"Hey Hinata-chan!" He smiled at her, and she returned the greeting.
"Congratulations Naruto-kun. I a-always knew you would be Hokage." she told him softly. He smiled, but quickly turned the subject around.
"So you and the Teme, eh?" She nodded.
"Heh. I knew you'd get along!" he said, so confidently that she wondered why she felt insecure.
Then, more seriously, "He hasn't got a lot, ya know? I wasn't sure he could be happy again. I'm glad you guys get along so well." His blue eyes ensnared her again and convinced her of his sincerity.
