*Tensed Second-in-Command*

Boanya was slithering down the hall when she spotted Skales at his desk. He seemed frustrated as he glared down at the map he was observing, obviously not having much luck coming up with a successful strategy. She then slithered up to him.

"Are you feeling alright?" Skales turned to her with surprise before giving her a sigh of relief.

"Forgive me, Lady Boanya," he answered before turning to the map again. "I'm just having a bit of trouble with some battle plans." The female Anacondrai blinked with confusion.

"But my brother never asked you for that task."

"I know, but I thought I should come up with something should something happen."

"Like an invasion?"

"Of course…but the landscape this map show is making it to complicated." Boanya simply smiled at him in reply.

"Sounds to me you're feeling a little tensed." Skales turned to her with surprise.

"Milady, I assure you," he protested slightly. "I'm not tensed; just frustrated."

"Sometimes frustration is caused by tension."

"Oh…" Skales looked awa sheepishly. "I…haven't thought of it that way."

"Well," she purred with a slight giggle, "I know what will help you relax so that your mind can think more straightly." Skales turned to her again with confusion in his eyes that Boanya finds adorable.

"Wh…what would that be?" She simply smiled before placing her hands on the sides of his neck where it meets his shoulders.

"Let me show you," she whispered into his hood. She then started to massage his neck and shoulders in a tender, soft motion.

"Ohh…oh, yeah…that feels good…" Skales sighed with relief before placing his hand on hers. Both of them blushed when their fingers met, but Boanya kept on massaging Skales' neck. They would look just like a cute married couple to anyone who sees them like this…even Pythor.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything," he joked. The two snakes turned to see the Snake King smirking at them.

"Brother!" Boanya cried, removing her hands from Skales' neck as he started blushing like crazy.

"I was just…we were just…" Skales started with a slight gulp.

"Were you getting tensed again, Skales?" Pythor then asked his second-in-command.

"Uh…y-yessir…a little…"

"Well, don't you worry about it then," the violet Serpentine replied with a wave of his hand. "Just take the weekend off to relax; I highly doubt we'll be invaded anytime soon." He then left with a surprised Skales and Boanya watching after him before they sighed with relief.

*Betrothal (After Skales and Fangtom's reunion in Never Trust a Snake)*

Alura paced back and forth across the ice floor of the Hypnobrai Tomb, a couple of Scouts and Slithraa watching her with concern.

"Lady Alura," the former General asked, "will you please stop pacing like that? You're making us nervous."

"And dizzy," groaned one of the Scouts. She stopped and turned to them.

"I'm sorry," she said to them. "I'm just…worried about Skales and the others. What if they don't make it back? What if Skales is—"

"Lady Alura!" one of the Soldiers cried as he rushed into the room suddenly. "Your brother has returned!" Breathing a sigh of relief, Alura rushed out to see her brother entering the hall, not a single scratch on him.

"Skales!" she cried, rushing up to him and hugging. "Oh, thank goodness! I was so worried!"

"I'm fine, little sister," he assured her with a smile. "In fact, there was no need to fight at all." Before his sister could ask him what he's talking about, a voice spoke up behind them.

"Alura…you've grown into quite the beauty." The two siblings turned to Skales' back and saw Fangtom along with his second-in-command Fangdam and his Scout Snappa.

"Fangtom!" Alura cried before rushing forward and hugging him. "Oh, it's so good to see you again! I've missed you so much."

"I've missed you too," he replied as he returned the hug. He and Skales have known about her crush on the Fangpyre since they were teenagers, and since Fangtom loves her back, they will fulfill her heart's wish. Skales then turned to the other Hypnobrai and Fangpyre gathered and talking in the large chamber and held up his arms to quiet them.

"Everyone, may I have your attention please?" Everyone quieted down so as to let him speak as he lowered his arms again. "As you all have already know, the Hypnobrai and Fangpyre Tribes were enemies at war, despite us all being Serpentine. But that feud can never destroy the friendship that my sister Alura and I share with General Fangtom. Now that I have taken the role of General, Fangtom and I now wish to end the fighting between our tribes. And to ensure that the two tribes will always be united as one…General Fangtom and I have agreed…to have the Fangpyre leader take my sister Lady Alura as his wife."

Alura felt her heart stop and her face warm up with a slightly pink blush. She's betrothed to her big crush?! Everyone just cheered at the news as Fangtom gently took Alura's hand, making her turn to his kind smiles.

Skales then slithered over to the betrothed couple before placing his hand on their held hands and closing his eyes in concentration. The other Serpentine then watched as all three glowed with the same golden glow that Skales gave out when the Staff was passed over to him. Alura then began to change before them the same way her brother has, her legs merging as one and growing longer to become a tail. They all know that it is a sign that she is chosen to be the bride of a General. When the glow was gone, she stood before them all, looking like a beautiful female leader to the crowds cheering the names of the betrothed.

"I promise you, Alura," Fangtom said to her as he held her hands with his. "It will be like old times, only more wonderful." Despite being unsure of herself and the arranged marriage, Alura just returned his smiles as he kissed her hands with both heads.

*New Look*

"Hmm…" Pythor looked at himself in the mirror as he checked the clothes on himself. In one hand, he has a white tuxedo with a black bowtie. In the other, he has a red velour cape with a golden Venetian mask clasp. Both are good-looking, but what can he wear for—

"Hey, Pythor. What's…with the clothes?" The Anacondrai turned to see Cole looking at him with an arched eyebrow.

"Oh, hello, Cole," he said to the Black Ninja. "There's this party coming up, and I'm thinking about trying out a new look." Cole then smirked at him slyly.

"Let me guess," he asked, "Pam's gonna be there?" Pythor blushed in reply.

"How did you know that?"

"I saw her getting dressed in this new dress she got for the same party as well," he answered. "And if you want my honest opinion, I think if you just loose the tie on the tux, you can go for both of them." Pythor just blinked at him with confusion.

"As you human teenagers would say…Say what now?"

"I'll show you," he answered, taking the cape. "First, put on the tux but loose the tie." Pythor did as Cole asked and put on the tux and placed the tie on the bed.

"Okay," Cole then said as he started to put the cape on over the tux, "now I'll just put this cape on you so that you'll know how it will look with the tux."

A short while later of clasping the cap and fixing the shirt's color and cape's edges later, he was done. Pythor then looked at himself and saw how good he looks. The tuxedo on him looks better with the red cape over it and with the clasp replacing the tie.

"Wow," he said with a smile. "I do look better with both."

"I told ya so," Cole stated with a smirk.
