*Kristoff Pov*

I broke the last shard making me fall onto my head, and do a roll. I got up and turned toward Hans, getting into a ready fighting position. He shot another ice shard at me which I dodged, I was ready this time. Hans looked frustrated, and I smiled. I took the dagger from my boot and threw it to Elsa who caught it effortlessly. She twisted the knife in her hand. Hans laughed and looked at both of us, but I could see him backing up. He raised his arms and I was ready to make a move, he formed a snow minion. A big one, he took a swing at Elsa knocking her back. The knife slide across the cool ice, I ran at it, jumping up and landing on my thigh sliding perfectly to the knife and grabbing it. (AN: Like a baseball slide.) The snow minion became interested in my movements and charged at me. I dove under his legs, did a somersault and stood up. I took a quick look around for Elsa, the minion was still looking in front of him, he wasn't to bright. Hans had Elsa up against the wall, his forearm against her throat. I charged at Hans tackling him, I was on top of him and threw a punch at his face, which he caught with his own hand. He shot a last of ice at me sending me off of him. I slide the knife to Elsa and laid there for a second I couldn't breath. My head was spinning, then I was being lifted off of the ground the snow minion picked me up and shook me like a rag doll. He slammed me into the wall over and over. I was a little dazed but not hurt because the idiot had his fist closed around me, meaning that he was just slamming his own hand into the ice wall. I freed my hand with the pick axe, and hit his hand making him let go. Hans and Elsa were circling each other, Elsa would lunge with her knife and Hans would reciprocate with blocking it with ice. I grabbed a chunk of loose ice and hurled it at Hans head making a perfect shot before the monster picked me up again and incased me in ice shards Hans had made for him. Hans collapsed and Elsa slashed his forearms.

"You cut me!" He screamed getting up and throwing a shard at her. Elsa dodged and grabbed his bloody forearms, it was all over for him. I freed my hand from the ice and chucked my pick-axe at the monsters head, making a perfect indent. The monster roared and collapsed into fresh snow powder. I grabbed my other pick axe hooked on my belt and began working on the shards holding me to the wall and these were a lot thicker. Elsa began draining Hans of her power.

*Elsa's pov*
I grabbed Hans' arms, he yelled in agony and frustration as I gathered back my powers from him. The cuts on his arms were bleeding heavily and my hands were stained red, he tried to shoot ice at me, his blue eyes turning back into his bright green and his red hair shining through the white. My own brown hair regained it's champagne tone and my blue eyes sparkled. Hans sunk to his knees and I did the same, I could feel my self getting stronger, the winter weather Hans had created wasn't as cold. My ice dress slowly formed around my body.
"No!" He cried through gritted teeth.
"Yes!" I said back, my hair finally not brown and my ice dress completed. I let go of Hans and he dropped to the floor, pale and weak. I stood up, brushing myself off, I felt strong again. I never knew what I had until it was gone, I was never going to be afraid of my ice powers or myself again. For the first time in forever, I was fully confident. Kristoff struggled against his ice confinement Hans' monsterhad blocked him in yet again. His brown eyes were warm toward me, I held up my hand feeling the power of them surge to my finger tips. Kristoff's prison slowly melted, I was strong but not that strong. I had just got my powers back, this would take a while. Kristoff's warmth from his eyes vanished and was replaced my fear and worry.
"ELSA BEHIND YOU!" He yelled. I turned to see a sword slashing down at me. An ice barrier went up and protected me from the slash, my powers were still weak so Hans broke through the fragile ice easily.
"I will not lose, I will be King! Even if I have to kill everyone in Arendelle starting with you." He growled lugging at me again. I threw up ice barrier after ice barrier trying to get away. Hans broke through them all easily, pumped on adrenaline. I felt something grow in my right hand. I looked down quickly and found a sturdy, sharp looking ice sword. I guess I was fighting him, his sword clashed with mine as I raised to block his attack with ease. What was I thinking? I didn't know how to fight! Ice armor crept up my legs, forming a thin suit of ice around me. It looked like normal armor but just out of ice, my head was free from the chilling material.
"You think you can beat me with a couple of weapons?" He questioned with a scoff. Hitting me right in the chest with his sword, breaking my chest plate with ease. I quickly tried to make another realizing it saved my life, I was so panicked and fearful from his powerful strike, I couldn't. Fear would be my enemy and it was, yet again. Hans sliced my armor until it was off of my body, only the ice boots remaining. Kristoff broke at the three ice shards that pinned him to the wall, slowly breaking them with his trusty pick-axe Hans was to stupid to take away. I needed Kristoff, while two against one was never fair, I needed his advantage. I shot ice shards at Hans that he dodged. He seemed to have all of his strength back while mine was slow to come. I built an ice box around him hoping that would give me enough time to get Kristoff free. Hans sliced through the thin ice walls quickly, I raised my right hand again and calmed myself. Kristoff was slowly getting free, his feet began to touch the floor when something sharp and long entered my side. I gasped in pain and turned to find Hans' sword in my left side. Hans went to his knees with an evil grin, my limp body slid down on his sword as he tilted it up.
"NO!" Kristoff screamed breaking the rest of his thin confinements.

