Ch:31 crowed train
Gia slowly began to wake-up. See opened her eyes to see she was laying in her bed in the train cart. That was when she saw Alex was sitting at her bed side, looking like he was tired and had been waiting for her to wake-up for a while. Even though she was still hungry see managed to stay under control. She looked at her mate and said. "Alex, what happened?" Alex looked at his mate just then realizing she was awake and replied with a half-smile. "Me and the others rescued you, the cubs, your parents, and brother from animal control." At the mention of her cubs, Gia's eyes shot open fully. "Alex where are the cubs?" she asked almost yelling. "Calm down my angle, the cubs woke-up before you and are now with Vitally, Stefano, and the chimps planning where to find the penguins." Alex assured her. These words calmed Gia, however she sensed there was something Alex wasn't telling her. Her eyes narrowed, she looked Alex in his eyes, and asked him. "Alex, what are you not telling me?" Alex sighed. "when my parents found out Dubois was after me they wanted to help, but Dubois would find us if we stayed on the reserve. So my they went with us and are in the train right now." Gia nearly had a heart attack knowing her parents and Alex's parent were under the same roof.
