Nami woke up when she heard her phone vibrating. She reached for it. A light shot her eyes causing one of her eyes to squint. She saw a new text message in her inbox, with just one eye, she read the message.

She sat and do some stretching, slapping her face lightly and went to the bathroom. She checked herself on the mirror and soon her eyes fell on the mark on the very visible red mark on her chest just above her breast. She brought her hand on the mark and smiled, remembering the time she got the love bite. After measuring herself for good, she went to bath.

She waited in the living room. Her mind pondering where he would bring her. It's 5.00 in the morning and she was sure there was no special place she could think of.

Nami dashed to the door when she heard somebody knocked on her door. She opened the door and was greeted with a smiling Zoro. She exited her house. When she looked up, she could still see the dim stars decorating the dark sky.

"Shall we go?" Zoro asked.

Nami nodded. "May I know where are we going?"

"A place you would love"

Nami tilted her head, pondering and followed him to the car. After Nami put on the seat belt, Zoro drove off.

"We are here" Zoro said as he pulled the handbrake.

Nami's eyes couldn't grasp the view in front of her but she knew the place very well. She had not visited the place for quite a long time. She opened the door and got out of the car.

"Let's go" Zoro nudged her arm with his.

Nami looked at him and nodded, following him towards the hills. Only the light of his car illuminating their path.

"Zoro, what are we doing here?" Nami asked out of curiosity.

"You'll find out soon"

Unconsciously, Nami held Zoro's arm as she walked. She forced her eyes to see in the dark to watch her steps.

Finally, they reached their destination. Nami saw the dawn had broke. She saw the sky in the opposite side was still dark but not the other side. She smiled when she saw a mixture of orange and yellow on the horizon beneath the dark blue ocean of night began to evaporate.

"Let's sit"

Nami's body followed as Zoro sat on the hills, facing the beautiful colourful side.

"You woke me up this early just to bring me here to watch this?" Nami asked. She pulled her knees to her chest. She remembered that one time Zoro had said that to her. More like a promise. She shuddered when the cold air hit her skin.

"Zoro, it's cold" Nami said as she hugged her knees.

Without saying anything, Zoro wrapped his arms around her shoulder and he moved himself closer to her.

Nami felt the warmth emitting from his body. So warm and comfortable. She leaned her head to his shoulder. She didn't realize her action brought a smile to his lips.

"Are we just going to wait here?" Nami saw a bright yellow light began to peek over the horizon.

"It's about time" Zoro replied.

Nami slowly lifted her head from his shoulder and eyes widened in awe when she watched the glowing sphere slowly rose into the morning sky, casting its beams in every direction, illuminating the view, exposing all the beauty to the eye to see. Nami's lip bloom into a smile at the view.

"It's beautiful" She turned her head to look at him. Nami now could see Zoro's face radiated as the sunlight hit him. She could see clearly that he was smiling at her. The smile that made her heart melted. She smiled at him in return and pressed her nose against his cheekbone. Her hand fell on his thigh to support her weight. Her smile widened when she felt Zoro leaned forward.

After a while, she pulled away, Zoro slowly leaned down and kissed her temple. The warmth of his lips had Nami closed her eyes and leaned closer to him. They stayed like that for like eternity, enjoying each other company at the silent morning.

As much as she enjoyed it, her mind was still able to flash Law's image infront of her eyes. Slowly she opened her eyes when she felt a pang of guilty inside her chest churned but soon be ignored when she felt his hand wrapped around her neck, caressing her cheek. The touch soothed her heart as it did to her own skin. Nami took his hand and turned to the side to kiss his palm, long enough.

"Let's go for breakfast" Zoro said. He stood, pulling Nami in the process. The both climbed down the hills and went to the car.

After breakfast, they went to several places, enjoying their weekend together. Zoro brought her to many places she familiar with. She had hoped that the time just stopped to give the precious moments to her and Zoro alone. Spending the time with Zoro, brought back all the sweet memories they had shared together. At the very moment, she felt like she was the happiest person on earth.

