Ch: 42 Inner rage
Adora looked at him, with shock in her eyes. "What happened?" she asked AJ. "Just like I told you, my torture by Blowhole caused me to get multiple personality syndrome and the little sanity I had left shattered. I wanted to kill them all, because I thought that all of my physical and emotional pain and suffering I had endured had been caused by them. All of my anger was unleashed at once, all focused on them. I snapped out of it just before…" he trailed off.

Gia was tired she hadn't slept well in the previous night and wanted to take a nap. As she walked to her train cart, she was approached by her mother. Daphne put her paw on her daughter's shoulder and made her turn to face her. "Gia, can I talk to you; alone?" she asked her in a calm voice. Gia nodded curious. Gia and Daphne walked to a train cart and closed the door. "What is it you wanted to talk about?" asked Gia. Daphne walked up to her and looked her into her daughter's eyes. "Gia are you pregnant?" Gia stood in amassment dumbfounded, with her eyes widened. She tried her best to stay calm and talk in a normal tone. "Why would you ask such a question?" This only made Daphne ask even more firm voice. "Yes or no, are you pregnant with the lion's cubs?" she asked. Gia knew she couldn't lie to her mother. With a slightly fearful voice, she said. "Yes, I am." For a short amount of time Daphne just stood there with not the slightest hint of any emotion. She then stepped forward to her daughter. Daphne then reviled her anger at Gia by slapping her in the face hard enough to knock Gia to her knees. Gia looked up at her mother with her paw on her cheek in pain. On her mother's face was a look of anger. Gia saw this anger in her mother's eyes. "I have no daughter." She said. She then left the cart without another word, leaving Gia alone in the train cart.
