Nami wrapped the blanket around her body as she sat on the bed. She still felt tickles all over her body that she just wanted to cuddle but at the same time she felt uncomfortable. She took out the wet tissue and grabbed a handful of it in her hand, putting the remaining pack on the table.

Zoro noticed when she rose to her feet. "Where are you going?". He propped on his elbow.

Nami turned her head to him, "Bathroom"

Zoro heard the door clicked. He sat and reached over the wet tissue on the table, cleaning the remnants of their love making.

After throwing the tissue on the nearest bin, he laid on his back. Sprawling his hands to both sides. He stared blankly at the ceiling.

Nami was leaning against the bathroom door. She crumpled the blanket that was on her chest. When she looked at the mirror she saw how pathetic herself. For a moment she had forgotten about Law… completely. He didn't even appear in her mind at all. It was only Zoro. Now she felt guilty but did she regret it? No. She didn't find any sign of regret yet.

She let the blanket slid off her body and saw the very visible mark Zoro had left on her left chest. The rest were not that visible but still... As she skimmed her own body, her eyes fell to the necklace. She brought her hand on the necklace and squeezed the locket tightly. She untied the necklace and hung it at the knob of the bathroom cabinet. Without thinking further, she cleaned herself.

Nami returned to the bed and saw him sprawled at the center of the bed. She soon realized he was so big and that he almost took up the space with his body. Nami smiled and sat at the edge of the bed.

"Are you going to let me sleep on the floor?" Nami asked playfully.

Zoro darted his eyes to her. "No! You sleep here" he pat on his chest.

"Don't want! You chest is hard. I want my pillow" Nami tugged the pillow under his head. She placed the pillow just below his arm and curled with her back on him.

Zoro glanced down at her and placed his arm around her waist as his body moved to spoon her, drifted to sleep together, without exchanging words.

Nami opened her eyes slowly. She felt a strong arms looped around her waist. Slowly her mind collected the pieces of her last night activity. She turned to her side watching the still sleeping Zoro from the corner of her eyes.

Nami looked on the floor and saw her blouse. She stretched out her hand for it but his hand on her waist locked her, restraining her from reaching the cloth further. So she had to struggle a little bit to touch the article using her point and middle fingers.

"What are you doing?" She quickly laid on her bed when she heard his voice.

"Good morning Zoro!" She turned her head to the side with a smile.

"You want to leave?"

"No. Actually, I want to go to the kitchen" Nami said as she sat up.

Zoro clutched on her and leaned his head on her waist. "Let's cuddle some more" he said lazily.

"I want to make breakfast" Nami replied him as she tried to push his hand away.

"Let's make breakfast together"

"Are you sure?"

Zoro didn't answer, instead he sat and pulled her closer. He repeatedly nuzzling her temple and cheek. Zoro smelled her in the process. The natural smell of Nami which he still loved and could never forget. He still could smell the same Nami.

"Hey, what's that for?" Nami asked. She could feel his breathe fanning against the skin of right side.

"I've been wanting to do this" he leaned his forehead against her temple. His chin rested on her right shoulder and his hand wrapped around her other shoulder "Always".

Nami chuckled and hit her head lightly on his forehead. "Let's make breakfast. I'm hungry"

Nami got up from her seat, taking the robe hanging behind the door and exited the room, leaving Zoro.

Nami turned around and Zoro who was just exited the room. She raised her brows when she saw he wore a plain shirt. or to be exact, his own shirts she had kept in the closet long time ago.

"Nami… I'm wearing this"

Nami nodded. "Are you getting bigger or the shirt getting smaller?" She asked when she noticed that the shirt was so fit that every ridge of his muscle was shown.

Zoro adjusted the shirt until he felt comfortable. "This shirt got shrink" he mumbled.

Nami laughed and rolled her eyes.

"I didn't know you still keep mine in your closet" Zoro said as he stepped closer to Nami.

