A/N Thanks for the great reviews. Chapter 30 whoo hoo!

After they talked, Jon told Dixie they had to get ready to leave. "I think I am staying home this time."

"No. Why?"

"Well, I mean, with everything going on…and I don't really want to take the chance of seeing Colby. I would probably kill him myself."

"Dix, you can just stay at the hotel like before. I want you with me. Now more than ever. Come on, babe."

"Are you sure?"

"Hell yeah I am sure. Colby needs to know that this little stunt didn't fucking work. You still love me not him and you ain't leaving me. And I am not leaving you. So whatever he thought was going to happen, ain't fucking happening. I am going to fucking tear him apart when I get him alone."

"Don't get yourself in trouble, Jon."

"I can't promise you anything this time. He needs to get his ass beat."

"I am not saying he doesn't but you don't need to get fired or go to jail either."

"Oh, it won't be in the arena or hotel or anything. I will catch his ass somewhere alone and we are going to finish this shit. He won't listen to reason, but he better listen to my goddamn fist."

Dixie was worried but she was angry with Colby too, and she knew there would be no talking Jon out of this. She only hoped Jon didn't kill him. She took a quick shower, still feeling dirty from waking up with Colby. Then they packed their bags while Joe was packing his and left for the airport. Jon was still fairly hung-over so while they were in the air, she told him to take a nap so he would feel better. He agreed and turned to lay his head on her shoulder. She watched him as he slept, wishing she could take back whatever happened the night before. She couldn't understand how she ended up married to Colby or why she would even agree to leave with him.

She decided to call her lawyer back when they got settled. The Tuesday show was in Colorado Springs, which was only an hour drive from Denver. Jon had planned on staying at the hotel in Denver, driving down Tuesday afternoon and then driving back after SmackDown so they could fly home Wednesday morning. They didn't have any more shows that week because of the Elimination Chamber being that Sunday.

Joe was still upset with her, but wanted to believe what she said as well. He wished Colby wasn't still hung up on her so they could all move on. He wouldn't deny how much it hurt that Colby wouldn't give in to the feelings Joe thought he held for him. He was obviously still wrapped up in Dixie and didn't appear to be letting go anytime soon. He saw Jon with his face nuzzling her neck as he slept and had to smile. After Jon being so distraught the night before, Joe was relieved that she came home too. "Dix?"

"Yeah?"

"You really don't remember why you did it?"

"No, not at all."

"Jon said it sounds suspicious to him."

"What? He doesn't believe…"

"No, that's not what I meant. He thinks it is fishy that Colby happened to show up when you were upset and somehow you married him and can't recall anything about it."

"It does to me too. I am just thankful I got Jon to listen to me. Joe, I love him more than anything and I don't want to hurt him. He means the world to me and it would kill me if I lost him. I loved Colby, but not like that; where I thought I couldn't breathe if I didn't have him. When I thought he was ignoring me and I had lost him for good, I felt a sense of panic that I have never felt before, not even when you caught us together." She ran her fingers down the side of his face. "You know, he may not look like it, but he is fragile. He is so precious to me and I can't stand that I keep letting him down."

"I know he is and I know that you love him. He loves you too. When I was watching you two earlier, you know what song popped in my head?"

"Hmm, no what?"

"When A Man Loves A Woman."

"That's not entirely good, Joe. You ever listened to the lyrics?" she said with a laugh.

He chuckled, "Well, maybe not all of them."

"Yeah, you really should! Besides, I would never tell him to sleep out in the rain!"

Joe nodded and laughed before leaning back in his seat and resting his head. He was going to take a quick nap as well before they got there. Dixie was too wound up to sleep though.

When they landed, they rented a car from Hertz and drove to the hotel not far from the arena. They settled into their rooms and Jon listened while Dixie called her lawyer back.

"So you spoke with Colby?"

"Yeah, he said he already mailed the license in. He also told me he would fight me on an annulment. He said he wasn't going to let me act like it never happened."

"Damn. Well, I really can't do anything until it is filed with the clerk's office. As soon as they process it, we can start annulment proceedings."

"What will happen if he blocks it?" she asked worriedly.

"Well, you can also just file for a divorce. Actually, that might not be a bad idea. If you threaten to take him to court for a divorce, you will be entitled to some of his assets. Nevada is a community property state."

"You mean I should tell him that I will take his money if he doesn't grant my annulment?"

"It may not be the route you want to take, but if you intimidate him like that, he might acquiesce."

"Okay, I will try that. I am not letting him bully me like this. He is trying to force me to stay married to him. That is just crazy."

"If you need an order of protection, I will see what I can do about that too. I am not licensed to practice law in Nevada, but my partner has a friend from law school that is. We will find you a way out of this, Dixie. I promise."

