*Cup of Joe (prequel to Awkward Moment)*
Pythor yawned loudly as he made his way into the kitchen. He's so tired from waking up in the morning; he can barely keep his eyes open.
"Maybe a nice cup of coffee will wake me up a little," he mumbled to himself as he went up to the coffee machine. He then got out a mug and poor himself some coffee. He then took a sip of the warm elixir and sighed softly.
"That's much better. I think the paper should be in the living room." He then slithered to the door leading to said room.
But when he entered the room, he was in for a shock. Sitting on the couch in the couch was Skalidor, and sitting on his lap in his arms and coils is Cole…and the two of them are making out. The Anacondrai couldn't even move as Skalidor started to kiss the Black Ninja's neck.
"Ooh, you're such a bad snake…"
"You taste so good…"
"Oh, my…" Pythor finally said, making the two lovers stop and turn to him with surprise.
"Pythor!" The Anacondrai blushed with embarrassment.
"Uh, sorry, guys," he said before grabbing the newspaper on the coffee table. "Just came in here to get the paper." With another apology, he quickly slithered out of the living room and closed the door behind him.
"Man, that was embarrassing…" he said before looking down at his coffee. "I should've stuck to a cold shower."
*Concern About the Brother (sequel to Way of the Anacondrai's Heart)*
"Are you sure you want to do this, Boanya?" Skales asked his new fiancée as they slithered down the hall. "I mean, I know that you're his sister and I'm his second-in-command, but what if he forbids it? You know he cares about you and your sisters as much as I care about Alura and Fangtom."
"Don't worry, Skales," she assured him with a nuzzle on the cheek. "I'm sure he'll understand once I explain it to him."
"Explain whatto me?" Pythor asked, coming up from behind the couple. Skales yelped with surprise before hiding behind Boanya.
"Uh, Pythor," he said with a gulp. "F-Fancy bumping into you, heh-heh…Uh, we were just…uh…" That's when the Snake King noticed the engagement ring on his sister's finger.
"You two are engaged?" he asked Skales with a smile. "You sneaky devil, why didn't you tell me sooner?" The Hypnobrai looked up at him with surprise.
"You mean…you're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad?" he answered with a chuckle. "I've always considered you as a brother ever since before I made you second-in-command, and you've been crazy about my sister for a long time now. I can't wait to tell Vipie and the twins that we're going to be getting a second brother." He then gave the two lovebirds a big hug before slithering off to find his other three sisters and tell them the news.
"Well, uh…that went better than expected," Skales replied.
"Told you he'd take it well," Boanya giggled before giving him a kiss on the cheek that made him blush.

As Pythor was straightening out the training yard of the ninja's newly rebuilt dojo/temple, he sang to the song playing on the stereo on the porch.

As he sang, some birds and critters gathered and watched him sing before them with his amazing voice.

Pythor doesn't seem to mind that these creatures are watching him. To him, singing before animals is more comfortable than singing before humans.

When the song was over, all the birds were chirping and the critters were chattering to cheer for his performance. With an amused smile, Pythor bowed to them.
"Thank you, thank you," he said to them. "Oh, you are too kind…"
"Ho-ly cow!" Hearing a voice behind him, Pythor turned to the porch and paled when he saw Nya, Lloyd, and the ninja gapping at him in awe.
"Oh, my gosh…you…you didn't…didn't just hear—"
"Hear you singing with the most amazing voice ever?!" the excited Jay cried. "Of course, we did!" In reply, Pythor made himself invisible with a yelp of fear, confusing the others.
"Was it something I said?" Jay then asked his ninja brothers.
