Hi everyone. Thanks for all your comments on the last chapter. I'm sad to say that after this one, there are only two chapters left. I'm definitely going to miss writing this. I wish it had been the real Season 5. I decided to make this chapter a bit shorter since the last one was so long. I also changed the plans slightly, it's just the honeymoon. Anyway, review if you want me to continue, and if you want me to do a Season 6!
Chapter 58: Honeymoon
"So, was our wedding everything you dreamed it would be?" Finn asked Rachel as they got in the limo to their hotel.
"Everything I dreamed it would be and more," Rachel said.
"Good," Finn said. "Me too." At this moment, he was so glad that he and Rachel had waited before getting married. If they'd had a quickie back in high school, they probably wouldn't have been able to have the elaborate ceremony that they'd had. They probably wouldn't have had such a good party. And Rachel probably wouldn't have gotten to wear such a beautiful wedding dress.
"I'm so happy right now," Rachel said, interrupting Finn's thoughts. "I just... I can't believe we're actually married!"
"I know," Finn agreed. "And I'm very happy too." He leaned in and gave Rachel a kiss. He looked next to him and saw the present the boys had given him at his bachelor party. "My groomsmen gave me a gift for the honeymoon. Let's see what it is."
"I'm intrigued," Rachel said.
Finn opened the present and saw a few boxes of condoms. "Wow." He read the note that was attached to one box. "Finn, we hope this is enough for your honeymoon."
"Yeah, I think that'll be enough," Rachel laughed.
Finn looked over at Rachel's wrapped gift. "Did your bridesmaids get you something for the honeymoon, too?"
"Yeah," Rachel said, picking up the present. "Let's see." She took the wrapping paper off, revealing some lingerie.
"I can't wait to see you in that," Finn said. He couldn't help it.
"I bet you can't," Rachel said.
The limo driver pulled down the partisan. "Sorry if I interrupted any married couple moments, but we're back at the hotel if you two want to change clothes and get your things for the airport."
Finn was glad he and Rachel had put up the partisan. It probably wouldn't have been a good idea for driver to hear their conversation. The newly married couple went to the hotel suite and changed into regular clothes, leaving their dress and tux for their family members to pick up.
"Ready for our honeymoon?" Rachel asked Finn as they picked up their bags.
"Yes," Finn said. He and Rachel had decided to go to the Outer Banks in North Carolina for their honeymoon. They'd considered going to Europe, but they came to the conclusion that it would have been too expensive. They were planning a European vacation for their tenth anniversary, but in the meantime, they thought a beach vacation would have been great for their honeymoon.
The limo drove Finn and Rachel to the airport, where they caught a flight to Norfolk, Virginia and then took a tourist bus to the Outer Banks. Luckily for them, the bus dropped them at the Hilton they were staying at, so they could get out and relax. It was very late by now, but neither Finn nor Rachel was very tired.
"It's late, but you look wide awake," Rachel told Finn.
"Adrenaline high," Finn admitted.
"Yeah, me too," Rachel said. "I'm finally your wife."
"How's Rachel Hudson sound to you?" Finn asked.
"It sounds pretty good," Rachel said with a big smile.
Finn got out his phone and sent a post to Twitter and Facebook. "Rachel and I have arrived in North Carolina for our honeymoon. Thank you all so much for making our wedding day so special. We love you guys!"
Rachel's phone vibrated. "Finn, I just got an e-mail from the wedding photographer. The photos are already online."
"That was quick," Finn said.
"I know," Rachel said. "Want to see them?"
"I'd love to," Finn said. After all, he did kind of want to see the photos Rachel had taken with the girls before the ceremony.
Rachel opened her laptop and showed Finn the photos. He'd just seen Rachel in her wedding dress a few hours ago, but it was nice to get to see it again in the photos. "You guys had better poses than we did," Finn laughed.
"Well, we are more creative," Rachel said.
"Kurt had a few weird poses in mind," Finn said.
Rachel yawned, and Finn noticed that she was looking a little tired. "Are you tired?"
"A little," Rachel admitted. "It's been a busy day."
"It has," Finn agreed. "Let's go to bed and then we can go to the beach in the morning."
"Sounds great," Rachel said, giving Finn a kiss before they climbed into bed together.

When Rachel woke up the next morning, she couldn't help but smile wide as she looked next to her. Her husband was sleeping next to her. Not her boyfriend, not her fiancee, her husband. She loved calling him that.
Finn rolled over, opened his eyes and looked at Rachel. "Did you have a good night's sleep, Mrs. Hudson?"
Rachel smiled at the sound of the title. "Yes I did, thank you, Mr. Hudson."
Finn gave Rachel a kiss. "Good. What do you say we go to the beach?"
"I'd love that," Rachel said. She got out of bed and put on her swimsuit before she and Finn walked to the beach hand in hand.