"Thanks, David. I don't think I need one just yet, but we will see. I will call you back when I get back to Vegas and check on the license."

"Sounds good. Just let me know."

"I will. Bye."

Jon looked at her, "What was he saying about money?"

"Apparently as Colby's wife, I am entitled to his money."

"Even though you just got married?" he wondered.

"Apparently. David said I should use that to intimidate him."

"He may be right. You know how Colby is about money."

"I know. I hope it works because I really don't want to have to fight him in court. This is just a fucking nightmare."

"Yeah, it is. We will get through it though, babe." He wanted to ask if when it was all over, she would still ever want to get married, but he didn't.

"Thank you for loving me, Jon."

"You don't have to thank me, but you're welcome."

"I will call Colby later and talk to him, but I just don't have the strength at the moment. I am so tired of fighting and drama and all this shit. I just want us to be happy and live our lives. I want that for him too."

"Dixie, I am going to ask you something and I hope you don't get pissed, but I have to ask. Do you think Colby might be gay or bi?"

"You know, it is funny you should ask that."

"Why?"

"Just little things I thought about once I found out he slept with Joe."

"Like what?"

"Well, when I first met him, he was with Chris, you know, Jimmy Jacobs. He asked me out and I said no because I got a weird vibe from him that he might be because of how they acted but he was persistent and I agreed after many times of him asking. Anyway, over the years, I just came to think they were just really good friends, and they are close, but now I wonder if there was more. Especially after what Colby said the night we hashed everything out."

Now Jon's curiosity was piqued. "What happened?"

"He said something to the effect of why he would never give me what I wanted in the bedroom and just making excuses for why he wouldn't. Colby was usually very gentle and never forceful or dominating. I thought maybe that it was just because it wasn't him. Like I said, maybe he would be more comfortable on the receiving end."

"I am going to tell you something and don't get mad, okay?"

"Okay."

"Joe told me he kissed Colby and, in not so many words, that Colby liked it."

"Oh really?" she raised her eyebrow and asked.

"Don't get hot, babe."

"I'm not. I don't give a fuck what he does anymore. If he wants Joe, more power to him. I told you, I don't love him anymore. Only you."

"I told Joe that he may just be suppressing his urges because of his folks."

"Maybe. His parents would wash their hands of him if he ever admitted it. But he could have at least told me. He told me that he would give me the reason, but he never did. Maybe that is it. Maybe he was trying to hide it from me for whatever reason, but I have no desire to be a beard for anyone."

"You don't have to worry about that with me, Dix," he said with a big laugh.

"Oh, I know that! Never crossed my mind!" She stopped for a minute and thought, "Actually…"

"No! What actually? There is no way I like dick!"

"Ha! No, not that, silly. I was going to say, actually, maybe I should encourage him to come out of the closet or at least admit his feelings to himself for his own sanity."

"Might not be a bad idea. Hell, Joe might be good for him."

"Maybe so. At least it would get him out of my fucking hair."

Dixie made up her mind that she was going to talk to Colby after Jon left, not wanting an audience when she had her conversation with him. They had a lot to discuss and she wanted to do it alone. "Okay, enough about my stupid ex."

"Agreed. So what do you want to talk about?"

"You know, Jonathan, I don't really want to talk." She leaned over to kiss him and pressed him down on the bed. He moaned against her lips, gasping when he felt her fumbling with the button to his jeans. She kissed the side of his neck and softly bit before licking up to his ear.

"Fuck…"

He felt her pull his cock out of his pants and slowly stroke it to life. She rubbed the sensitive head and heard his breath hitch. "Dixie, not that I don't want to, but I have to be at the arena in like a half an hour."

"Don't worry, baby. This won't take long. Just let me pleasure you. Let me show you my appreciation and how much I love you."

He nodded, liking the sound of that. She moved down his body and slid into the floor at his feet. He sat up and watched as she gripped his cock, licking a stripe up the underside of his shaft. She circled the head with her tongue, lapping the precome that was leaking from the tip. He leaned back on his elbows and watched as she teased the head of his dick. She loved how responsive he was to her touch and how hard he got so quickly. When she took him into her mouth, he moaned and curled his fingers in her hair. It took all his self-control not to force her head down, but he was going to let her do whatever she wanted this time. She sucked hard and he bucked his hips, whining as she took him deeper into her throat. When she swallowed around his cock, he groaned and fell back on the bed. He could feel her throat constricting around the shaft, amazed at how good she could make him feel. "Fuck, you suck my dick so fucking good."

