Centuries

Summary: Be careful of who you trust in the world of Super Heros and spies. You never know who is friend or foe. Who is Shield or who is Hydra or who is something much deeper? It starts during Captain America Winter Soldier and goes through other movies and television shows.

Disclaimer: I don't own the Avengers, but I do own the characters in this story that aren't familiar.

Authoress Note: I know that I shouldn't be writing another story, but I wanted to try and get this written down before I forgot what I had planned for this story. This is also going to be a long story like the other ones I have up here: God of Lies and Mischief and the Woman of Many Faces, As the World Falls Down, The Winter Soldier and the Luna Wolf. There will be a lot of OCs in this story and I'm excited to show you guys what will happen in this story. Without further ado the Prologue.

Prologue

A woman with black hair pulled back into a bun and with a mahogany skin tone stood in front of a large group dressed in black that matched the others she was surrounded by. Her brown eyes landed on a woman with dark brown hair and wheat-colored skin. "Barracuda, what have you got for us?" The woman questioned in a firm tone.

Barracuda looked up revealing her blue eyes. "Yes, Jackrabbit. It's far worse than what we expected."

Jackrabbit nodded her head slowly, her lips pursing together into a line of dread. She had been fearing this for quite some time. "Hydra has been expanding increasingly under the guise of Shield."

"What do we do?" A man asked, pushing his glasses up his nose in worry. "We never expected it to be this bad."

Jackrabbit looked at the young man who had beige skin, brown hair, and bright blue eyes hidden behind dark frames. "Ricochet, I understand your concern. That's why I put you all in on this case."

A woman with umber skin cleared her throat causing Jackrabbit to look at her.

"Yes, Mad Hatter. You have something to say?"

"Yes, close surveillance on Secretary Pierce has come to light." Mad Hatter said shifting in her seat revealing brown eyes locking with Jackrabbit. "Gemini has gathered quite a bit of information about Secretary Pierce…"

Jackrabbit's eyes slid over to Gemini who was a woman with alabaster skin, honey-blonde hair, and blue eyes. "What did you find out?"

Gemini swallowed the lump that formed in her throat. "Secretary Pierce has been deceiving everyone, including Foxtrot." She ran her hand shakily through her hair. "Half of the people that are in Shield are Hydra… and they have a secret weapon."

"Secret weapon?" Jackrabbit questioned her brows furrowing in concern.

Gemini nodded her head solemnly. "Yes, he has the Winter Soldier…"

"Le fantôme disparaît aussi vite qu'il est venu." A woman with Ecru skin tone said her dark hair spiked around in a haphazard mess, her brown eyes glinting in worry. Her French accent was harsh as she talked.

"Serval is right." A woman with an ochre skin tone and braided black hair, her green hazel eyes had concern in her eyes. "How can we fight a ghost… that disappears as quickly as he shows up…" She shook her head.

"Mamba I know you're concerned about this, but the more information we get about the Winter Soldier the more that we'll be able to handle it," Jackrabbit said, shaking her head lightly. "Keep in mind when you go back in there we're pretending to be part of Hydra and Shield… no one shall know of this."

The fellow agents nodded their heads knowing how important this was.

"Faisons cela et abattons Hydra." Serval said with a cheeky grin, her brown eyes glittering in mischief.

"Keep in mind keep yourselves safe and protected. Keep me in the loop of what will be going on." Jackrabbit said with a nod of her head.

"You got it, Jackrabbit," Barracuda said with a nod of her head knowing that this case wasn't going to be an easy case for them to handle, but they were going to have to do this. This was what their agency was all about.