The twilight gave a dim light to the road they were walking, they circling the fountain, watching as the water fell into the sprayground. The neon lights gave out various color to the dancing water. It was beautiful the to eyes.

"There isn't much people" Nami spoke.

"It's weekend" Zoro replied.

Nami looked at her watched. "I think we spent a long day, don't you think so?"

Zoro nodded.

"Can you drive me home?" Nami asked turning her back to Zoro. But then a hand wrapped her shoulder, pulling her back.

"Stay with me tonight" Zoro said as he hugged her from behind.

Nami could feel his breathe tickled her neck. But oh! that sensation. She should say no, but deepest part of her wanted it too damn much, forgetting all the insecurities and guilty she felt inside. Her heart and mind felt so weak when he was near. In the end, she nodded agree.

They headed to his condo. Then Nami realized, Law's condo was just the opposite park of Zoro's. But all that was ignored when Zoro held her hand. She smiled when he looked at her.

She entered Zoro's apartment. Zoro put the key on the nearest table as he headed to the living room.

Nami headed to the glass window and yanked the curtain to reveal the dark blue orange colour painted the sky.

Zoro came back with can of beers and a small cup of salt with both hands. He watched her standing near the window, a spot he knew she loved and always loved.

"You really love standing there"

Nami turned her head just to see Zoro came to where she was standing. Zoro passed her the beer. "You still drink?" Zoro asked.

Nami nodded, took the beer and turned her eyes to the nightfall view. Zoro followed her eyes. Only silent between them.

Nami cringed when the bitter taste hit her throat. "You put too little salt in it" she commented.

Zoro pointed his thumb at the table behind them. Nami headed to the table and put a teaspoon of salt in her beer. Then continued to stand next to Zoro watching the sky turned dark that only the light of the city decorating the view.

"The end" Zoro spoke and turned his head to Nami.

Nami looked at him and smiled again. "Isn't that beautiful?"

"You always ask me the same thing over and over again" Zoro grunted.

Nami pouted and glanced away from him. She couldn't stand to stare at his eyes longer. It was just too much to her. The longer she stared, the weaker her wall became and would easily break. She knew. She sighed and went to sit on the three cushion couch behind her. Zoro followed after he pulled the curtain together.

"Are you hungry?" Zoro asked. His elbow rested on the headrest and propped his head on his left hands while facing Nami.

Nami shook her head. "I think, I ate a lot" she added. She turned to meet his gaze. Something inside her stirred, something like burning in the pit of her stomach and that gaze, felt like he could strip her bare with just casual stare. Even so, she couldn't draw her eyes away from his.

His eyes were just like a magnet and that attracted the opposite pole which was her eyes. She studied his face as he turned his head to the front, placing his drink on the table. Everything still looked the same. His eyes, his brows, his face. Everything she could see, she wanted to stare at that face the whole night. Unconsciously, her right hand reached for his ear, lightly pulling it with her thumb and point fingers so that his face turned to her again. She tilted her head and smiled at him.

Zoro looked at her confused at first but then smiled at her back as he grabbed her hand which was on his ear with his left hand and threaded his fingers with hers. Zoro enjoyed the warm feeling of their hand knitting together. How he wanted to hold her hand so badly.

Nami watched as he did so. She couldn't help but feel nostalgic. It came knocking the door of her heart all of sudden. How she missed that time where they could hold hand freely. She smiled at their threading fingers. His hand was hard and large but so gentle on her hand. She brought their hand closer to her and kissed the back of his hand, long enough that she felt her lips became numb.

"When is my turn?"

Nami looked up and saw him plastering a big and mischievous grin on his face. She smiled in return and brought their hand in front of him. Zoro looked at their hand. He unthreaded his fingers and held her hand to his mouth, kissing the slightly protruding bone.

