She demanded.
"well, while you were focusing on your career as an international theif, Jaime got Caitlin pregnant, they had twins, and were married."
"What?!"
"June and Bart broke up and then got back together."
"What?"
"Artemis gave birth to twins, and June brought Wally back."
"What?!"
"And finally, Jason met a girl in college."
"He's in WHAT?!" Selina seemed to be the most shocked by this fact.
"I'm more shocked than you are." Bruce said. Selina sat down In a seat and rubbed her temples.
"So your saying that I missed all of this, in the time that I wasn't around?" She asked Bruce. Bruce nodded.
"God..." Selina groaned.
"Caitlin got pregnant!?"
"Yeah. Twins, Andrew and Victoria."
"Shit."
"Whats wrong?"
"How could she get pregnant?! She's only 17!" Selina said as she threw her arms up in the air.
"We all couldn't believe it. You should have seen how upset everyone was." Bruce said. Selina sighed as she ran her fingers through her short hair.
"I'm going to kill that boy." She muttered. Bruce smiled and chuckled.
"A little late. June nearly killed him, then realized she would be an aunt and got all happy. Though, that might have just been a symptom from her bipolar."
"Her WHAT NOW?" Just how much did she miss?
"Yes, she has bipolar." Bruce said.
"How much did I miss?!"
"A lot."
"Anything else I need to know?" Selina asked. Bruce then thought about it.
"I think that covers it." He said.
"Okay..." She took a deep breath.
"So whats this about her wanting to go to England?"
"She asked me today." He replied.
"I don't want her to go."
"Bruce, she's a teenage girl. Not to mention this particular teenager happens to be June. I have a feeling she'll find a way to go wether you like it or not. Besides, she's smart and strong. You trained her, after all. I think she can handle herself. She's always a zeta tube away if you need her."
"She's wanting to go with Bart." Bruce said.
"No! She's not going with a boy." Selina said. Bruce smiled, when it came to the girls, Selina always changes her mind quickly.
"So now you don't want her to go." He said.
"But is he going by himself?"
"No his family is taking a vacation there."
"Alright, its a maybe for me." She said. Bruce nearly groaned aloud. So close...
