*Skales' Proposal (sequel to Losing Him Again)*
As Cole bandaged up his injured knuckles, Skales began to think things through. He knows that if he doesn't act soon, the ninja will take his beloved Earth Ninja away from him again. But what if it's too sudden? What if he says no? Will he have to hypnotize him again to make him say yes?
No! I won't do that! I won't force him to say yes to me against his own will.
"Cole, marry me…" The brunette looked up at the Hypnobrai with surprise as a slight blush came to his face.
"Wh-Wha…"
"I can't risk loosing you," Skales explained, placing his free hand on the boy's arm. "If anyone takes you away from me, I might not be able to get you back…because I'm afraid to lose you to another. But if you don't want to, I under—"
"Yes." Skales felt like time had just stopped.
"You…You mean it?"
"Yes," Cole answered, placing his hand on Skales' cheek. "I don't want to loose you either." And he sealed it with a kiss.
*Stage Fright (sequel to Praise to the Voice)*
"Stage fright?" asked Jay with surprise and disbelief. "You? No way!"
"Way…" Pythor grumbled. "I'm too nervous to sing in front of an audience."
"You didn't seem scared to sing in front of those critters," Nya stated, pointing out the animals that were cheering on Pythor as he performed for them.
"That's different," the Anacondrai explained. "They don't freak out at one look at me like some humans do."
"Technically, he's got a good point," Zane stated. "There are still some people here in Ninjago City trying to get used to him living in human society."
"Zane, you're not helping," Kai grumbled before Cole's face became firm.
"That settles it," he said before pointing at Pythor. "You…" He thumbed at himself. "Us…Karaoke…" He pointed at the ground. "Tonight!" Pythor's face became pale.
"What? No way! Uh-uh! Not gonna hap—" CLAMP!
"Not asking…telling." And Cole started dragging the snake away by the chain and collar he clamped around his neck.
"Cole! C'mon! Really?! Guys, a little help here!" Pythor cried as he tried to get out of the collar. The others just stared after them with surprise, too shocked to even help their new snake friend.
"Not good…" was all Lloyd could say.
*Barbecue Surprise*
Out in the backyard of the dojo, Pythor was busy cooking the burgers and hot dogs on the barbecue grill. He also has on his new grilling apron that says "Kiss the Cook; He's Irish!" He's not really Irish, but he couldn't resist wearing it because it was so gosh-darn funny. When he came out wearing it, the others cracked up at what he said, proving that they agree with him.
"Hmm…" he said to himself as he poked at one of the burgers. "Seems to be done. Just need to flip it a bit and…"
"BOO!" Pythor cried out with surprise and flipped the burger over his shoulder with the spatula. He then turned around with a start to see the burger land on a plate that Jay was holding.
"Thanks, Pythor," he said to him with a smile as Lloyd next to him laughed at the surprised look on the snake's face. "By the way, I give that perfect landing of yours a ten point five." Annoyed as he is, Pythor just smiled at his compliment.
"Thanks, Jay."
