The last two are parodies; one of a Geico commercial, and one of a comic strip I read some time ago.
*Pen Pals*
Pythor came into the living room with a cup of coffee to find Lloyd sitting on the couch writing. Curiosity getting the best of him, he slithered up to him.
"Hello, Lloyd," he said to him. "What are you up to?"
"Oh, I'm just writing a letter to Jeanette," the blond boy answered. Pythor arched his eyebrow at him with confusion.
"Jeanette? Who's that? A new girlfriend?"
"N-No!" Lloyd protested with a slight blush. "She's my penpal in Paris, France." Now Pythor's a little more confused.
"What's a…penpal?"
"Oh," Lloyd explained, "a penpal is someone you write to who lives far away in another country. We communicate with each other through letters to learn about the different places we live in."
"It certainly does sound interesting," Pythor replied after a bit of thought.
"Well, Jeanette says she has an older brother," Lloyd replied. "Maybe I can ask her if he'd like to be your penpal."
"Sounds great, Lloyd. Thanks."
*Geico*
Fangtom and Jay were drinking coffee in the kitchen when the Fangpyre noticed a Geico ad in the newspaper.
"Huh…according to Geico…15 minutes could…save you 15%...or more on car insurance." The Lightning Ninja looked up at him in reply.
"You didn't know that?" he asked. "A lot of people do."
"Well," Fangtom answered matter-of-factly, "did you know…that the Japanese believe…that if you sneeze…someone must be…gossiping about you?" Jay arched an eyebrow at him.
"Say what?"
Meanwhile in Japan, a teenage boy with a hairstyle like a tiger's stripe pattern was passing some girls when he sneezed a few minutes later.
"Darn it," he said (in Japanese). "I knew I shouldn't have gone for this hairdo; those girls must think I'm weird!"
Pythor (offscene): Geico – 15 minutes could save you…well, you know.
*Possibility*
"Oh, I can't wait!" Pam laughed with delight. "I'm actually going to Paris!"
"Well, don't forget," Pythor said to her as he helped her with her bags. "I'm coming as well."
"Yeah, I know, I know." As the two of them gathered more of their luggage together, Lloyd and Skales watched them from the table.
"You'll remember to bring me a souvenir, right, Pam?" Lloyd asked.
"As long as you're good," she answered with a smile.
"And Skales," Pythor added, "as my second-in-command, I'm counting on you to keep an eye on things."
"Got it," the Hypnobrai replied before the two of them left. He then turned to Lloyd as he took a drink of his soda. "Do you think Pam and Pythor are going to get married in Paris?" Lloyd sputtered in his drink with surprise.
"What?!"
"It's just that I've heard that when two people go to this event in a far-off country like the artist expo in Paris, they wound up getting married there before returning home."
…
"There's no way Pam and Pythor would do that without us knowing about it," Lloyd replied flatly.
"Hey, you'll never know," Skales replied with a shrug. "It's a possibility."