Nami looked at him and chuckled. "I don't remember I have your shirt until you rummage my wardrobe" Nami answered him. "Must be Nojiko who kept that in the closet".

"We bought this in pair. Do you still keep the same pair right?"

Nami nodded in respond. "Since you found your shirts, you might as well take them back"

"I just take this" Zoro tugged the shirt.

"There's no guy in my house. What do I need them for"

"Well, just in case something like this happened again"

Zoro statement sending ripple of lust inside of her making her remembered the night they just had shared. She could still feel his touch ghosting every inch of her skin making her little hair stood.

"What are you making?" Zoro asked as he stood next to her.

Zoro voiced made her heart jumped a little, pulling her from her wandering mind. She was just lucky she could control herself not to jump.

"Just some sandwich. That's all I have in my fridge"

"Okay… so, in what way I could help?"

"I think, you can start by heating up the ham" Nami answered.

"Okay"

They enjoyed the breakfast with each other company. Exchanging talks like they had never met. None of them were thinking about the consequences of their action and how much it would ruin the relationship they already had. Or didn't they care at all?

When Zoro parked his car, he saw Tashigi's car next to him. He took his time before getting out and walking towards his apartment. Twisted the knob, he opened the door and saw Tashigi sat on his couch, reading some materials.

Tashigi looked up and smiled at him. She raised her brows when she saw Zoro just wearing a plain T-shirt, which was rare. Her mouth gaped at the sight. This was the first time she saw him in that plain shirt which enhanced the muscle of his chest and arm. She watched in awe at the sexy man who was now standing in front of her.

She rose to her feet. Her heart suddenly beat fast, hesitantly, she pulled him for a good morning hug, like she always did but this time it felt strange.

"How long have you been here?" Zoro asked, leaning his cheek on hers. Her stomach twisted into a knot when he touched her cheek with his. It was just a normal contact they always did she swear but then she didn't know why she had that butterfly feelings inside her.

"I slept here last night" She asked pulling away from him slowly. She felt lost at the contact. She wanted to touch him more.

"Why don't you call me?"

"It's all right. Not that important" Tashigi darted her eyes from him. Unable to watch him.

"Did you sleep well?"

Tashigi nodded. "I slept in the guest room". She then remembered her purpose to come. She pulled Zoro's hand and told him to sit on the sofa. She took out something from her bag and passed it to Zoro.

Zoro took the small envelop and pulled out the card inside the envelop. He frowned when he read the card and looked at Tashigi.

"Isn't this way too early to give me this invitation card?" Zoro asked her.

Tashigi quite fazed at his reaction. She shrugged. "Mom wanted me to give this to you, so..."

"Not sure if I can attend. But let's just wait" Zoro said.

Tashigi felt the gentleness in his voice. In the back of her mind, he was just happy and in a very good mood which she hardly saw in him.

"Have you eaten your breakfast?" Zoro asked.

Tashigi nodded. "Yeah! I just left some for you in your microwave, in case you haven't taken yours"

Zoro nodded as he put the envelop on the table. For Zoro, it was just a normal day he had with Tashigi, like any other days. He leaned against the sofa as he spreading his arms along the back of it, dozing off without knowing the effect he had on the girl who sat next to him.

Tashigi, on the other hand, blushing furiously. All of the times, why this was the moment Tashigi felt awkward around Zoro. Wasn't it just the same normal things they did when she stayed in his house. Then why now? Knowing the other party was dozing off, her eyes slowly lingered on Zoro sleeping form. Her eyes fell on his chest. She licked her lips unconsciously.

"Was he always this sexy? Why I never noticed this?" Tashigi quickly glanced away when she saw him moving. Her heart beat fast, afraid she'd been caught. But then, when she saw he still took his good nap, her eyes trailed to him again. She clutched her hand tightly, fighting the urge to touch the bulge muscle.

