*Just Curious*
Jay came in to find a cute couple talking with Skales.
"Thanks so much for your help, sir," the man said with a smile.
"Glad to be service," the snake replied before the couple left the room. Jay then turned to him after the couple left.
"Who were those people?" he asked.
"Oh," Skales answered. "Cole's father asked that I help out in their wedding. They're the son and daughter of two of the members of his band."
"Oh," he replied, "well, I'm glad to see you've found something to keep yourself occupied." Skales hummed in agreement as Jay got himself a diet soda.
"Uh, Jay," he then asked as the ninja started to drink, "I'm just curious, but have you and Nya thought about getting married yourselves yet?"
"PPPHHHFFFTTT!"
"Uh…guess not."
*Step-Brother Snakes (request of Applebucker 77)*
"Skales, can I ask you a question?" asked Zane. "I understand your relationship with Fangtom, but what about Skalidor and Acidicus?"
"Well, I know you're going to freak out if I tell you," the Hypnobrai answered with a slight gulp, "but…they're actually stepbrothers."
"Say what?" asked the confused boy.
"Yeah, ya see, after Skalidor's mother passed away, his father Panchami married Asmodea, Acidicus' widowed mother."
"So…that would make them like Drake and Josh?"
"Who?" asked Skales with an arched eyebrow.
"A show from Nickelodeon," the boy answered. "I'll explain later."
*Dinner Date (sequel to ConstellationDate)*
Pam blushed slightly as Pythor pushed her seat in for her like a true gentleman. She couldn't remember the last time someone did that sort of deed for her before back at New York City.
"I hope you like spaghetti and meatballs," Pythor stated nervously. Pam blinked with surprise. Since when is he ever nervous?
"Oh, I love it," she answered, earning herself a sigh of relief from the snake before he sat down. Then it dawned on her why he's nervous. "Wait…are you trying to pull that scene from Lady and the Tramp?" Pythor's face went red.
"Wha—No, no. Of course not. It's just that I've cooked it myself and—"
"You cook?"
"I know I don't look it, but…well, Boanya taught me how since she's a pro at it and…I promise, it came out good." Pam chuckled in reply.
"I understand," she said. "I'll enjoy it better because you've worked so hard on it." Pythor smiled in reply at her compliment.