She watched and smiled as he kissed her fingers then to her palm to the back of her hand and trailing his lips along her arm. His hand holding her arms as he did so. The kisses sent butterfly into her stomach and making the hair in her skin stood. He stopped and rested his chin on her shoulder. Their face were inch close, she felt his nose barely touched her cheek.

Nami felt her back pressed the armrest as he leaned forward. She couldn't help but let out a mewl when he sucked her earlobe. Her hand grabbed his shoulder as the sweet tingling sensation burning her every skin. "Zoro… that tickles" Nami said between giggles.

Zoro halted and pulled away. "You are still so sensitive" With that comment he continued his onslaught. He crept his fingers over her lower ribs just below the breast making her whimpered. His other hand held the headrest to support his weight. He kissed her jaw before moving upward searching for her lips. He kissed the corner of her mouth before hovering over her, touching their forehead together. He was so close. So close that if she thrust her chin up a little, she could brushed his lips with hers.

Nami's heart pounding in an upbeat rhythm. Her body screaming at him to kiss her. She brought her hand to his nape and put a little pressure to his nape. That action alone caused his lips crushed on hers. Nami took the opportunity to capture his lips, nibbling on it before sliding her tongue inside his mouth.

Zoro groaned when her tongue touched against his. Instinctively, he closed his lips around her tongue and pulling it further inside his mouth as he sucked on it gently. At first she met his tongue, following his lead but his attack became fierce that she could no longer keep up. Nami felt the world around her spinning when he tugged and gave a long stroke against her own tongue. It was too much. She slid her fingers into his hair, her other hand clutching desperately to him, letting him dominance the battle she ever started.

He pulled away a second when his lung screamed for an air and slanting his mouth on hers again, giving her one last long kiss before he lifted himself off of her. Nami stared at the ceiling, feeling all the sensation leaving her body bit by bit. She sat when the last bit of the pleasure still dangling inside her.

"Isn't that too much for a dinner?" Nami asked teasingly as she brushed her hair messed up hair.

Zoro chuckled. "It's just a dessert"

Nami hit him lightly and laughed. "I'm gonna use the bathroom first" she scrambled to her feet.

"Your belonging is in the closet"

Nami turned to look at him. A small smile formed on her lips. She nodded and headed to his bedroom.

Zoro tidied up the table before following her to the bedroom.

Nami was already settling herself on his bed, ready to sleep. Zoro exited the bathroom, directly went to the wardrobe.

Nami propped herself on her elbow. Her eyes following him. He only had the towel wrapped around his waist. So sexy. She noticed his body was kinda big, compared to the last time. And his muscles became more prominent. How she loved to see the muscle bulged every time he moved.

"Have you had enough ogling me?" Zoro asked, completely turning his body to her.

Nami shook her head. "You have become more big" her eyes, watched his rippled abs, unconsciously licking her lips.

Zoro smirked and looked at himself. "I am?" He pulled the shirt over his head.

Nami's eyes followed as the bare torso replaced by the shirt little by little. Once the show was over, Nami laid on her back, staring at the ceiling. She felt the bed squeaked as he climbed up and settled next to her.

"Oi Nami"

Nami slowly turned her head to him.

"Come closer" Zoro patted the pillow next to him.

Nami did as told, shifting her body a little so that she was close to Zoro.

Zoro wrapped his arms around her, kissing her forehead before rested his chin on her head.

"Good night Zoro" He heard her mumbled. Zoro replied with a slight nod.

"I'm not sure if this blouse fits me anymore" Nami looked at her blouse, still dressing in the night robe. She searched through her piece of garments in the wardrobe.

"I don't think you gain weight either" Nami turned her head when she heard Zoro's voice. He was standing, leaning against the wall.

"Hmph… Zoro, drive me home. We still can make it in time… I guess" Nami suggested as she put back the rest of the clothes inside the closet and walked towards him.

