It feels so good to finally be getting back into writing my fanfics! I missed all of my readers and babies so much! I hope you'll all enjoy this chapter.

Sakura02: Lol, tell me how you really feel about all of them!
Saint River 2.0: You'll just have to wait and see!
Cheliz: Unfortunately, I don't think Senna will ever part with her Anti-Sara Stick even though Sara is now gone. I'm sure we could make you your own though!

Thank you: hateme101 and WinterXstarxz for reviewing!

So, this is the last chapter other than the epilogue. My baby Senna is almost over!

Senna stood anxiously outside the room Zero was resting in. It had been a week since they'd returned from Isaya's castle. Zero hadn't woken up once the entire time. Yuki had just gone in to check on Zero. Senna hoped against hope that Yuki's powers hadn't worked. She hoped that Zero would wake up and remember Yuki and smack the girl on the head for trying to do something so stupid. Judging by the sound of a gun from inside the room, Senna didn't think her hopes had very much chance.

The look on Yuki's face made Senna's chest constrict painfully. Senna immediately latched her arms around Yuki's waist and hugged the teenager tightly. "Yuki-neechan…"

Yuki hugged Senna back tightly for a brief moment. She pulled away from Senna and gave her a weary smile. "You can go in and see him if you want, Senna," Yuki said. "It's okay. He still remembers you."

Senna watched Yuki quickly retreating down the hallway. She rushed into the room and quickly went to Zero's bedside. She stood there, not saying anything as Zero stared absently down at the sheets. He seemed so confused. Senna bit her lip, unsure if she should say anything or wait for Zero to say something.

"What do you look so sad for?" Zero asked. He rested a hand on her head and roughly ruffled her hair. "That vampire was so weird. What was she doing in here anyway?"

Senna pulled Zero's hand off her head and rubbed her cheek against his hand. She didn't know what to say, didn't know what she could say. She couldn't help the tears that began streaming down her cheeks. Despite Zero picking her up and holding her in his lap, Senna's tears wouldn't stop.

When Kaito came into the room, Senna rushed out. She knew Kaito didn't care much one way or the other about her. She just didn't want to hear Zero talking like he didn't know Yuki. Senna ran down the hallway and caught up to Yuki whom was talking to Cross. She latched onto Yuki's arm and she squeezed tightly. "You're really stupid, Yuki-neechan."

Yuki stroked Senna's hair and smiled sadly. "Senna, will you please go back to the dorms? I have somewhere I have to go."

"No way," Senna huffed. "You're going to go do something that has to do with Kaname. I'm coming too! You can't make me stay in the dorm. I'll just sneak out!"

Cross chuckled. "Such a stubborn child. Just like you," he said, smiling at Yuki. Cross led the two into the woods behind the school. He instructed them to hide behind a tree while he waited for Kaname to appear.

Senna clung tightly to Yuki as soon as she heard Kaname's voice. She and Yuki listened silently as Kaname and Cross talked. Senna had to bite her lip to keep from crying out when she heard Kaname's plan. He wanted to use his heart to power the furnace for the anti-vampire weapons. Senna was shocked even more when Cross revealed that Kaname had in fact not killed Aidou's father and that he was sleeping soundly in the abandoned castle not far from the school. When Cross told Kaname that Yuki had stolen Zero's memories of her, Yuki stepped out from behind the tree with Senna still attached to her, shouting at him to be silent.

Kaname and Yuki stared silently at each other for a moment. Neither sure what to say. Senna looked between the two, unsure if she should break the awkward silence or remain silent.

"Come along, Senna," Cross said, walking passed Yuki and back towards the school. "Let's leave the two of them alone."

Senna hesitated. She looked between Yuki and Kaname one more time. She let go of Yuki and sprinted over to Kaname. She leapt up and threw her arms around Kaname's neck, forcing Kaname to wrap his arms around the girl. She hugged him tightly and kissed his cheek. "Please don't run away, Kaname."

"I won't," Kaname whispered into Senna's hair. "Not anymore."

Senna rushed after Cross as soon as Kaname put her back down. She followed him back to the school in relative silence. "Do you think they'll be okay?" she asked.

Cross gave Senna a bright smile. "I think so," he answered. "Come on. We need to get you back to the dorm. You've got a good deal of packing to do."

