Hey guys, sorry this isn't an update to the story I just wanna let you guys know I'm gonna be doing a quick revision of the previous chapters before I update and put up the next chapter.
Dont worry this won't take long I just want you guys to know I'm doing this in case you get curious. As a matter o fact I already have about 2,000 words for the next chapter typed and copied on my iPod so once I post this quick notice and finish all the revisions with everything else, I'll get back to work on it.
Actually I'll just post the next chapter first and THEN do the revisions cause I just realized it'll be complicated if I do it otherwise, plus it seems easier to me. Once I get the chapter up it shouldn't take me any more than a full day to finish the revisions to everything else. Once I finish the revisions I'll notify they're done on the chapter after the next one. After which I'll take this notice down.
As for the revisions an what they'll actually be: I decided, more like I realized, it's pretty annoying writing without honorifics and all that. When I first started writing these stories, I thought "Pft, who needs honorifics?". But whenever I go through them now, I now think "I need honorifics.", so I'm just gonna add those from now on. I'll apologize in advance for using the wrong honorific, like using "kun" instead of "san" or something along those lines. Just bare with me a I start out with the honorifics I'll learn I assure you.
An then there's the usual grammar mistakes, which I have a fuck ton of! So I'll fix an overwhelming majority of those. I say majority cause I can barely speak English even though I'm American, I know blame my teachers for not doing their jobs.
This really popped while I was writing the current chapter and I got to the point I'm at now. That's when I realized I need to start using honorifics and all that. Honestly I'm ashamed that it's taken me this long to realize I need to revise this.
So once I get the next chapter up it shouldn't take me any longer than a day to get all the revisions done with before I continue. Now I'm not actually gonna use Japanese words, aside from the honorifics, cause again I'm American an I'd rather not spend a fuck ton of time translating certain words to Japanese. Plus I have a bad memory and I'll forget what word means what in English. And if I write them down on paper I'll lose it and I never use a note taking app so that's pointless as well. So honorifics will be as much as I can give.
Oh and one more thing I'm gonna be very limited in terms of updates from July 30 to August 11 or somewhere around there cause I'm going out of town to visit family and there may or may not be internet for me to use. So there's a 70/30 chance I won't get an update in that time. And then shortly after that I go back to school so I'll be limited once again. But that's a long way away, so don't think to much on it.
Okay enough I my babbling, I'm done with this an imma get back to the task at hand with this next chapter. After that are the revisions.