No matter how hard she tried, her hand automatically reached for his delicious and tempting muscle. Slowly she stroke his chest causing him stirred a little. She jerked her hand away. When she saw he continued his nap, she placed her hand on his abs. Tracing the ridge of muscle when suddenly she felt her hands being pulled.

She shocked when his hand grabbed her wrist. She looked up and met with his eyes. Her heart beat like the drum that she could hear it thumping. She felt embarrassed when Zoro caught her that she felt like wanting to curl herself into a ball and hide in the corner. She avoided his eyes. Didn't know what to say.

"So you have this hobby of watching me when I sleep, aren't you?" Zoro asked.

She didn't know whether he was amused or he was mad. She didn't dare to look at him. Instead, she closed her eyes and bit her lips waiting for his further action.

"Why are you…?" Zoro stopped when he saw her blushing furiously, like she was suffocating. He let go of her hand. "Never mind". He tilted his head to watch her amusing reaction. Thinking back, maybe this was the first time Tashigi tried to touch him in a "sensual" way.

"You want to feel this?" Zoro asked as he put his hand on his abs. Zoro was about to burst out laugh when he saw her shaking her head nervously. Then Zoro realized, this girl is innocent. So naïve. He pulled her hand and put it on his abs. "It's okay. Don't worry. Touch it all you want"

Tashigi looked at him hesitantly "Ca-can… can I?"

Zoro nodded. After all, it was just a touch. Nothing harm could be done.

Tashigi then palmed his abs and she now could feel his every muscle without having to restrain herself more.

Zoro looked at the girl who watched him in awe. This was really her first time touching a man. He smirked.

After she had done exploring his abs, she pulled her hand away.

"Satisfied?" Zoro asked.

Tashigi nodded as she put her hand together.

"How does it feel to you?" He raised his brows.

"It's hard" Tashigi rubbed her palm. His feel still lingered in her palm.

"This is the first time I see you in just a plain T-shirt" she spoke, "And touching your… your… muscle" she added.

"Aahh" was all his response. Zoro closed his eyes and put his hands behind his back, leaning against them.

"And this is the first time you allow me to touch you that way" Tashigi smiled to herself, still sitting next to him enjoying the silent "date".

Nami pulled the bed sheet and replace it with the new one. Gathering the materials, she went to the washroom, filling the washing machine and soaked the sheet inside the machine. After punching several buttons, she headed to the living room. Since there was nothing much to do, she just sat and read the novel.

Her phone rang next to her. She reached for her phone without scanning whose name appeared in the screen. She punched the button and put the phone next to her ear.

"Hello" She heard the familiar voice at the other line.

Nami's expression suddenly changed. If one could describe, it was a painful expression. She put her novel on the table as she hugged her legs, listening to the person who was calling her.

"Tora…" Nami bit her lower lips.

"Feeling unwell?"

Nami shook her head. "No… I am just tired… just…" she cleared her throat, "finished cleaning my room"

"Is that so?" Law asked.

"And reading my novel" she added.

"And?"

Nami fell quiet, not sure what to tell him anymore.

"Cheer up! Why do you sound like having some problems?" Law's voice pulled her back.

"No… no… I mean, we haven't met for… quite some time so… it feels so strange"

"Normally you talk a lot"

Nami felt a cold stung her heart at his words. Was she so bad at lying?

"I just miss you" Nami finally said. Although she didn't knew whether the words held meaning or not.

"You are not so excited about it, Nami-ya. I can tell. Now, tell me what's troubling you" Law demanded.

Nami felt her jaw clenched.

"It's okay Tora… I can manage just fine" Nami lied. "I don't want to trouble you with my trouble. You should focus on your work instead" she added some more lies.

"Are you sure?" Law asked.

"Yes… I'll be fine in a day or two… it's just a small problem" she replied him. "Since when I become a liar?"

"Hmm… That's not convincing"

"I was in a middle of solving that" she tried to convince him. "Solving what? You liar" Nami scolded herself.

"Okay! That's about right"

"Huh? What?"