Senna was confused, but she didn't argue with Cross. She rushed in to the Moon Dorm and let out a squeal of delight when she saw Shiki and Rima sitting in the main area. She flung herself into Shiki's lap and immediately began covering Shiki's face in kisses.

Shiki sat patiently and waited for Senna to calm down. Once she had, he bumped his forehead with hers. "Hi."

"Are you and Rima-nee staying?" Senna whispered. "You're not going to disappear again?"

Shiki shook his head, causing their noses to rub together. "I'm not leaving," He pulled away and ran his fingers through her hair, a frown on his face. "You don't look like me anymore."

Senna crinkled her nose. "I know. I look like a stupid Pureblood. Do you hate me?" she asked, her eyes wide and questioning.

Shiki pulled Senna's cheeks and then squished them together, his face never changing from being impassive. "Never."

Senna grinned brightly and kissed Shiki's nose. She hopped off his lap and made her way to the stairs. "I'm going to go pack. You promise you won't leave?" Once she received an affirmative nod from the two, Senna took the stairs two at a time.

It didn't take her very long to pack. She only had a few outfits in the dorm room. She plucked Z-chan off her bed and hugged the rabbit tightly. She gently placed him on top of her clothes in her bag. She smiled proudly at herself that she had managed to pack everything into four bags. With nothing left to do, her thoughts turned to Kaname and Yuki. She hoped the two were all right. She didn't want Kaname to throw his heart into the furnace. She didn't want him to leave Yuki again. Senna clenched her fist at her side. It had to be a Pureblood's heart that was thrown into the furnace.

Shaking her head to rid herself of the dark thoughts, Senna rushed down the stairs. "Shiki-ni, I need…" She stopped halfway down the stairs when she saw a familiar mop of blonde hair. Her heart stop. She didn't think she'd ever see him again. Tears pricked at the corner of her eyes and Senna took a hesitant step back. "Ichi-ni…"

Ichijo didn't move at first. When he took a hesitant step towards Senna, he had to flinch away when she took a step back in response. He smiled sadly at the little girl. "Senna, I'm so sorry. You don't have to forgive me. I did terrible things to you. I didn't stay with you like I promised I would. I'm just so glad you're still alive."

Tears flowed freely down Senna's face. She brought her hands up and covered her eyes and she bawled and sobbed hysterically. "Stupid Ichi-ni!" she cried. "I hate you! You left me! You left me for that woman! I missed you so much! I hate you!" She scrambled back up the stairs despite Ichijo shouting after her.

Senna slammed the door to her room and sank to the floor. She pulled her knees up to her chest and continued bawling. Everything she'd been trying to contain, everything she'd been trying not feel came bubbling up to the surface. She covered her head with her arms and rocked back and forth, her entire body shaking. She didn't even hear her door opening or it closing again. She didn't even realize someone had sat by her until she was being lifted up in the air. She let out a choked cry and instantly began struggling.

"Stop," Shiki said. He wrapped his arms around Senna's trembling body and held her tightly to his chest. He didn't say anything after that. He just rocked with the sobbing girl until she finally began hiccupping. He didn't say anything as she began hiccupping out everyone's names. There wasn't anything he could say. He looked down after a while and realized Senna had cried herself to sleep.

Her face was blotchy and red. Tears stains were streaked all over her cheeks and the front of her dress was covered in tears and snot. Shiki stood up with Senna in his arms and walked out of the room and back downstairs. Rima and Ichijo were sitting on the couch.

Ichijo shot up from the couch when he saw Shiki. He rushed over to Shiki's side. His heart stopped when he saw Senna's face. He had heard crying and now seeing her face only made the pain in his chest that much more worse. Ichijo reached out a hand to stroke Senna's cheek, but Shiki pulled her away.

"No," Shiki said firmly. "Not when she's sleeping. That's cheating."

Rima nodded her head in agreement. "You better man up and make things right with her," Rima grumbled. "Now come on. We need to get her to the Kuran estate. Things are going to be crazy for the next couple of days."

xXx

When Senna awoke, she was tucked into her bed at the Kuran estate. She shot up and rubbed her eyes, trying to recall how she had ended up here. She looked over to the side of her bed and was shocked to see Ichijo's head resting on her bedside. The sheets were clutched tightly in his hands.

"Stupid…stupid…" Senna whispered. She wrapped her arms around his head and placed a gentle kiss on the top of his head. "I hate you…"

"I know," Ichijo whispered. He lifted his head up and wrapped his arms around Senna's tiny body. Their noses were touching as fresh tears rolled down Senna's cheek.

