A few years after the events of the movie, Baron has had visions of Haru's death. While the Creation wishes to force the human woman to leave the Cat Bureau to keep her safe, interruptions occur to stop his plan. First, a mysterious individual with empathic abilities appears. On top of that, the Bureau is brought into a case with dire stakes. Can all of these issues be handled?