*Third Person*
Kristoff leaped forward to Elsa, grabbing Hans by the collar and throwing him back. Elsa sunk to her knees in agony, pulling the sword out of her fragile side. Hans got up and laughed, Kristoff came at him. Throwing punches at him with lightning speed pushing him toward the broken balcony of the ice castle. Hans' nose, eyebrow and mouth bled at a constant rate. He smiled painfully and beckoned Kristoff for more. Kristoff happily obliged, they were now outside on the balcony fighting the horrid storm that had picked up after Elsa's stabbing. Hans clicked his elbow into Kristoff's jaw sending him stumbling back. Kristoff heard an object fly past his head at alarming speed, he closed his eyes.

*Kristoff pov*
When I opened my eyes, Hans looked at me with horror and pain on his face. I looked a little lower to find a jagged ice shard going through his chest and back. It was unlike Elsa's usual beautiful ice, it was sharp and jagged much like Hans' ice was. I turned to find Elsa on her knees, her right hand clutching her left side as blood pooled into it and on the floor, and her left hand raised.
Hans stumbled back, closer and closer to the edge. His mouth said unspoken words and suddenly he went still, his green eyes losing color as he tipped back one final time dropping of the balcony. I stood there stunned by Elsa's actions, she had taken another person's life. Something she vowed never to do. Ever. But she had done it, to save me. She collapsed, making me snap out of my gaze and rush to her side. Her beautiful blue eyes were filled with tears. I rolled her over to assess the damage. I held her close to me, looking at the deep wound.
"It's going to be fi-" I began. She moved my hand from her wound.
"I killed him, I killed Hans. I really am a monster. Everyone's right! They're all right!" She whispered, her breaths were getting shallower and she gasped for air.
"No you're not. You're a fiancé, a soon to be aunt, and a wonderful sister, not a monster. We have to get you back to the castle!" I said trying to stop the bleeding, my hands and the floor growing more and more deep red.
"No, there's no point." She chocked out. "I'm going to die." Another tear spilled down her face. "I can feel it."
"No you're not, you have to fight Elsa. You have to fight." I whispered fighting back tears.
"That sword... Pierced every... Organ I need... It feels like." She breathed roughly, she coughed sending blood dripping down her mouth.
"Please Elsa, Arendelle needs you, I need you, Eider needs you, Anna needs you!" I begged.
"No you don't, you can get by." She said slowly, her blue eyes fading to a light shade and her skin growing paler and colder by the second.
"Anna just got you back." I cried.
"Tell Anna I love her and the baby, tell Eider I love him also. I need them to know that, I wasn't always the best but-" she coughed again sending a spray of blood.
"You're perfectly fine. No need to apologize. I wish it was Anna or Eider holding you for this." I replied sadly.
"I wouldn't want anyone else to be here right now." She said, my eyes filled with tears.
"But I'm just your brother in law." I whispered.
"That I love very much, you make Anna, Olaf and Eider so happy... When they're around you. You make me happy too." She coughed again, shivering. "You are amazing, you've given me a little niece or nephew. I hope that all of your children know how much I love them. Even if I'm not here." She gasped for air again, struggling to get oxygen.
"Of course they will." I said a tear rolling down my face.
"Thank you, that's all I've ever wanted." She smiled slightly, her blue eyes finally growing dim.
"Don't you dare close your eyes." I said angrily. Her eyes fluttered open and closed. "I love you Elsa, like a sister." I sobbed whipping my face with my blood stained hands, her blood.
"I love you too." She whispered, closing her eyes. Her final breath escaped her lips in a fog. I sobbed uncontrollably, lifting her cold body to my shoulder and holding her tight.
I couldn't save her, I couldn't.
What kind of brother am I. What will Anna think, what will Anna do?
Without Elsa.
What will Eider?
What will Arendelle?
What will I?
I looked down to find beautiful wisps of ice growing up from Elsa's legs, wrapping her body in ice the way it happened to Anna. But this was more beautiful, putting her in an ice blanket protecting her body. I watched in awe and the most beautiful pattern of ice I had ever seen lined my sisters body. Finally freezing her completely. She looked like she was sleeping. I quickly and gently set her frozen head down on the castles ground from where it had been placed on my lap. What else should I do? Should I leave her here? Bring her back for a proper funeral?
No.
Elsa wouldn't want everyone to grieve for her. She'll be alone in this castle, but alone and free. She created this beautiful place as her sanctuary and now her burial ground. This was Elsa's, and this shall stay Elsa's. I kissed her frozen figure on the cheek and walked out of the castle, tears blurring my vision and grief hitting me with full force.
Elsa.
Is.
Gone.
Queen Elsa is dead.
I couldn't do anything about it.
Anna will be so crushed, Elsa will never see our children, never have any of her own. She and Eider will never get married.
All because Hans took her from us. I sat of the last step and yelled angrily and in pain.
She's gone. I punched the snow as hard as I could, cutting my knuckles. I couldn't feel any pain.
Only the pain in my heart.
The Grief had me locked up everywhere.
I couldn't move, I could speak, I couldn't feel anything, I couldn't even breathe. I couldn't.