"Is it so hard to tell me?"

"Em… not really"

"I should be there in time you need"

"Now why do you have to say the almost same thing Zoro said to me?" Nami screamed inside. "It's okay… not a big deal" She tried to sound more casual.

"I love you"

That again. Nami's voice stuck in her throat. She tried to keep her composure but soon fail because she knew she could no longer reply his love confession.

"Emmm" That all she could reply. Was it so hard to reply him back? That's what she thought.

"There are only few days left"

Nami nodded. "Yes… hope to see you soon" But she could hear, there was no excitement in her own voice. "I'm hung up" Nami said to him, couldn't bear to stay on the phone any longer.

"Okay" she heard him replying her.

Nami hit the end call button and placed her phone on the table. She curled herself and stared her phone.

Law is a good man, how could she lie to him. How could she? Didn't that make her look like a bad person?

"What am I doing?" she leaned her head on her knees. "I really need a fresh air"

She got up and reached for her phone, punching several numbers.

She waited until the other end picked up.

"Hello" Nami heard Kidd's hoarse voice at the other end.

"Ah! Kidd, you still asleep?"

"What do you want, woman?" Nami could hear him growling over the phone.

"Wake up! I'm heading to your house now" she ended her call without waiting for his response. She bolted to her bedroom and took her sweater. Putting her sneakers, she exited her house. Kidd's house and hers were not that far, only five minutes by walking.

Once she arrived there, she knocked his door and waited. She heard a click on the door, before she could enter, a woman exited the house, real quick. She just stared blankly at the running woman, she looked so much in fears.

"Kidd must have scolded her" Nami shrugged at the thought. She knew, Kidd must be in a very bad mood since she woke him up from his sleep. He had that habit, getting mad when his sleep was disturbed. She knew it pretty well. But, since she got used to it, she didn't care if Kidd scolded her that morning.

She didn't see him in the living room. Nami stormed into his room. "Oh! Great!" She let out a sigh when she saw he was still covering himself with the blanket. Did he just wake up to shoo away the girl? With all her might, she yanked the blanket on his feet to uncover him just to be greeted with a naked Kidd with only his boxer.

"Come on Kidd. Wake up! I want to go somewhere. I need your help"

"Ah…" Kidd growled "Just ask Killer to bring you there" Kidd scolded her and pulled the blanket again and covered his face.

Nami put her arms on her waist. Didn't want to lose, she pulled the blanket again and pulled his hand to sit him up.

Kidd glared at her with squinted eyes "What do you want now?" He ruffled his own hair and rested his forehead against his palm.

"Kidd, let's go somewhere" Nami grabbed and shook his arms.

Kidd felt like he wanted to explode and kick the girl who just disturbed his sleep but since it was Nami, it would be ineffectual. Would be the other way around. He grunted as he got up. "Wait up! Let me get ready" He took the towel and headed to the bathroom before shouting to her "Prepare me breakfast woman"

Nami did as told. After all she asked a favor from him first. Preparing him some breakfast wouldn't kill her. Rummaging his kitchen, she looked for any ingredients she could cook for him. Eggs. "Yeah! Scrambled eggs could do" she said as she took one egg and juggled it with her one hand.

Nami sat at the kitchen table, waiting for Kidd with her breakfast ready. Wait, could we call it breakfast? It's 11.00 am already. She propped her head on her elbow as she ate the scrambled eggs.

Nami heard the door clicked and saw Kidd exited his bedroom. Kidd headed towards the chair and pulled it out as he sat and ate his breakfast. Nami watched him eating.

"I would prefer not to be watched when I am eating" Kidd mumbled.

"Not that look could kill" Nami glanced away from him.

"Where do you want to go anyway?" He asked as he brought the spoonful into his mouth.

Nami sighed. "I don't know yet"

"Make up your mind girl"

Kidd heard she sighed again. She must have some problem. Kidd thought, but ignored it by the way.