"Sure" Zoro stood straight. "I'll be waiting in the living room"

Nami nodded and wore the blouse that was in her hand. She felt the blouse tightening at certain parts of her body. After that, she exited the room.

"You look like a college student" Zoro commented when he saw her exited his room.

"Oh shut up! Let's just send me home"

"Breakfast?"

"In my house" Nami replied shortly as he followed Zoro to the door.

After changing her clothes, they ate breakfast in silence and headed to work together. The time they arrived, the rest were already there but none of them were suspicious when they came in together into the office.

Nami noticed the atmosphere in the office was quite unusual. Especially Luffy, Usopp and Brook. They were more energetic than usual.

"What happened?" Nami asked no one in particular, pulling her chair.

"It's a payday" Tashigi's voice interrupted.

Nami smiled at herself. Yeah, she should know by now. How could she forget.

"Nami-san, we plan to go to club after work. Do you want to come along?" Vivi asked as she stood next to Nami's table.

Nami nodded. "Sure, why not"

"Zoro-san, are you coming too?" Tashigi asked Zoro who was now standing in front of his door.

"No" With that opened the door to his room. "Just enjoy yourselves"

Tashigi pouted. Nami confused.

"Let him be, Tashigi-chan. He just didn't know how to enjoy himself" Sanji persuaded Tashigi.

"Yeah, he is always like that" Brook nodded.

Tashigi let out a sigh.

They resumed on doing their task.

After withdrawing their money from the ATM kiosk, they headed to the club. This was the first time Nami spending her time with her colleagues in the club. Normally, they went to the small restaurant owned by Usopp's friend.

"Cheers" They clanked their glass together.

"You guys don't drink?" Nami asked the ladies as she sat.

Tashigi and Vivi just shook her head.

"We are not that good with alcoholic drinks" Vivi replied with a smile.

Nami nodded and proceed to drink with the guys. Sanji wasn't sure whether to let Nami drink but seeing her just fine, he let her and tending to Tashigi's and Vivi's need.

Tashigi wondered what Nami had put into her beer. She replied telling her she put some salt just to give some better taste to the beer. Tashigi nodded understood. But then she remembered, Zoro also put salt in his beer whenever he drank.

"Do people normally put salt in their beer?" Tashigi asked Sanji.

"It depends" Sanji replied.

"Sanji-san, do you?" Tashigi asked again.

"I don't really like alcoholic drinks, so normally, I don't" Sanji looked at Nami for a while and turned to Tashigi. "Why Tashigi-chan?"

"Nothing" Tashigi shook her head but her eyes still spotted on Nami. "I hope she's not going to get drunk" she added.

Tashigi occasionally reminding Nami not too drink much but the latter ignored as she enjoyed her drink too much. Tashigi surrendered. Vivi, on the other hand, assured Tashigi everything would be all right but knowing herself was worried too.

But, all the worries were left ignored when they saw Nami was all fine though they were ready to go home.

"Woah! Nami-san… I don't know you have a high tolerance to alcohol" Brook commented. "Just like Zoro-san"

Nami turned her head to Brook. She didn't miss the suspicious glance Usopp gave her when Brook mentioned Zoro. Nami raised her brow to Usopp just to acknowledge him causing the latter to glance away from her.

"I am worried for nothing" Tashigi let out a sigh.

Vivi patted Tashigi's shoulder. "Now we know Nami-san is all right"

"Nami-san, it's late at night, I think, I will drive you home" Tashigi offered.

Nami raised her brow. At first she wanted to deny her offer but she accepted it in the end.

They parted ways. Vivi followed Sanji and the rest while Nami and Tashigi headed to Tashigi's car.

"Nami-san, I thought you are going to present this thursday" Tashigi said as she drove.

Nami glanced at her for a second and replied. "Yeah! But Zoro said I don't have to present in front of the board meeting. Make me nervous for a while"

"Zoro-san will be the one to present in the board meeting" Tashigi told her.