*Anna pov*
I sat inside the castle, noticing a cold and powerful gust of wind flowing by. It sent a bad chill up and down my spine. I got into my bed warding the coldness off. When are they going to be back? I'm sure everything is fine.
Right?
Olaf walked in, holding his chest.
"Something's wrong." He whispered.
"What?" I asked him.
"Something happened." He said again. "I can feel this pain in my chest." He gasped. His figure slowly started to melt.
"Olaf, please Olaf no! Elsa will be back to fix you!" I said jumping out of bed and kneeling down with ease despite my 8 1/2 month bump. Olaf melted right before my eyes for no reason.
"Bye." He said before turning into a puddle only leaving his carrot nose.
"Olaf no!" I cried holding on to his carrot nose.
I looked outside and notice Arendelle starting to melt from Hans' frost. Elsa must have thawed it and that's why Olaf melted it was to warm for him.
Right?
I bet Elsa is going to walk right through the castle doors any second. Eider limped into my room.
"Summers been restored, it seemed they dealt with Hans." He said with a smile shifting his cane. "Oh no Olaf!" He said looking at the puddle then at the carrot nose in my hand.
"It was just a little to warm in here. Elsa and Kristoff will be back soon, she'll fix him." I said confidently. Eider smiled.
"I'm still sad though."
" Me too, I have this dread I'll never see him again." I thought out loud. "That's such a silly thought, sorry."
"It's fine everyone feels like that at some point. I thought that it was the last time I was going to see Elsa before she left but she's coming back." He said cheerfully.
"How's your frozen leg?" I asked, pointing to it with Olaf's nose.
"Still a little frozen." He said shaking it. "Damn Hans."
"Well he'll soon be locked up here, and we won't let him go." I nodded, a slightly uncomfortable tightening happened in my lower abdomen. I sucked in air sharply, surprised by it suddenly being there.
"Are you alright?" Eider asked stepping over Olaf's puddle as I sat down on the bed.
"Yeah... It's just a Braxton Hicks contraction. It's the body preparing for birth." I explained, running a hand over my stomach.
"How do you know the difference?" He asked.
"It didn't hurt." I smiled.
"Prince Kristoff has returned." I heard from outside my door.
"That's funny, they didn't say Elsa." I noticed getting up and quickly running out side. Kristoff stumbled through the front door, his eyes red and splotchy. His bottom lip quivered when he saw me. His hands a light red, from washing away something.
"Where's Elsa?" I asked from the top stairs. Kristoff sat on the bottom step putting his face in his hands.
"No." I whispered my eyes filling with tears, I can't believe this. I ran down the steps as fast as the baby would let me. "Where's Elsa?" I repeated, hovering right above Kristoff.
"She's... She's dead. Hans killed her." He stuttered, his breath shaky. Eider followed behind me.
"No she isn't, she's fine right?" I asked again, tears streaming down my face. I sobbed loudly into my hands.
"Elsa's dead?" Eider said stunned, he took a few steps back before collapsing and just laying there on the steps. Kristoff nodded and held me close.
"No no, no! Elsa!" I sobbed loudly. "Please no, I love you come back!" I said over and over. All of the castle servants and guards watched us from all angles of the room. Soon the information started sinking in. People gasped, others left the room, others cried. Gwyneth sobbed harder than anyone.
"Not the Queen, she didn't deserve this." She whispered, holding herself together as if she was falling apart.
"Elsa." I said. " Please, this isn't true, this isn't true. Please."
"I'm so sorry Anna." Kristoff said only throwing me into more sobs.
"She didn't get to hold our baby, she didn't get to get married, she never got to start her life!" I sobbed. Eider laid there looking up at the ceiling, he made groans of pain, followed by mumbling her name. Soon he was sobbing.
Everyone was.

Elsa...
