Professor McGonagall had just came from checking on the Longbottoms, only when she had to lean against the wall for support as the whole castle shook violently, she didn't know what was happening, but she was going to find out. She was going to find one of the two Heralds to explain this when; she noticed that Herald Harry came out of the defense classroom. He was pale as the uniform he wore; he staggered over to her and passed out cold at her feet. She gasped and quickly moved him to the hospital wing it took some time.

Madam Pomfrey came over, she uttered some spell and waved her wand over him, but for some reason she couldn't get back a reading. She tried every diagnostic spell she knew and still got the same results.

The door opened, and Corina slipped in, her expression wasn't very concerned about her partner.

"Oh, Herald Corina, thank Merlin; you're here, Professor McGonagall found him passed out in the hall and I haven't been able to get a reading on him." Madam Pomfrey explains

"I would be surprised if you could, that would mean, the Dean would have to take Elspeth to task about training her mages." Corina replied, she went over to Harry's bedside. "He's had a reaction to the usage of mage-power."

"So just a case of exhaustion and maybe some backlash, am I correct?" Pomfrey asks

"Yes, just give him an hour or two to come around, then give him a dose of that tea, I drank the other day." Corina replied, she started for the private office that housed the Longbottoms, she turned. "Oh, and if that idiot snake student comes in complaining of bruising, don't heal him. He needs to learn the hard way."

"Just as I hoped I have the tea ready for him and some food as well." Pomfrey replies. "What bruising?" she asked with a sly smile.

"Morgan kicked him." Corina answered honestly.

"I'll make sure to be to be busy for him." Pomfrey replied

"Don't do that, check him over, surely. Just in case, he goes running to daddy dearest, like he has been known to do in the past." Corina replied

"Very well muggle cure it is." Pomfrey replied

Corina had the notion that the healer didn't care much for that particular student. She shrugged and went into the office, that somehow had be magically enlarged to have Frank and Alice comfortably housed. She smiled as she saw some recognition on Frank's face.

Frank slowly stood and bowed deeply to her. "Thank you, Thank you, you saved us; how can we ever repay you just tell me and I'll gladly give it to you." Frank wept with tears of joy.

"Nothing." Corina replied.

"Just know that House Longbottom will always be by your side in any way you both need." Frank states

Corina wanted to scream and slap him, but she forced herself to remain calm, and went over to Alice, who was still locked in her insanity. She knelt, dropped her shielding, and allowed herself to be drawn into the woman's mind once again. As she entered Alice's mind, Corina felt the Alice's guilt of not being there for her family not being able to help her son and the fear of his anger and rejection he would show her.

Corina let Neville's emotions go allowing Alice to feel that her son didn't blame her for leaving him alone with his grandmother, that he was proud to be her son.

Corina felt the torrent of Alice's emotions slowly simmer down and her willingness to come back and make up for what was lost.

Corina slowly pulled her gift away, leaving the framework of healing, as she has done with Frank.

The Herald stood up, and walked out leaving the two to themselves; she went and sat down on the floor by Harry's bedside.

Poppy walked in and handed a mug of tea to Corina and a pot of the tea was placed besides Harry's bed.

Corina smiled her thanks, and drank the tea without bothering to sweeten it. She leaned her head back, and closed her eyes, "It's UnHeraldlike of me, but I want whoever did that in front of me so I met out the same to them."

"There's a long line for the witch she's one of the top ten wanted in the magical world. " Poppy growled out. Even with her shields, Corina could feel the anger flowing of her.

"Poppy, there is a saying in Valdemar, Never anger a healer; they know how you're put together, and they know what will hurt the worst. Dare, I say, I feel sorry for any who threatens you." Corina replied

"Only if they ever threaten one of the children I care for their the only ones I care for." She takes a deep breath and composed herself once more.

Harry groaned, "I now know why Vanyel called Final Strike."

Corina jumped at his voice and pulled him into a hug holding him tight.

: I need air.: Harry gasped out in mindspeech.

:Oh be quiet and just let me hold you: Corina replied

:But I can't breathe!: harry states

:Fine, you big baby: Corina finally let him go and sat at the edge of the bed.

Harry gasped in a breath, "Honestly, you would think I would be off seeking the Shadow Lover right now. I'm not about to let something stupid as a curse stop me."

Corina just laughed "I know that doesn't mean I wasn't worried."

"You worry about the wrong things." Harry states, before grinning.

Corina stopped laughing, "So am I invited to this wedding of yours, which I do not know about?"

Harry smiled "Of course, you are; you're the guess of honor."

"What are you going to do when we get back, drop your parents a letter, 'I'm getting married, be there in two weeks'?" Corina questions, of course, she knew Harry was nothing like her Uncle Dirk, but still it seemed that crazy ways of telling parents of matrimony plans ended up as being questioned under Truth-Spell.

"No, I was thinking more of riding to both our families' homes and telling them face to face." Harry replied

Corina's face paled to the same shade of white as her uniform at the thought of her mother's attention and planning a wedding. "No, Great good gods No!"

"Corina, love what's wrong? I thought you would like the idea." Harry replied

"All the stories, I have told you of my Lady mother, you thought I would like to tell her of my engagement?" Corina questions. She turned to look at Poppy, "In your terms, I'm a pure blood."

"Well truth be known so is Harry by way of his father he is the head of House Potter." Poppy answered

Harry turned "Was that my surname before I was adopted?"

"Yes it is or was I should say your father's family is one of the oldest in this land." Poppy answers

"No offense intended to their memories, but I rather keep the surname, I have now." Harry replies, "I rather be judged for what I can, instead of what my name presents." Harry drank four mugs of tea before he felt he could handle the questioning that was bound to happen once he returned to the outside world.
