Luffy's First Bounty

…The day before departure…

Nezumi was using a snail shape radio to contact HQ.

"Hello! Main Base! I am Commander Nezumi of unit 16! I have something to report to the main base!" Nezumi yelled.

"I can hear clearly. You don't have to shout!" the other person said, which was transmitted through the snail's mouth.

"Listen! There is a pirate named Luffy who always wear a straw hat! He has five members with him. He has declared himself to be the government enemy!"

…

The man on the other side received info.

However, the picture of Luffy was him smiling and seem to be holding the camera with the back of Usopp's head in the back ground.

"Listen! One of his crew members is former commander of the Krieg pirates Gin! I request a higher bounty for him!" Nezumi yelled.

"Well, at least we have a scary picture of him," the guy responded.

…Marine base…

The marine commanders were gathered.

"Listen up! This is showing the highest bounties of the East Blue who we know was defeated by our latest target," the head marine said revealing wanted posters of Buggy, Krieg, and Arlong, "They also say he might be a master of the power of Haki! For that reason we give him a fourty-five million beries."

The marine showed Luffy's poster, which had of course 45,000,000 beri bounty, and the nickname: Strawhat.

"It is also said that former member of Don Krieg's crew: Gin has joined this same crew. For that we give him a seventeen million beri like his former captain!" the man said showing a poster of Gin.

The picture was Gin snearing at the camera.

Only his nickname was now 'the Deserter'.

…

Dadan's men gained new.

"Dadan! Luffy is in the newspaper!" one said.

"What?" Dadan responded.

"He has a fourty-five million beri!" the guy said.

"Garp won't be happy about this!" Dadan responded.

…

Garp punched his desk in half.

"First Ace, now Luffy!" Garp yelled.

…

Fuchsia village was celebrating for Luffy.

Well, except for the mayor.

…

Ace was on a boat searching for someone when he received the poster.

"Man Luffy! At the rate you're going, you'll out do me," Ace responded with a proud grin on his face, "You must be proud of our little brother too, Sabo."

…

Mihawk arrived on an uncharted island that was controlled by the red hair pirates.

Mihawk walked his way to Shanks.

Shanks has grown over the ten years.

"Hi, Hawkeyes! What a surprise?" Shanks greeted, "I am not in a good mood right now. Are you coming here to fight me?"

"I have given up thinking about fighting the one arm man like you a long time ago," Mihawk said, "I met some interesting pirates that reminded me about that story you told me about a kid from a little village who could use Haki."

Mihawk showed the crew Luffy's wanted poster.

Those who knew Luffy was surprised.

"So, you've come, Luffy," Shanks said with a grin, "Hey! Everyone! Let's celebrate!"

"You still want to drink?" a pirate asked.

"Sure! It's a very happy day today, so we must drink!" Shanks replied.

…

"You increased the price!" Nami complained to the delivery bird.

The bird tried to look innocently as Nami paid for the newspaper.

"Okay! Haki lessons for beginners!" Luffy said.

"Why did I agree to this?" Sanji asked.

"It could be worse," Gin responded.

"Fair warning! Try not to pass out!" Zoro warned.

"Why would I pass out?" Sanji yelled.

"Here I go!" Luffy responded.

Luffy summoned a force of Haki on Sanji and Gin.

They collapsed on their knees from the force.

"What the heck?" Gin yelled, "I thought we were crewmates!"

"We are, but that's the best way to teach you," Luffy responded.

"I tried to warn you," Zoro responded.

"All you told us was not to pass out!" Sanji yelled.

"Hey Nami, shouldn't you be learning how to control Haki?" Usopp asked.

"I think I already got a better idea of how too without Luffy's lesson," Nami responded.

"Hey Usopp! Let's practice using Haki on each other," Zoro requested.

"I rather practice with Nami than with you!" Usopp responded.

"I promise I'll go easy on you," Zoro responded.

"Yeah right!" Usopp responded, "Besides, I'm too busy trinyh to develop new marbles to use."

He was trying to add hot sauce onto the marble.

All of the sudden, Usopp squirted so much hot sauce by accident that some of it hit his eyes.

"Ugh! My eyes feels like they're on fire!" Usopp cried in pain as he rolled around.

"Yeah! That's much better than practicing Haki," Zoro joked.

"Let's see… what's in the news today," Nami responded as she read the newspaper, "Right now the world is in chaos. Gasoline prices are increasing. There is a war…"

Two fliers fell out and landed next to Zoro.

"What are these?" Zoro asked picking them up, "Um guys! You might want to see this."

"Huh?" everyone responded.

Zoro showed them Luffy's and Gin's wanted poster.

"Wow! Fourty-five million beri!" Luffy grinned, "We have become popular!"

"You don't understand anything, do you?" Nami asked, "This means that many people are looking forward to killing you! With this high price, the main base must do something for sure! This doesn't include those pirate hunters!"

"The Derserter? Why they called me that?" Gin asked.

"Well, you did deserted the Krieg Pirates," Zoro replied.

"They deserted me!" Gin yelled.

"See? My picture is on here too! This is so exciting. I'm not a captain but my picture is spreading around the world!" Usopp gloated.

"It's just a picture of the back of your head. No one knows its you," Sanji responded.

"We can't waste our time in the East Blue anymore," Nami said.

"We're going to the Grand Line!" Luffy yelled.

"Yeah!" Usopp and Sanji yelled.

"We still need supplies before we go," Zoro responded.

"What's the next island?" Gin asked.

"It's the island with the town of Rogue Town," Nami replied.

"The city of beginning and the end," Gin responded.

"Yep! The legendary Gold Roger was born and executed there," Nami explained.

"So it's settle! We're going to Rogue Town!" Luffy yelled.
