"God damn it," I thought. "Where the hell could these idiots run off to? I turn my back for a second and they're already causing trouble." The cool brisk air did this town justice, the town of Holy. I could chatter beyond the marketplace and cawing of seagulls announcing flight. Pretty peaceful I guess, being surrounded by water and all. Sadly, the only thing they really ate was.. fish. I sulked. Toby brought fish for the entire trip so I was expecting more variety when we reached here. I sighed. I felt as if I were a father already having to be responsible for three kids rummaging around and ruining everything they touch. I should be used to it by now, considering I had to take care of Gray's ass when we were younger. I actually wondered what he was up too at this moment..
Meanwhile at the guild..

Silence again, not a sound to be heard. It been four months since Juvia left us; exactly three days marks her departure. Her nakama walked expressionless and talked dryly to each other to ease the tension with no victory. It pained me. It seems so empty, without a little erratic woman running around with a huge grin on her face. I didn't mean to sound selfish, but why did it pain me to see her gone? People died everyday without anyone blinking an eye, she left to better herself and become stronger, to free her caged soul which longing for purpose. Perhaps I was angry because I couldn't do half the shit she could do, bravely leaving my comfort zone and starting from scratch. To confess love so easily. To regenerate and mend my wretched heart so easily. To leave everyone that she adored so easily, including me. No! It wasn't fair. Juvia.. if only I had the will to follow her footsteps, her optimism was a drug to us all. Her persistence in everything: missions, protecting others, love.. love.. love. Natsu. Damn him, I never wanted to be his damsel in distress, I didn't need to be. Sometimes I'd wish I never met him that fateful day in Hargeon. To allow myself to sink further in the depths of his welcoming arms of friendship and love. Juvia.. for the life of me, I will always attempt to be better, to strive, to forget weakness and the everlasting pain and regret that burdens me. As much as I love him, I will never allow myself, for something you taught me so beautifully.. that love never did exist. My precious Natsu.. "This is goodbye."

Sheesh, it was so quiet I could even hear the dust moving across the tables. Everyone was so estranged when she left, including myself. No one dared to make eye contact with the other, so our gazes were low, rightly ashamed of ourselves. I was one of the more daring ones, who would scan the room, waiting for someone to catch someone doing the same. The beautiful blond caught my eye, she looked focused and in a trance at the same time. I stared at her, wanting her to look up at me and shine with a dazzling smile like she used to. I clenched my teeth. How could I blame her or anyone in this forsaken guild? Always troublesome, always with wounded pride and slashing realities. That was Fairy Tail. Though, it was this guild that accepted me as the dim-witted fire breather who always had something up his sleeve. Just then, the blond refocused her attention into scanning the room as I did. I impatiently waited for her to reach me so I could return her gaze. When she did, I gave her a weak wince and waited for her expression. She remained with none, only a mouth slowly parting to whisper something barely audible. It was too breathy for me to catch, as she has mastered whispering while I'm around, knowing of my dragon sense. Almost immediately, she lifted herself from the table and swiftly walked toward the bar. She whispered something to Mirajane, and Mirajane's eyes widened with shock, but simply nodded her head and went on about the order Lucy gave. In a few seconds, there was a large glass of fresh beer in front of Lucy. She took the liberty of chugging it down, allowing the beer to drip down to her chin. Hm, her drinking is unlike her. And being messy with it is even more unlikely. As she finished, she wiped the excess beer from her face and quickly got up from her seat. With hearty steps, she left the guild. I had the guts and willingness to follow her silently.

It had already been 2 hours since I'd been searching for these three imbeciles. The sun had hidden itself behind the clouds. I was grateful. I didn't like warm weather too much. I reached the edge of the harbor and walked onto the dock, admiring how freely the water danced around. Overhearing men shouting orders to the employees, I couldn't help but look up with curiosity. There. I saw it. So beautiful and majestic. I stared in awe. I wouldn't believe what I was seeing. On a dock across from me was a beautiful..live chicken. Finally, something other than fish! I ran across the harbor, icing the water beneath me, crazed with wild hunger. I jumped onto the dock like a mad man and nearly toppled everything over. Suddenly, I was grabbed. By the collar. Almost nearly choked to death and slammed onto my ass. The chicken mocked me as it walked away freely, clucking a victorious tune. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" I heard a stern voice behind me. I was fuming. My dinner was happily trotting away and this person had the audacity to stop me and then ask what I was doing. I turned around with a deadly glare. Everything stopped. The world stopped rotating, my heart wouldn't dare make a sound. She stared at me impatiently and curiously, but I couldn't utter a word. The Grand Magic Games. Those eyes, that intense shade of blue, almost like a starry dusk. Her hair.. her hair was different than before; straightened. I finally noticed time moving again and managed to croak out: "Juvia.. Lockster?"