She slowly pulled back and took a breath before burying his cock to the balls in her mouth again. Jon was gripping the sheets, trying to keep from gagging her because he really wanted to fuck her mouth. She started to bob her head up and down quickly, her hands on his thighs and digging at the material of his jeans. She heard him panting and whimpering and could feel him beginning to tense up. He was thrusting his hips, unable to control himself anymore with the ripples off pleasure coursing through his body. She started to stroke his shaft in time with bobbing her head, reaching to massage his balls as she sent him over the edge. "Fuck, fuck, fuck!" He growled and forced her head down to where her nose was pressing into his belly as his come splashed the back of her throat. He shuddered as she scraped her teeth across the head when she came back up.

"Fuck, Dix."

"Hmmm?" she said, using her finger to get the come that had escaped and then licked it clean.

"Goddamn."

"You're welcome, baby. I love hearing you come like that, so sexy."

"Well shit, you are more than welcome to blow me like that any fucking time you want. I will give you all that come you like so much."

"I can't help it if I like the way you taste."

"Not complaining. Very flattered actually," he said with a wink.

"Oh stop it! Zip your pants back up. You have to get going."

"Shit, I don't think I can just yet." He heard a ding on his phone and figured it was Joe. Dixie handed it to him and it was a text asking if he was ready to go. He messaged back that he was and stood up to get himself presentable.

She ran her fingers through his messy curls, trying to get them to lie down. "I look terrible."

"No, you look gorgeous, as always. Now go be brilliant, as always."

He smiled brightly at her and leaned down to kiss her. "Love you."

"Love you too. See you tonight. I will be watching."

As soon as he left, she grabbed her phone to call Colby. He was happy to see her calling, but he wondered what she wanted. He decided to try to break Dixie and Jon up and not worry with his first idea of finding a document forger. "Hello beautiful."

"Hello, Colby. You got a minute to talk?"

"For you, always. You reconsidered and are coming home to me?"

"Uh, no. I called David back this afternoon."

"Damn it. We were together four years and you always wanted me to marry you and now that you are my wife, you are trying to get out of it. What the fuck, Dixie?"

"Things have changed. Anyway, I am just calling to tell you what he said. If you fight me on the annulment and we have to go to court for a divorce instead, you need to know that Nevada is a community property state."

"And what the hell does that mean?"

"It means that as your wife, I am entitled to half of everything."

"What?" He wasn't expecting that.

"Yes. Marital assets to be split equally. Doesn't matter if we have been married a day or a year or twenty. So this is going to be your choice. You make me take you to court and everything, and I do mean every fucking thing is going to come out. Along with me getting half your money."

"I can't believe this."

"You fucking started it. You knew I was upset and you mailed that damn license in the first place. Now we are stuck in this shit and it is all your fault."

'Shit. Maybe I should just tell her. No. Give it time for the plan to work.' He scoffed, "My fault? Takes two to get married, mama. You wanted it as much as I did. You know I love you and we are meant to be together. Forever. Till death do us part."

"You keep this up, Col and it will be death that parts us, yours." She sighed, "Look, we had some really great times together and you healed a part of me that I thought never would. I will always be grateful to you for that. But it is over. We are through and you need to accept that so you can move on. As I told you before, I want you to be happy and be with whoever will make you happy. I mean, Joe…"

"Dixie, I don't fucking want Joe!"

"Or Chris…"

"I am not fucking gay!"

"Colby…"

"I'm not. No. Why do you keep saying that? I love you. You are a woman. Not gay. Simple as that."

"I know you love me, but I also know you. You never told me the reason why you were never dominating with me when we had sex. Why was that?"

"Not because I am gay! I just didn't want to hurt you."

"That is a bullshit answer, but whatever. If you don't want to admit it to me, at least admit it to yourself. Joe really cares for you, more than just as a friend. He was heartbroken as much as Jon was when he found out about…this."

"He was?" He thought back to his dream and felt a shiver go through his body. 'No, no. Stop thinking about it.'

"Yes. He loves you, Colby. Still. Even after the shit you said to him. Just think about what I said. I am not saying come out of the closet or whatever…"

"Not gay, Dixie."

"…but at least make peace with it in your heart. I have to go. I will talk to you later."

She hung up and flung her phone down on the bed. She hoped that she got through to him, but she had a feeling she didn't. Colby was angry and frustrated, especially now that Dixie thought he was gay. He was close to Chris but nothing ever happened, even though people thought he was homosexual. Colby knew he was straight. And Joe, it only happened because he was drunk he kept telling himself. The dream only happened because of the pill. 'She doesn't know what the fuck she is talking about. Joe pushed himself on me. I didn't want it, no matter what that motherfucker says.'

When Colby stepped in the locker room, he saw Joe and Jon staring him down. He put on his game face and walked over to where they were to set his bag down. "Hey, boys. Shouldn't you be congratulating me?"

"Fuck you, Lopez," Jon spat.

