"Look we have a situation to deal with. This is not going to be pretty if and when the press start covering this they are going to go nuts over this and if anyone makes a connection to other cases it will go national or international and that could perhaps place a larger target on you ladies. I mean so far the supernatural is under wraps what if this Travers guy wants to bring it into the open." Frankie asked. "What do you think Frost is there enough out there for someone to make the connections who is not in the loop?"

Frost looked a little sick at this his mind raced over possible algorithms that could lead investigators to make connections. I mean Susan Chang had sent out the search others might as well.

"Yes if they ask the right questions. I mean Susan Chang sent emails to differing departments mostly her own contacts but if what we think happened has well…..then there will be a lot of cases. It might just take the right or wrong question asked."

In Los Vegas the Crime lad was working overtime. The request from Boston had set off alerts as several cases came up matching the descriptions. They had a national serial killer or serial killers hunting young women. Catherine Willow was sick as she read several reports. It could so easily have been her daughter. She was so going to catch the bastards who were killing she headed to see Grisham he had to know the truth and he would help her bury them. Only this time maybe….just maybe they would not turn these monsters over to the courts after all as her good friend Abby often joked they did know how to hide all traces of foul play and the dessert was not that far away and given their numerous visits….well the team would know a good place to bury a few evil bastards she knew Nick and Warwick would gladly help her once she pointed out it was children who were being killed hell even Grisham would help didn't he still have those lovely flesh eating bugs?

The Gods looked down and watched as their human allies began to try to set the world to right. For far too long the PTB had been messing around searching for balance somehow believing good and evil could work side by side. That was foolish. While the various groups knew that their own hubris had caused some issues in the human realm and free will even more balance was never going to happen. Evil would always cheat. TPTB were fools and it was time they the Gods evened the playing field a bit.

Loki popped down and whispered into the ear of his favored human/demi god son. He was not letting Frankie run in blindly. He would point the boy in the right direction tweaking his insights and the other gods be damned as he was so sick of the so called balance. Why was it he the god of lies could see what a crock that was and the so called light ones let it happen? No not to his son's chosen and not on his watch.

Mathew was sickened by the carnage. Who would dare bomb a daycare center? He knew this place and knew that the children there survived because of the witches. They had clearly sacrificed their lives to protect the children. He bandaged the last child who was now in the ambulance heading off to the hospital. He was a bit surprised the child had managed to not sprout his spikes. However he could feel the protective magic of the witches. He sent a silent prayer it would hold. Then as the child was taken away he texted his father, while he and Doyle were not always in agreement on things he did know his father would be angry about this and want information. Hopefully he would also have news on who did this. Doctor or not he wanted someone's head for this. The women of the center and library were lifelong friends and he was very angry and would make whoever did this pay. They would pay in blood his oath or not and for the first time he understood his father's blood lust because he shared it.

The Count watched the slayers and witches and their human allies and he almost pitied those that caused this carnage. Almost that is until he recalled their evil. For all his sins he had tried hard never to harm a child. Yes some probably suffered because he killed off their fathers and brothers, mothers and sisters in the wars and he fed on many however he never hurt a child on purpose. Even when he was starving early on he never fed on a child never caused one pain. The watchers with perhaps the exception of the Giles line had and they would pay. He watched Emma and found her to be a delightful child. He knew from Lucas that the girl was clever and that he was watching her and had often arranged for her to "find" funds. Never a lot and never to often but his son had kept an eye out for the potential with care so not to draw undo attention. Yes children potentials deserved protection and care and it was time the watchers got schooled in that.

At the NCIS headquarters the top team listened as Ducky gave them Supernatural 101. He held nothing back not his own foolish action nor the end results of such. He set the files down and used a power point to show the connections he had found in several cases and he looked ill. It was clear he had until now never expected nor considered what his former alumni had done to these innocent children. He glanced at Jethro and for the first time was afraid of him. The look of anger and rage did not bode well. Only the fact that Abbey stood near him kept the former Marine from attacking him he was certain. He also caught the look of rage on Ziva's face. It was clear her sharp mind was seeing the dead as well but the dead of her homeland as similar cases were pulled up.

"These watchers they killed innocent children and young women. I think perhaps that they are responsible for some evil blamed on my people or on Hamas and others. They may have used our conflicts to kill innocent children and in doing so….made our situation even more unstable. Damn them."

"What she said." Tony said as he recalled unsolved cases in his former hometown. "This looks like its nationwide and if Ziva's right international. Why did no one catch on?"

"Because they did not want to or were afraid too." Gibbs said. "They needed the slayers to keep the world turning so what if a few little girls died or lost their childhood the world kept spinning."

"It was for the …."

"Don't you dare say it Ducky." Ziva said. "There is no such thing as the Greater Good."
