The Companions for the most part, kept to a slow walk to not to outdistance Hermione.

Hermione for the most part watched the two Heralds in the saddle; they kept their seat the same way, and shifted in the saddle almost at the same way, to adjust for their Companions' movements.

Hermione was giving the heralds a brief history of the town and some of the more popular shops there.

"Almost sounds like some of the villages." Corina commented as she looked down at Hermione, she knew that the Companions' liked the girl, but they wouldn't consent to carry her.

"Yes, but I guess for the most part villages are the same. Just the people that live in them are different." Hermione answered

The Heralds nods,

"Ground and Center!" Harry snapped at Hermione, the professors all knew that the Heralds and they were suppose to bark out the order when the students weren't expecting it.

Hermione fumbled for a few seconds before she got herself centered and grounded.

"Very good, catling, but you need to be faster and a bit surer." Corina smiled.

Hermione flushed with pleasure at the praise.

The two companions shook their heads in agreement.

Harry was flipping one of the coins he gotten from the banker studying it.

Corina leaned forward and scratched Dasher behind his ears.

As they neared the edge of town, it seems as if it was one of smaller villages they have seen before. The Heralds dismounted and continued on foot.

The Companions followed their Chosen, senses alert for danger

As the trio walked in the heralds got weird looks by the other towns people the bookshop keeper waved his hand at Hermione "Your books should be in next week, Ms. Granger. "

Hermione waved back and led the two newcomers to the three broomsticks.

Corina for her part assess the emotional states of everyone that turned their way, she didn't sense any evil, just curiosity was the main emotion.

As they entered the bar and was created by Madame Rose "welcome to the three broomsticks what can I get you."

"Two Firewhiskeys and a butterbeer." Hermione answered for the three of them.

"Sure thing, have a seat and I'll bring them right over." Madame Rosmerta responds

Three went to sit down at a table, and Harry and Corina could feel the stares at the blindingly white uniforms.

"So this is more or less gossip center in the town and even for the school." Hermione comments

"And we're the local gossip." Corina replies

"Well to tell truth yes." Hermione answers

Harry just shook his head, "Seriously, anyone coming in wearing a different style of clothing and there's always talk."

"Well the fact that it's not just your style of clothing." Hermione looked out the window as well.

The Heralds followed Hermione's glaze, and found the Companions' enjoying the awed stares of the villagers.

"As you can see not too many even ride normal horses anymore."

"Yeah, you ride around on cleaning objects." Harry replies, "Or you use magic to transport yourself, which is dangerous then being thrown from a galloping horse."

Hermione gave a very nervous giggle "Not me I never did like flying."

"Then you will love riding Companion-back." Corina states, as she looked dreamily remembering the first time when Dasher had galloped.

Hermione gave a quick nod just then the drinks arrive. "That will be seven sickles dears."

Harry paid and took the one drink called a firewhiskey.

"You might want to drink that slowly it's called firewhiskey for a reason." Hermione warned.

Corina and Harry took a sip, and their eyes started to tear up.

The young witch and some others snickered at the heralds' reaction.

After a few more sips, they began to enjoy the spicy flavor.

"So how you two like the drink." Madame Rose asked giving them a sultry smile.

"Its good." Corina answers, she didn't like the way this woman smiled.

"Well if you need anything else just let me know." She replies as she set, three more drinks.

"I do not like the way, she smiled." Corina whispered

"It's no worse than that blue kept hanging around you, our third year." Harry whispered back.

"That was my nephew, you idiot." Corina states

"And she's just doing her job she flirts to get you to buy more." Hermione commented

"I can't help that I'm a jealous wench." Corina replies, eying the tavern keeper.

"Rina, you're the only one for me, you have no reason to be jealous." Harry leaned over and kissed her deeply.

Once the kiss ended, Corina grinned, "I'm a human as well, and you seem to forget that part."

Harry smiled "All I ever see is a goddess when i look at you."

"And you're going to be struck by lightning one of these days. I am not a goddess, and I do not want the real Goddess' wrath." Corina replied She stood up and walked out of the tavern.

Harry quickly stood and followed Corina out.

Corina knew Harry was following but she didn't care.