The beach was a short walk from the hotel, so Finn and Rachel didn't have a long walk. When they arrived, Rachel pulled off her cover up as Finn looked at her as if she was eye candy.
"What is it?" Rachel asked.
"You look so sexy in that bikini," Finn said.
Rachel managed to smile. "Thanks, Finn."
"I guess it's just even more attractive when you're my wife," Finn said.
"I can't believe we're finally married," Rachel said. "It feels so good to be able to say that."
"It feels good to me, too," Finn said. "And Kurt's thrilled that you're officially his sister."
"Well, you gained two sisters from this, too," Rachel said.
"I did," Finn said. "It's weird, I thought Beth was going to be my daughter, but she ended up as my sister-in-law."
"I'm glad it turned out that way," Rachel said.
"Me too," Finn said. "One day, we'll have kids of our own."
Now that they were officially married, the time to have kids might be sooner rather than later. Rachel had hoped that the baby was Finn's when she had the pregnancy scare last year, but it had ended up just being a scare. Now that she and Finn were married, there wouldn't be any hesitations if there was a kid.
"Why are you being quiet?" Finn asked.
"I was just thinking," Rachel admitted. "About us, and about what you were saying about almost having a daughter..."
"Are you telling me you're pregnant?" Finn asked.
"Not yet!" Rachel laughed. "But when do you want to have kids?"
Finn thought for a minute. "A few years. Once we both have pretty solid jobs."
"Yeah, that sounds good to me," Rachel said. "I know I want us to have more than one. Not growing up with siblings, and discovering this year how great it is to have a sister... it really makes me want to have more than one kid."
"Oh, of course we'll have more than one!" Finn said. "That's how I feel too. I just wish Kurt and I could have had what we had for our whole lives."
"How many do you think you'd like to have?" Rachel asked.
Finn thought for a minute. "Four. We could have two of each that way."
"Oh, I like that idea," Rachel said. "Want to go to the water now?"
"I'd love to," Finn said. He took Rachel's hand as they ran to chase the waves.

After some time at the beach and a dinner at a local shrimp restaurant, Finn and Rachel decided to go back to their hotel. On the way back, they passed a tattoo parlor. Finn looked at it and had to admit, he'd heard about couples getting matching tattoos. But would Rachel want one?
Rachel seemed to see what Finn was doing. "What are you looking at?"
"I know this is stupid, but the tattoo parlor," Finn admitted.
"Oh really?" Rachel asked. "Why?"
Finn decided he may as well admit it. "I've heard about couples having matching tattoos and..."
Rachel looked intrigued. "You want us to get them?"
"Well... yes," Finn admitted.
"Then let's do it," Rachel said.
"You want to?" Finn asked.
"It would be a good married couple bonding experience," Rachel said. "Don't you think?"
"Yeah, I do," Finn said.
"So, what should we get them of?" Rachel asked.
Finn thought a minute. "Something that has to do with us..." He tried to think of the perfect thing.
Rachel tugged at her Finchel necklace. "How about we just have them say Finchel, like here?"
"I like that idea," Finn said. "Let's do this."
Rachel smiled. "Yeah, let's do it." She took Finn's hand and led him into the tattoo parlor.
The tattoo artist looked at them. "May I help you two?"
"We want tattoos that say this word, with this font," Finn said as he pointed to Rachel's necklace.
"Okay," the tattoo artist said. "May I see your IDs?"
Finn and Rachel held up their IDs. "She hasn't changed hers yet," Finn couldn't resist. "Her name is Rachel HUDSON. We just got married."
"Well, congratulations," the tattoo artist said. "Just fill out this paperwork, and when you're done, who's first?"
Rachel looked at Finn. "You go first. This WAS your idea."
"All right, I'll go first," Finn said. After filling out the paperwork, Finn and Rachel went to the tattoo room. Finn held Rachel's hand as the needle made its way into his side. For a moment, he wondered if this had been a good idea. But the tattoo had already gotten started.
"You okay?" Rachel asked.
"Yeah, I'm okay," Finn said. He didn't want Rachel to get nervous. Finally, the needle was removed. "There you go."
"Oh my God!" Rachel squealed. "We're both going to have our couple names on our bodies!"
Finn looked down. His side was swelling a little, but having Finchel on his side was worth it. "Okay Rach, your turn."
"Hold my hand," Rachel said.
"Of course," Finn said.
Finn held Rachel's hand. As the needle went into her side, she wimpered slightly. "Babe, are you okay?" Finn asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Rachel said. She squeezed Finn's hand tighter before the needle was removed. Finn looked at Rachel's side, her tattoo looked just like his.
Rachel looked down. "Wow, this is amazing."
"I know," Finn said. "We have our couple name on us."
"Want to go back to the hotel?" Rachel asked. "Maybe we should take advantage of the gifts our friends gave us for the honeymoon."
"Yeah," Finn agreed. "That sounds great."
