*TKO Via Kiss*
"Oh, Lady Ocea!" Ocea turned to see Snike rushing up to her and smiled as he stopped before her.
"Hey there, Snike," she said as he caught his breath. "Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, everything's fine," he answered, looking up at her with a smile. "I just wanted to tell you that I watched you at your archery training today. And as your big-time fan, I'm going to be cheering you on at the tournament next week!" The Hypnobrai/Fangpyre hybrid smiled in reply.
"Thank you, Snike," she replied. "I'll do my very best to make everyone proud, especially you." She then placed a kiss on his forehead that made him turn as red as a Fangpyre and faint, causing a bunch of pink hearts to poof around him when he hit the ground. She only giggled before turning around and saw her uncle Skales gawking with surprise at her.
"What?" she giggled. "It's a token of my gratitude."
"Nothing personal, sweetie," he replied with an amused roll of her eyes, "but wouldn't it be better to just give him a silk handkerchief instead?"
*Red Velvet Cupcakes*
"You sure we have to use frozen strawberry pieces instead of fresh ones?" Skalidor asked Cole as he placed the cupcake wrappers into the tins.
"I'm sure," Cole answered before spooning the red velvet cake batter into the pans. "Zane says that if you use fresh strawberries, it only end up mushy after baking. But with frozen pieces, the heat will absorb the moisture and they'll come out fresh as the cupcakes after baking."
"So after the strawberry ones," the black Serpentine asked, "we'll bake the red velvet cupcakes with the chocolate chips, right?"
"That's right," Cole answered. After spooning out the batter, they placed the pans into the oven and turned on the timer. Cole then turned to Skalidor to see a look of concern on his face.
"Skali, what's wrong?" he asked. "You okay?" Skalidor turned to him in reply.
"Uh, yeah," he answered. "It's just that…you've mentioned Zane, and I saw you talking with him. Are you sure there's…nothing going on between you two?" Cole smiled in reply.
"I'm sure, Skalidor; we're just friends. I only went to Zane at that time because I need his advice on the cupcakes is all. Besides…" He then wrapped his arms around his strong neck. "You're the only one for me." Relieved, Skalidor held him in his arms and kissed him on the lips.
*Karaoke Date (sequel to Beach Date)*

Pam just had to watch in awe. Who would've thought that Pythor's an awesome singer?
You guessed it. For their Friday night date, Pythor has taken Pam to a karaoke bar. Pam has truly shown herself a great singer, especially when she has sung Tina Turner's Goldeneye. But now seeing Pythor and hearing him sing another good classic…Whoa!
After Pythor has finished his song, the crowds went wild as he put the mike back on the stand and returned to his and Pam's table. He then sat down with a tired sigh.
"Whew," he said as he took a drink from his cola. "Gracious, my throat hurts. Good thing I took those peppermint-and-cloves vapors before we left; otherwise, I'll be mute for a week."
"Pythor, you were just amazing up there!" Pam said to him. "Why didn't you tell me you're an awesome singer?" Pythor looked up at her with a chuckle.
"I guess it never crossed my mind." Pam then thought of something else.
"Wait, the guys told me about the talent show when you were hunting for the Fangblades. If you're that good, why didn't you perform instead of posing as a judge?" Pythor blushed in reply.
"Uh…I got stage fright." Pam arched an eyebrow at him in confusion.
"Seriously? But up there, you were—"
"I got over it later, I assure you," he explained quickly with a sweatdrop.