"Eh? So, what's the purpose of my presentation?"

"That's how Smoker-san and Zoro-san examine us. Although, we may not be called for the presentation, but at least, they gave us experience" Tashigi smiled.

Nami nodded.

"Ah, by the way, I hope you are not offended at Zoro-san. He's always like that" Tashigi said to her. "I mean to tell you this long time ago"

"Ah… okay" Nami stuttered. Although she didn't know why Tashigi had to say that, deep inside, she understood. Tashigi still didn't know about Zoro and her were in that secret affair. That just indicated that Zoro hadn't told her about them.

She was too ignorant, just like Law. Suddenly, she felt ashamed of herself. She felt that she wasn't able to look at Tashigi knowing what she had done to her, behind her back. Would she feel the same to Law too? She didn't know. What about Zoro? Had he ever thought about that?

Nami stay silence along the trip until they reached her home. She thanked her again and waved her goodbye. She watched as the car disappeared into the dark road.

"He's always like that" Nami remembered what Tashigi had told her. "Which part of him is always like that?" she asked herself and turned to her house.

Her days at work went smoothly until she had to do the presentation on the fourth day. Although she was a bit nervous, but when she looked at Zoro who looked at her during the presentation, she gained her confidence. She was able to pull through the nerve-wracking session.

She exited the meeting room with a satisfied feeling. Smoker hadn't said anything to her yet about her performance. But she expected, she did better since Zoro didn't complain too much about that.

Nami sat at her table.

"So? How was the presentation?" Tashigi asked her.

Nami smiled in return.

Tashigi understood and smiled at her back.

Nami noticed Zoro walked into his room but he stopped at Nami's table for a while, handing her some papers. "You did a good job"

Nami felt happy at his compliment. "Thank you Zoro. I couldn't believe I can do that"

"Why do you have to be so uncertain about your ability?" Zoro asked but not expecting an answer. He patted her shoulder and headed to his room.

"Nami-san"

Nami heard Tashigi called her. She turned her head to her. Tashigi gave her a thumb as a sign of good job. Nami gave a wink to her as a reply.

It might look like a normal conversation but not for Usopp. He thought he saw more than that. He wanted to confront Nami or Zoro or maybe the both of them about that but he did not sure what to ask them. He knew he should not put his nose under their business, but his curiosity kicked in.

He wanted to clear things out for himself, not that if they would allow that. If they told him, he swore he would keep it for himself. He wanted to try, but who would he ask first? Nami or Zoro? Usopp glanced away when Nami caught him staring at her.

Nami thought she knew what was playing inside his mind. Who would not? He saw everything last time, it was just normal he was being suspicious. She assumed he wanted to ask her, and would gladly tell him if that could lower his ever suspicious glare towards her. Not that she didn't notice.

Nami waited at the bus stop but she didn't take any bus until Zoro came to fetch her, driving her home. Nami gratefully hopped in the car. They had been doing that, secretly, for the past few days. Nami realized, they were like having a secret affair, but she didn't care anymore. As of now, she was happy the way they were now. Even if she had to date him secretly. It was just too thrill but fun in some way.

They shared a long passionate kiss before Nami pulled away and got out of his car. "See you tomorrow Zoro" she waved him. She turned to her house after his car vanished.

Nami sat leaning against the sofa. She was still so exhausted. She had not even changed her clothes yet. She thought of taking a nap for a while.

She opened her eyes when she heard a clicked on her door. She realized she had dozed off moments ago. She turned her eyes to the door, waiting for what happened next. When the door opened, she gasped. Shocked all over her face when she saw a man she did not expect to come. Nami got up from her seat and stood unmoved on her spot. Her eyes following the guy.

Law stepped into the house, closing the door. He walked to where she stood. When she was about an arm reached, he pulled her into a hug. He felt her went rigid as he wrapped his arms around her. He was hesitate at first, noticing her so reluctant body, but then he thought she might be shocked seeing him, he hugged her tightly. One of his hand cradled her head.