"Why'd you stay with her?" Senna choked out. She rested her forehead against Ichijo's. "Stupid Ichi-ni. Why didn't you come home? Was it because of what happened when Rido was controlling me? I told you I was sorry. I didn't want to hurt you…"

Ichijo tilted his head up and kissed the tip of Senna's nose and then the corners of both her eyes. "It wasn't your fault. There was never anything to forgive for what happened. Things with Sara were complicated. I…I fell in love with her, Senna." When Senna tried to pull away from him, his grip around her tightened. "There was another reason, though. I knew she had your cure. She'd stolen it in the chaos after Rido's attack. I was initially staying with her in order to try and steal your cure away, and then I just…fell in love with her…"

"Stupid…stupid…" Senna sobbed out. "I hate you."

Ichijo allowed a single tear to slip out. He smiled and nodded his head. "That's okay. That's okay." The two hugged each other for a few more minutes before Ichijo pulled away. "Zero-san and Kaito-san are here. Kaname-sama and Yuki-sama are heading downstairs to greet them. Would you like to come down and have some tea?"

Senna shook her head. She wiped the remaining tears from her eyes and straightened her dress. "No. I think I just want to be alone right now." She had some things she needed to think about. She had to figure out a way where everyone she loved could be happy. Where Kaname didn't have to die, Zero didn't have to forget Yuki, and Yuki could just be happy…

She sensed the presence of the vampires outside. She hopped out of her bed and rushed down the stairs. She found Yuki in one of the sitting rooms looking out the window nervously. "Is everyone okay?"

Yuki held her arms open and Senna rushed to her side. The two looked out the window at the scene outside. There were many vampires outside the house. No Purebloods; just their servants. Kaito was laying on the ground completely motionless while Zero and Kaname stood with their backs to each other, facing down the vampires. Senna's grip on Yuki tightened. "Yuki-nee, do you think there's a future where everyone can be happy?"

"No," Yuki said softly. "I don't think so."

Zero and Kaname dealt swiftly with the vampires. Senna wasn't sure who all decided, but it was agreed that the home wasn't the safest place for them. Zero carefully loaded Kaito into the car while everyone else clambered in. The drive back to the school was an awkward one, with no one talking.

Cross met them at the gate, worry plain on his face. They explained what had happened and why they had left the house. Zero went to take Kaito to the infirmary, leaving all the vampires behind. Hunters appeared to escort Kaname somewhere while Cross beckoned Yuki, Ichijo, and Senna to follow him.

Senna could tell Cross had a great deal he wished to talk to Yuki about. She wasn't sure if she should continue following them when she felt someone lift her up in the air. She turned her head and a bright smile stretched across her face. "Aidou!" She wiggled around in his arms until her arms were around his neck. She kissed both his cheeks. "I'm so glad your dad is alive. I'm so glad you're okay."

Aidou nodded and pressed a kiss to Senna's forehead. He glanced up at Ichijo as he put Senna on the ground. He held Senna close to his side and frowned at Ichijo. His frown deepened when Ichijo gave him a small smile. "Are you okay, Senna?"

Senna glanced first up at Aidou and then over at Ichijo. "I…I don't know."

"Come on," Aidou took Senna's hand, shooting Ichijo a glare over his shoulder. "Let's get you into a bath."

Senna looked back at Ichijo, but didn't say anything. Ichijo didn't make a move to follow them either. She didn't pay much attention to all the commotion going on around them. She knew everyone was preparing for the inevitable battle that would soon commence.

Senna didn't even realize Aidou had brought her back into the dorm until she heard Aidou drawing the water in the tub. "Aidou, I don't want anyone to die…"

Aidou didn't say anything as he helped Senna out of her clothes and into the bath. After he'd helped her wash her hair, he finally spoke. "That's life sometimes, Senna. Sometimes, people die." He perked up suddenly as he was helping Senna to dry off. "I have to go."

"Go where?" Senna asked, the towel wrapped around her tiny body.

"Just stay here," Aidou crouched down in front of her. He held her face between his hands and kissed her forehead. "It's safe here. Stay away from the fighting, away from the furnace. This will all be over soon."