"Who's that girl?" Nami asked. "A new girlfriend?"

"Jealous?" Kidd smirked.

Nami grunted. "You can never be serious with any woman you met"

Kidd fell silence. But then he chuckled. "Like you never had a one night stand"

It was Nami's turn to be silence. Kidd really hit the spot. While he was having a night stand with some random woman, she did have, but not with some random man, if she could call it as a night stand.

"What? Cats get your tongue that you unable to speak?"

"Shut up and eat" Nami sighed in defeat.

Nami wrapped her arms around Kidd as she pulled him to the lingerie shop.

"Now why did you bring me here?" Kidd scowled.

"Just want to pick some stuff" Nami said as her hand picked on of the panties. "What about this?"

"Suit yours. I'm waiting outside" Kidd grunted.

Nami smiled as she saw the flush painted on his cheek. "Okay" she sang.

Kidd was sitting at the bench in front of the lingerie shop. He watched as she was picking her favourite panties. People might misunderstand them, some might think they were couple since she clung into him. That sure brings back memories. He grunted again. "Why the hell did I agree to come here". If it's Killer, he sure knew what to do with that noisy chick.

/"Kidd! Let's take that couple shirt" Nami pulled his arms.

"Something hit your head, little missy? Go find a new boyfriend if you desperately want to wear that shit" Kidd growled.

"Kidd!" Nami cried out. "It's not that we often come here"

"What?! Claiming you in bed is not enough? You want more than that?" Kidd asked her with mocking tone.

Nami pouted. "Fine!"

Then the both walked along the mall. Suddenly he felt her hand tugged his arm. He looked at her who was now pointing at the lingerie shop.

"You sure want to see me in those outfit, don't you think so?" Nami wiggled her eyes.

"What a daring girl. You pick your own, I'm waiting outside" Kidd said as he jerked his arm away from Nami.

Nami grunted, "Ungrateful beau"

"Tsk" with that, he watched her heading alone to the lingerie shop./

"Eh? If it's not Kidd-san?" A female's voice pulled him from his thought.

When he looked up, he saw a girl, he sure had met somewhere but he didn't remember.

Kidd frowned, "Who are you?" he stood.

"Sorry! I am Tahsigi. Nami-san's friend" Tashigi bowed a little.

Kidd nodded. Hell if he remembered.

"Are you alone?" Tashigi asked.

He tilted his head to the lingerie shop, hoping she would leave him alone.

"So, you came with Nami-san?"

"Em". He gazed past her and frowned when he noticed a familiar figure heading towards them.

Tashigi noted the changes and turned around. Iit didn't seem that Kidd wanted to start a fight with Zoro like the last time, neither with Zoro. And Zoro seem to be fine with Kidd around. Then she recalled back the moment Zoro snapped at Kidd. She didn't know the reason at that time, all she could think that Kidd purposely picked a fight. Here she now, standing between the two guys and the both didn't even talk, not even exchanging greetings. Was she really ovethinking like what Zoro claimed her to be?

"Tashigi-chan?" Tashigi heard somebody called her name. "And Zo…ro?"

Tashigi swore, she could see Nami's expression changed while Kidd just rolled his eyes.

"Never thought will meet Kidd-san here" Tashigi said to Nami.

Nami nodded. "Yes…" she smiled a little which was directed to Zoro. That subtle gesture didn't go unnoticed by the red hair. He glanced away.

"Since we are here, what about we go to lunch together?" Tashigi suggested.

Nami didn't think it was a bad idea. After all, they had been "walking around" the mall for how many hours, she didn't know. And she also had decided to eat after this.

"Okay. But where?" Nami asked.

"Let's go and find a restaurant first" Tashigi said as she looped her arms around Nami, pulling her in the process.

Nami stopped and turned around just to see Kidd and Zoro still standing on their spot. Watching them like that just making her remember their time.

"Let's go big guys!" Nami said with a giggled.