Nami was speechless. She felt she lost her words due to the shock. She should know Law would return and exactly today. How could she forget. She leaned her cheek on the crook of his neck. Slowly she wrapped her arms around his waist.

"Speechless?"

Nami heard him asked her. She only nodded in response, but didn't pull away from him. Why now? She inhaled his smell. A smell she almost had forgotten.

Law noticed, she held him quite long. Longer than usual, just like she felt so insecure. Is something bothering her? But he didn't want to ask for he wanted to let her calm down. Letting her build her self conscience for a moment.

After a while, Nami placed her hand on his chest and pushed him lightly to look at him. "Are you tired?" she looked him in the eyes.

"Sort of" He replied. "But not anymore" He smiled.

Seeing him smile, her heart ached. When she looked at him, she realized how he was so innocent and that made her feel like she was the bad person on earth. She brought her hand to brush his cheek, tracing the smile lines in the process.

Law swore he saw a sadness in her eyes. His smile slowly faded. He lifted her chin with his thumb, searching for her eyes "What happened? You don't look happy?"

Nami shook her head and forced a fake smile on her face. "I just came back from work. Do you want to drink?"

Law studied her for a while. But then he let it slide. Just didn't want to make things harder for her. "What do you have?"

"Just wait! I make a juice" She went to the kitchen. As she went past him, she missed the suspicious look on Law's face.

Nami went to the kitchen. She clutched the door of the fridge tightly, before taking some apples. Zoro's image flashed inside her mind and all that was happening for the past few days. Everything was still so fresh. Everything, and it meant everything.

What have I done?... Nami asked herself. Now she knew she was not able to push the guilty aside especially the man she claimed ignorant was here. She couldn't avoid the guilt feeling that began to grow.

She heard the door of her bedroom closed. She jerked her head and saw no one in the living room. She knew he just went to the bathroom. Nami let out a sigh she had been holding carefully. Even so, it still could never calm her down.

Nami put two empty glasses and a jug of apple juice on the counter. She sat waiting for Law. She lifted her head when she heard the click of the door and saw him heading to the kitchen counter. He sat at the opposite side.

Law frowned. "You haven't changed your cloth?"

"I dozed off before you came" she poured the juice into his glass.

Law took the glass and drank the liquid, but stopped halfway, settling the half filled glass on the counter, calmly.

Nami watched him suspiciously. "How… how was that?"

"Too sweet" Law looked at her.

"Hah?"

Law shoved her the remaining of his juice to Nami, motioned her to drink it. She did as told. With just a single sip, she stuck her tongue out. Too salty. She then realized she put salt into the juice instead of sugar.

"You don't have to put sugar or salt in that juice. It's sweet as it is" Law said, reaching his hand to her cheek. "You are thinking too much sweetheart"

Nami scratched her non-itchy neck. "Sorry… sorry… I make a new one" she scrambled to her feet, taking the jug of juice and headed to the sink, pouring the remaining content into the sink.

Nami froze when she felt his hand sneaking around her shoulder. "Just rest… I know you are tired" she stood near the sink, letting the water flew through the faucet washing the discarded juice. She felt him kissing her shoulder repeatedly, so much like begging her to calm down.

"Yeah… I am so tired… too much work today" she spoke. Though she didn't know why she told him that. Not that she told him lies. It was true but just a part of it.

"Come" Law pulled her hand and led her to the living room. He sat her on the couch and settled himself next to her.

Nami waited for his next action. She felt his hand sliding to her shoulder and felt her body slowly leaning towards him as he pulled her. Her cheek slowly landed on his chest while his chin rested on her head.

She didn't know what was the purpose of him doing that but she didn't ask. His hand which was on her shoulder moved to caress her hair, gently. Whatever Law did just now, soothed her turmoil mind. She closed her eyes and listened to his steady heart beat. So calm. Slowly, her mind fell into the state of unconsciousness with his heart beat as a lullaby.