Senna bit her lip as she watched Aidou run out of the room. She knew the Purebloods were here with their servants. She knew Kaname would soon head to the furnace to throw his heart into the flames and become the new parent. His life force would be used to create new anti-vampire weapons. Senna dressed herself in her favorite white dress. The skirt was ruffled at the bottom and stopped just above her knees. She pulled on a pair of white gloves and brushed her hair out.

She ignored the protest of the few vampires that were left in the dorm. Senna sprinted out of the dorm and straight towards the building where she knew the furnace was. The sounds of fighting grew louder and louder the closer and closer she got to the main building. She stopped briefly when she reached the main courtyard. Senna looked around and saw Ichijo, Yuki, and all the others fighting. There was only one she didn't see; Kaname.

"Senna, what are you doing?" Zero shouted over the chaos.

"I know what to do!" Senna shouted. "I know how everyone can be happy!" She ran into the building where the furnace was, ignoring Zero's shout of protest. She raced through the building and up the stairs to where the furnace was. When she got there, Kaname was kneeling before the furnace. He hadn't pulled his heart out; not yet.

"Senna Flying Kick!"

Kaname fell over as something collided with the side of his head. He sat up and was shocked to find a huffing and furious looking Senna standing before him. "Did you just kick me?"

"You can't do this, Kaname!" Senna shouted, her fist clenched into the hem of her skirt. "You can't leave Yuki-neechan! I don't want any of you to be sad! I just want everyone I love to be happy! That can't happen if you disappear, Kaname!"

"There is no other way, Senna." Kaname tried to explain.

Senna shook her head. "Yes there is," she whispered. She placed a hand over her own heart. "I'm a Pureblood now. My heart will work just as well as yours. You can all figure out a way to fix everything. You can find a way to let vampires and humans to exist." She took a step back towards the furnace when Kaname tried to reach for her.

"Senna, do you really think that everyone will be happy if you were gone?" Kaname asked.

"It'll be okay," Senna said with a shaky smile. "You all had a life before me. You'll have a life after me. The only way for me to be happy is if everyone I love is happy."

"Senna!" Kaname reached out, but Senna was faster.

It didn't hurt as much as she thought ripping her heart out of her chest would. She looked at her heart for the briefest of moments. It was warm. It was beating. She threw it into the fire before Kaname could do anything. As soon as the flames touched her heart, she felt her life force leaving her and going to the furnace.

Kaname caught Senna as she collapsed to her knees. He pulled the tiny girl to his chest. "Senna! This wasn't how it was supposed to be! You were to grow up with Zero and Yuki as your parents!"

Senna snuggled into Kaname. He was warm against her cold body. "That's not what I wanted. I want you, Yuki, and Zero to all live together. You all love each other so much, in your own weird grown up way. You've all suffered so much. I just want you all to be happy."

"Kaname, don't…" Yuki's words choked off when she saw the scene before her. "Senna, no!" She rushed to Kaname's side as did Zero.

Senna smiled up at the three of them. She put one hand on Yuki's cheek and the other on Zero's while Kaname continued to hold her. "Please, be happy. You three are so precious to me. I love you all so much."

Yuki sobbed and held Senna's hand. "Senna, no. Please don't go."

"Can you tell Ichi-ni that I don't really hate him. Tell Senri-ni and Rima-nee that I love them so much and that they need to take care of each other. Akatsuki-ni needs to tell Ruka-nee how he really feels. Tell Touga-darling I'll miss him and Cross-san too. Tell Mikiri and Shuuchi I really like both of them and I'll miss them. And tell Aidou…" She couldn't finish the sentence. Her energy was completely gone.

"Senna! Senna, please open your eyes!" Yuki sobbed out. She took Senna from Kaname's arms and rocked the small girl in her arms. "Please! How can I…how can any of us be happy with you gone?" She pressed a kiss to the top of Senna's head. "Senna…"

Aidou and the rest of the group rushed in. It took Shiki a moment to grasp the scene in front of him. Shiki knelt down beside Yuki. He took the lifeless little girl from Yuki's arms. His vision completely tunneled. He didn't notice Yuki, Zero, and Kaname rushing out of the room. "Wake up…" he mumbled. He pushed the hair from her face. There was no breath, no pulse. Her hair that had once been as dark as Kaname and Yuki's was now the same red as Shiki's, the same as it had been when they first found her.

