SPENCER'S P.O.V
"Why so quiet?"
We've been lying here for a while now and she's barely said anything.
"You seem lost in your thoughts?"
Something's bothering her.
"Spence my head's still back in Paris, back in that room, back in..."
I quickly press my lips against hers.
It's the ony way I know how to shut her up.
"Ash what's going on?"
She's laughing.
"Nothing's going on?"
She's lying.
"Okay so we're not at that stage yet?"
When I say that she raises her eyebrows.
"We're not going to talk about what's bothering us?"
"Spence it's nothing"
"Okay"
Something's bothering her and I want to know what it is, but I'm not going to push her.
Our relationship's way too new for that.
"I've annoyed you?"
"I'm not annoyed"
When I say that she moves so she's hovering above me.
"Spencer?"
"Ashley?"
I force a smile.
"It's nothing Spence I was just thinking about everything that's happened"
"With us?"
"Yer"
"Are you having regrets?"
When I say that she presses her lips over mine.
"Spence I want this more than anything"
I have the biggest smile on my face.
"I want us"
"But?"
"No buts"
She's smiling.
"I just wish we had of got together differently"
When she says that I brush my fingers through her hair.
"Spence I never should of pursued you when you were with someone else"
I wasn't expecting that.
"Ash I'd be lying if I said I didn't have regrets, but if you hadn't of been as persistent as you were, I'd still be with Matt and I'd still be pretending I'm something I'm not"
I just should of ended it with Matt first.
"So you're right we probably should have gone about it differently, but Ash if I didn't follow you down to the beach that night, we would have gone our seperate ways..."
When I finally gave in I couldn't stop myself.
I just had to keep coming back for more.
"Spence your family's going to hate me"
When she says that I cup her cheek in my hand.
"They're not going to hate you Ash"
"Spence I'm the slutty lesbian that hooked up with their daughter when she was with someone else"
"Well when you say it like that it sounds bad..."
She's laughing.
"But everything happens for a reason Ash and it's obviously going to be a little strange when we go back home, but it will be worth it"
I pull her down so her lips are hovering above mine.
"Because you're hot and sex with you is amazing"
When I start kissing her she quickly starts brushing her tongue against mine.
Kissing her is perfect.
Her lips are amazing.
"Ash you have nothing to worry about"
When I pull back she moves so her forehead's resting against mine.
"I'm the one that was in a relationship and I'm the one that cheated"
I'm more at fault than she is.
"So if anyone's going to be hated it's going to be me"
I haven't spoken to my parents since the cruise and they seemed fine when I spoke to them, but I'm still not looking forward to going back home.
"Spence I just made everything all depressing didn't I?"
"No I actually like it when you open up and let me in"
I've discovered this whole new side of her these last couple of weeks.
"Ash you're incredibly hard to read"
"I'm a mystery"
She really is.