Law dried his hair with the towel while facing the mirror. When he tilted his head, he noticed something hung on the knob causing him to stop from his action. He reached for it and knew very well what it was. He took the necklace and clutched it on his hand.

He exited the bathroom and saw Nami was still sleeping soundly. He stood at the edge of the bed, studying her form and his eyes fell on her neck. Her empty neck. He bent down and kissed her cheek while his other hand caressing her forehead.

"Baby wake up" Law spoke softly, sliding his hand to her shoulder and shook her body lightly.

Nami stirred at the light jerk. Slowly she rubbed her eyes and sat. She was greeted with the topless Law. Nami could smell the fresh scent emitting from his body.

"I have used the bathroom. Your turn"

Nami nodded, lazily got up and headed to the bathroom. Soon she realized she was still dressing in her previous garment. So I did fall asleep last night. She unbuttoned her blouse and proceed to bath.

When she exited the bathroom, Law was no where to be seen. She put on cloth and began to touch up to get ready to work.

Law was waiting at her in the kitchen. Soon Nami exited her room and walked to the kitchen.

"Did I trouble you last night?" Nami asked as soon as she sat on the chair.

"You looked so tired last night. How are you feeling now?" Law lifted her chin a little with his point finger.

Nami quickly caught his finger and giggled. "I'm fine".

They ate their breakfast in silence. After finished cleaning up, both of them headed to exit the house.

Nami still stood next to Law's car, waiting for him since he was still checking several things inside his car. She crossed her arms as she studied him.

"All set. Get on" Law said. He watched as she opened the door and sat in the front seat. Then he followed after, driving her to her workplace.

"See you in the noon" Law spoke to her when he stopped in front of the building.

Nami nodded and got out of the car. Law watched her as she vanished into the building and sped off to his workplace.

She sat at her table but didn't do anything. Just staring at her blank monitor. Her mind kept thinking about Law and Zoro at the same time but she didn't know what exactly she wanted from just thinking of things she couldn't even fathom.

"You seemed too focus on your monitor"

A voice made Nami startled. She looked up just to see smiling Tashigi who stood behind the monitor. Nami smiled back at her and turned her computer on.

Zoro exited his room and went to Nami's table, handing her some files.

Nami accepted the files and flipped through to see details. She looked at Zoro confused.

"It's as it is" Zoro replied.

Nami looked at the file again.

"You meant to say, I am going to do surveying for this particular land?" she raised her brows.

"Get ready. We are going to visit the site first" Zoro took the files back from her. "Wait for me in the lift" he then walked to Smoker's room.

Nami gathered her belongings and headed out of the office.

"Good luck Nami-san" She heard Tashigi cheered her on the side. Nami threw a glance at her before she walked off.

Nami stayed silence along the trip, didn't even look at him. Her mind still couldn't think clearly. Law's present, all of sudden, just making her brain dead.

"Nami"

Nami turned her head to Zoro when she heard her name being called. "Huh? What?"

"We are here!"

Nami got out of the car and looked around the target area.

"Let's go for lunch" Zoro suggested. Nami only nodded as she got inside the car.

"You have been very quite since this morning, why?" Zoro asked.

Nami didn't reply instead giving him a heavy sigh. She could feel that Zoro's eyes scanning her but she chose to ignore. Her mind played so many things she couldn't comprehend.

"Nami…"

Zoro called her again.

"Nami…"

This time quite loud making Nami jerked a little.

"Yes?" she raised her brows.

"I've called you many times" Zoro said.

"Oh, you did?"

"We are here" Zoro cocked his head to the front.

Nami turned her head to the direction. Suddenly, Nami felt her stomach churned. All of her worries filled her stomach that she didn't have the appetite. Since Zoro already invited her there, she just followed him. They sat in the restaurant. She didn't order any food. Just some drink.