"Did you like the picture I sent you of me and my beautiful wife?"

Jon snickered, "Yeah, that was real great. It was even better when she came back home and told me it was a mistake. And even better than that, when she got on her knees to um, thank me for taking her back, the right way. Right before I came down here. I really enjoy the way she shows her appreciation."

Colby's smiled dropped for a moment. "Well, that's fine. She uh, thanked me, as you put it, last night when I made her my wife."

"No she didn't. I know you didn't have sex with her, man. Which probably saved your fucking life. If you would have taken advantage of her when she was drunk, I would have already killed you instead of letting you stand here and run your goddamn mouth."

"Oh yeah, and how do you figure that?"

"Because she told me so. And I believe her. I don't believe a fucking thing you say. I know you planned this shit and I am going to find out some fucking way. Oh and when I do, you are a dead man. You see, growing up on the wrong side of the tracks has some advantages. I know some people who can help me make you disappear."

"Jon, man that's enough. Colby just shut up and go the fuck on. We don't want to hear your shit."

Colby batted his long eyelashes at Joe. "You sure about that, Joe? Dixie told me you were upset. Why? Did you think we would be together and get married, go on our honeymoon in Hawaii and watch the sunset together? Keep dreaming, asshole. You are more delusional than I thought."

"You are a real arrogant son-of-a-bitch, Col" Joe said.

"Maybe, but I am going to get what I want. Already half way there. Dixie married me, not you, Jon. She may be rejecting it now, but she won't for long. See this ring? It won't be long before she wants this back on her hand. Maybe you should have married her before I did. Oh that's right. She loves me is why she stood before God and vowed to stand by me. Till death do us part. She may have been drunk, but she meant it."

"Yeah, and when Joe fucked you, you may have been drunk but you still wanted it."

Colby's smirk fell from his face. "Shut the fuck up about that. No I sure as hell didn't."

"Same fucking thing. Right, Joe?"

"Yep," Joe nodded.

"Fuck you. Fuck you both," Colby growled and walked away.

"He is such a smug prick. I am going to enjoy pounding his big, fat nose in."

"Yeah, about that, you sure you want to go through with this?"

Jon raised his eyebrow. "Of course I am sure. This motherfucker has it coming. Hell, he has it coming from both of us really. You aren't backing out on me are you, bro?"

"No, never. You my boy so I am down for whatever. I just want to make sure you know what you are doing."

"I do. She is my woman; I can't let him get away with this shit. He needs his ass kicked."

"Yeah, he does. Hey, I just wanted to say, I am glad you are still my boy. I mean, after everything…"

"Man, I don't give a shit about who you are fucking as long as it isn't me or Dixie. Like, I don't care if you like girls and guys or both. You are my friend and that is all that matters to me, okay? You don't have to say it. We both support you, even if you still want that dickhead there."

He grabbed Jon's arm and pulled him in for a bro-hug. "I love you, uce."

"I love you too, but don't get all mushy on me, man" Jon told him, chuckling.

Joe laughed back, "Sorry."

"It's fine. Let's go get some food. I am starving."

"Alright." As they walked out Joe asked, "Hey, were you serious about Dixie giving you head before you left or were you just lying to get under his skin?"

"100 percent the truth. What can I say? My girl loves me." They laughed as they went down the hall to catering.

Dixie left the hotel for a while to clear her head. She had time before the show started and wanted to take a walk. When she got back, she was going to make herself a drink, but decided she had better not. After last night, she thought she should stay away from alcohol. When Monday Night Raw started, she waited for the boys to come on. On the backstage interview she could see that there was tension among them and Colby kept glaring at Jon and Joe when they were talking. She noticed that his voice sounded rougher than earlier, like it was sore from yelling or crying or something. She never wanted to make him cry because she could never stand for a man to cry, but tried to remind herself that he brought it on himself. She finished watching the show and got dressed, waiting for Jon to call so they could go out for dinner.

Colby had the idea after the next show to get some pictures of Jon in compromising positions with women to show Dixie. He knew it worked the first time if she could just remember it. He knew she was staying in Denver while they drove to Colorado Springs, so he thought it would be perfect. He had a plan on who he would ask and how he would get him to the bar. From there, he didn't think it would be hard to get him drunk and have him more than willing to cheat on Dixie. He figured that was the only way he was going to drive them apart since marrying her hadn't worked.

What he didn't know was Jon had his own plan for after the show in Colorado Springs. He already had enlisted Joe but wasn't going to tell Dixie because he knew what she would say. He promised her that he wouldn't beat the hell out of Colby anywhere in public and she was right because he didn't want to get fired. But, he had to make his ex-best friend pay for all of his sins. To him, it had been a long time coming and it was time for his comeuppance.