Zoro smirked and Kidd just grunted but they followed suit anyway.

"Nami-san! You must be shocked when you see Zoro-san, don't you?" Tashigi whispered to Nami.

"Eh?"

"I can see it in your face. You look so shocked when you see Zoro-san"

Nami nodded. But that wasn't the reason. Only she knew but let's just put that aside.

"It can't be helped. I was also so shocked when Zoro-san agreed to go shopping with me. Normally, he would decline"

Nami listened to her. Zoro always rejected Tashigi? Just how cold this Zoro was to Tashigi. She wished she had known more.

"Oi! What are you girls whispering over there?" Zoro asked.

"Nothing!" Tashigi said as she looked behind and smiled at him.

Nami, on the other hand, thought about what Zoro had said to her last night. When he said he never let anyone stay in the spot he left for her, Nami felt so relief. Just thinking how special she was to Zoro making her happy. She smiled at the thought.

Tashigi stopped at a seafood restaurant. "I think, this place should be fine"

Nami looked at Kidd. Kidd just nodded in return. All of them entered the restaurant. Tashigi sat next to Nami. A waiter came and handing them menu. After ordering their food, they began to talk… except the guys. But the girls didn't care as they were talking between themselves, ignoring the two guys.

When they made their way out of the restaurant, they went separate ways.

Kidd stopped in front of Nami's house and helped her with the groceries.

"You sure shopped a lot" Kidd spoke.

"Once in a while" Nami unlocked the door. "Want to drink?" she turned to him.

Kidd shrugged as he entered the house while Nami held the door for him.

Kidd was sitting on the couch while Nami was stuffing her groceries into the fridge. Somehow, she seemed different. He couldn't describe it. Kidd took a glance at her in the kitchen. She didn't look happy.

Nami came to the living room with beer cans in her hand.

"Any reasons to have beer right now?" Kidd asked raising his brows.

"Not really. Just feel like I want to have a good drink"

Kidd took one when Nami passed him one of the cans. "Something happened?" Kidd asked while pulling the tab of the can.

Nami paused. "Nothing really happen"

Kidd shrugged it off. Liar.

"Was it Zoro?" Kidd spontaneously asked making Nami cough.

Bingo! Kidd waited for her answer but none was coming.

Nami bit the inside of her lips. "Is it so obvious?" She battled within herself whether to tell him or not. But she decided not to tell. She didn't want Kidd to get involved in her affair. Nami stared at Kidd. "He becomes sensitive this lately"

"You become so sensitive this lately" Nami voiced out her thought.

"Me?" Kidd raised his brows. "Or you?"

Nami sighed. "Kidd, were you and Zoro…" she chugged her drink instead of continuing.

"What do you want to ask?"

"Watching the both of you in the mall, it reminds me the old time" Nami said as she stared off.

Kidd felt something stuck in his throat, the pain, if he could describe. He looked at his drink, swallowing altogether the pain he felt as he drank. Didn't she know, the past that she remembered brought them to where they were now. Didn't she realized that, the past was something that hurt them. Why'd she have to remember something like that?

And, with that thought, the curtain of the past was lifted.

Chopper-chi: If I count my rough drafts, I have at least 9 chapters left (excluding this chapter). So I can't count exactly how many chapter this story will be. Back to the story, why Zoro didn't tell her? Just wait for it to be revealed :)

TrafLaw: I have no idea either… or maybe because I enjoy love scene between ZoNa a lot more than LawNa… haih! I wish I could write LaNa love scene longer than it actually had.

Novichan83: Does this chapter answer your question? Ha ha ha

ShadouMage: I also have no idea why it was so long. This shouldn't be happening… I should make up for it ;I

KakashiXSakura16: That's cliché right? But nope! I'm not going to let Nami getting caught like that. I already have that plot, just wait till it happened. Hahaha

P/S : This is not the end. I remind you again. This is not the end. The next chapter will still be continued after I finished the back story (It won't be long, I promise)