"Give her to me." Aidou took the dead Senna from Shiki's slack grip. He encased her in ice. When Shiki let out a shout of protest, Aidou explained. "This will keep her body preserved until we can find a way to bring her back!" Tears were pricking at the corner of his eyes, but he had to keep himself composed. There had to be a way to bring her back. There had to be a way to bring the ray of sunshine back into their lives.

xXx

It was a month later when the idea struck Aidou. "I know a way to bring her back! I know how to save her!" He rushed into the room where they were keeping the frozen Senna.

Yuki looked up from her spot beside the ice coffin. Zero and Kaname were with her as well. They had been keeping a vigilant watch over the dead child for the entire month. "Aidou-senpai?"

"Before she became a Pureblood, she was just Shiki's clone." Aidou babbled excitedly. "We should be able to take some of Shiki's blood and create a new heart for her. She wouldn't be a Pureblood anymore."

Yuki wiped the tears from her face. "Can you do it? Can you bring her back?" At Aidou's excited nod, she whirled around to Kaname and Zero. "Someone go get Shiki. Now!"

The next few weeks passed in a blur for Yuki as she eagerly waited for Aidou to complete the new heart for Senna. When it was successfully completed, everyone gathered in the room where Senna was. Aidou took the ice away from Senna's body. Her lifeless body was there on the ground. Yuki took the heart from Aidou and knelt beside the little girl. It was warm, but not beating.

Yuki knelt beside Senna's body. She placed the heart over where Senna's should've been. Without any hesitation, she pushed the heart into Senna's chest. She waited with bated breath, as did everyone else. They all crowded around the still body.

At first there was no change. Then, the once pale white skin began to color. Pink returned to her cheeks. They could all hear blood slowly beginning to pump back through the dead veins. The blue lips were now a soft pink.

Silver eyes snapped open as Senna took in a shuddering breath. She looked up and saw the faces of everyone she loved looking down at her. Her brow furrowed in confusion. "Am I dead?"

"No…no you aren't." Yuki sobbed out. She pulled Senna into a tight embrace. Tears spilled down her cheeks and she smothered the small girl in kisses. "My baby girl…you're alive…alive…"

Senna was passed from one person to the next. When she was handed to Shiki, the two of them stared each other down. "Senri-ni…" She yelped as Senri head butted her hard. "That hurt!"

"If you ever do something so foolish again, you will be grounded for the rest of your existence," Kaname swore. He pulled Senna away from Senri and kissed the side of her head. "Thank you. Thank you my sweet girl."

"Is everyone alive?" Senna mumbled.

"Yes, you stupid vampire brat," Zero said. He reached out and held a red strand of hair in his hand where Senna could see. "Everyone is alive."

Senna smiled. She reached out to Aidou and wrapped him in her arms. "Is everyone happy?"

"We are now," Aidou sobbed out, burying his face in Senna's hair. She was so warm in his arms. "We are now."

Senna grinned. "Good!" Tears began rolling down her cheeks. She could feel her new heart beating inside her chest. It was so warm. It was her heart. Her heart made from the love of those around her that had been so determined to save her. "I'm so glad. I'm so glad that everyone is happy."

Kaname pulled on one of Senna's cheeks. "You are grounded for the three months."

"Wait, seriously?" Senna cried. "I thought you were joking!"

"No!" Yuki pulled on Senna's other cheek. "You're definitely grounded! How dare you do something like that!"

Zero whapped Senna on the back of her head. "Stupid vampire brat!"

Senna whined as everyone pulled on her cheeks and yelled. Even though they were all yelling, she could hear the love in all their voices. After everyone had finished thoroughly yelling at her, Senna began crying. "I'm so glad that I'm alive!"

The sun was beginning to rise. Senna couldn't help the yawn that escaped her. She didn't know how she could possibly be tired. She'd been asleep for so long.

"You need to rest, Senna." Yuki scooped Senna up in her arms.

Senna was half asleep as Yuki dressed her in a nightgown. She didn't protest as Yuki put her into the bed and then laid down beside her. Yuki snuggled close to Senna and peppered her face with kisses. "My brave, stupid little vampire baby." Yuki whispered.

"Are you, Kaname, and Zero happy?" Senna asked sleepily.

"We're getting there, Senna," Yuki answered. "There are things the three of us need to discuss. But, I think we are happy right now, and we'll be even happier in the future."

Senna smiled and nodded. "Good…"

"Are you happy?" Yuki asked as Senna's silver eyes slipped shut.

"Yes," Senna breathed out. And it was the truth. She had never felt so happy in her entire life.