"You didn't eat?" Zoro asked.

She shook her head. "I just don't feel like eating"

Minutes later, their orders were served. They didn't talk much since Nami seemed to be deep in her own thought. Zoro on the other hand let her in her own world. She looked like someone who really need some time to be alone. After they finished their lunch, they went to the car.

Inside the car, Nami was still so silent. Zoro drove his car. When they stopped, Nami gave him a confused look.

"Why are we here?" she frowned.

"Don't ask. Just follow me" Zoro got out of his car and opened the door for Nami. Nami stepped out.

"Zoro…"

"Come" Zoro held her hand and led her to the hills. Nami followed his step. Arriving at the top of the hills, he sat Nami on the shady area.

"There… you can think here" Zoro said.

The air breeze swept across her face softly and the air that she breathed gave her a calm feeling. Nami looked up at him. Zoro sighed and sat next to her, pulling her closer to his chest while his hand caressed her hair gently. Last night, Law did the same to her. Was she too transparent that they could read her? Whatever it was, she felt calm in the position she was in.

"Zoro! Law… has returned" Nami spoke. Somehow she sounded like she blamed Law for returning.

Zoro's hand stopped caressing her hair. "So you are worried?"

Nami didn't nod nor shake her head. She just leaned her head on his chest.

"Zoro… are you fine with it?"

Zoro could hear insecurities in her voice. "If it's you… I am fine" He answered sincerely.

"Have you…" she bit her lower lip, hesitate whether to ask him or not but then she asked anyway, "Have you told Tashigi about…" she stopped, didn't continue her question but she knew he understood very well.

"I can just tell her right away… but I am thinking about you" There was a silence. Then Zoro added. "Are you okay with me telling her?" He pulled her away to look at her face.

Nami looked up at him and shook her head nervously. "No… don't! Not yet". Speaking of Tashigi, Nami felt pity for her.

As he expected, she just too afraid to face the reality and the possibilities that might come due to their action. But, whatever came, he would gladly take the blame as long as she felt safe. It was his fault to begin with.

"Are you afraid?"

Nami didn't answer but Zoro was right. She was afraid. She knew she would not be able to handle the situation.

Zoro squeezed her shoulder, telling her everything would be okay.

"Let's just wait"

Though Nami didn't understand what he meant by waiting, that was all she or they could do now.

"Let's go! We have been spending too much here" Zoro stood. "Want me to send you home?" he extended his hand to Nami.

"No! Just drive me to the office. Law is waiting for me there" Nami answered as she held his hand and stood when he pulled her.

Zoro suddenly pressed his lips on her forehead. "Don't worry. I am here"

Nami watched his back and smiled. She then followed after.

Nami waited in the entrance gate. She waved goodbye to Tashigi and the rest as they left. When she saw Law's car stopped, she headed to the direction.

They exchanging talks a little. Nami didn't talk a lot, she just leaned on the seat and closed her eyes. Law kept driving until they reached his apartment.

Nami let out a sigh and stretched as she sat on the couch in the living room. Her muscles felt a bit relief when she laid on the couch.

"You look tired, Nami-ya!" Law commented as he walked to the kitchen.

"Ah- yeah! Visited site" Nami replied as she rested her head on the armrest, closing her eyes.

Law came with two cans of isotonic drinks and placed it on the table.

Nami opened her eyes when she heard him sat on the coach. She turned to lay on her side, facing the table. She watched as Law drank while sprawling his legs in the opposite couch.

Nami got up and reached for the isotonic drink on the table.

Law stared at her every movement while holding his can. His eyes fell to her neck again. That was when he had the urge to ask her.

"Nami-ya!"

Nami turned her head to Law.

"Your necklace… is it missing?"

Nami froze. Her eyes widened. Quickly she put her hand on her neck, realizing that her neck was naked. When? Her mind tried to remember when the last time she removed the necklace. She won't be able to remember. She looked at him, confused.
