Oddest Day Inside a Whale

Most of the Straw Hats were in the whale's stomach.

Well, they thought they landed in the whale's stomach.

Only thing was, it look like they were outside.

There were clouds and blue sky, and an island with a one-man resort on it, in the middle of what was suppose to be a sea of acid.

"What do you think?" Zoro asked.

"Never mind about what you are thinking, weren't we swallowed by a whale?" Sanji asked.

"Maybe this is a dream," Gin responded.

"What do you think of the house?" Zoro asked.

"I have no idea," Sanji replied.

Suddenly a giant squid came out of the sea.

"A giant squid!" Nami and Usopp screamed in terror as they hit the deck.

Just before Sanji Zoro and Gin could act, harpoons were fired and hit the squid straight through, killing it instantly.

There were chains attaching the harpoons to the house.

"Someone is here," Zoro said.

"I hope he's a good man," Sanji responded.

"Maybe not," Gin respoded.

"Where is Luffy?" Usopp cried.

"I want to go home," Nami cried.

Luffy was in his own situation.

He was in a long tunnel that was inside a whale.

"What is this? How come there's a door and a passage inside the body of a whale?" Luffy asked.

…Going Merry…

"Is the harpoon coming form that island?" Usopp asked.

"I think there's someone coming out of the house," Gin said.

Sure enough, someone or something came out of the house.

"A flower!" Sanji yelled.

"A flower?" Zoro asked.

"No it's a human," Gin responded.

Gin was right.

It was an old man that was, for some reason, dressed like a flower.

The old man used ropes to pull the squid toward his island.

"That old man killed the squid with one shot," Zoro said.

"Yeah, but did he do it to save us or was he fishing?" Sanji asked.

The old man looked at Sanji with a look of distrust.

Sanji did the same at the old man.

However, apparently that was just the way the old man look as he walked over too his lawn chair, sat down, take out and opened a newspaper to read it.

"Can't you say anything?" Sanji yelled.

"If you want to fight us, we aren't scared of you! We have a cannon!" Usopp yelled.

"Don't even think about it, or someone will die," the old man threatened.

"And who will that be?" Gin asked as he reached for his tonfas.

"Me," the man replied.

"You can't be serious?" Gin yelled.

"Calm down," Zoro told him.

Gin grunted.

"Who are you? What is this place? Can you tell us?" Zoro started asking the man.

"It's more polite to introduce yourself before asking questions," the man stated.

"You're right. Sorry," Zoro appologized, "My name is…"

"My name is Crocus. I'm 71 years old, and a pisces sign. My blood type is AB. I am a caretaker of the Twin Capes Light House…" the man known as Crocus said.

"I'm going to kill him!" Zoro yelled as he reached for his Katana.

"Calm down Zoro," Sanji told Zoro.

"You asked what is this place? You were swallowed by the giant whale and brought to my one-man resort! Do you think this is a rat's stomach?" Cronus asked.

"So we were really eaten by the whale," Usopp said, "But why is there a sky in a whale's stomach?"

"I painted it on the stomach. It's my hobby," Cronus replied.

"That guy has too much free time," Usopp responded.

"Who cares? If we're in a whale's stomach, then we're floating on acid and this ship will be disolved," Gin said.

"I don't want to be digested," Nami said.

"We're not going to be digested. We just need to find a way out," Sanji said.

"Well, We came through the mouth, so we can always leave through the other end," Zoro suggested.

"We're not going to do that!" Nami yelled.

"We're in a whale right? What about going through the blow-hole?" Gin asked.

"A what?" Usopp asked.

"Of course! A whale has a blow-hole to release water from it's body," Nami responded.

"Nami, you're great!" Sanji yelled.

"I was the one who mentioned it," Gin responded.

"But how do we get to the blow-hole?" Usopp asked.

"I believe it's in the top of the whale's mouth," Nami responded.

"Which means we have to go back the way we came," Gin responded.

"And find a way to the top of the mouth," Usopp stated.

"At least my plan has a simple route," Zoro stated.

"Like you know how to navigate through the digestive system," Sanji said in a mocking tone, "You probably could get lost in the small intestines even if they were just in a zig-zag path."

"How would you know? You haven't travelled with me that long!" Zoro yelled.

"Yosaku told me stories of how you led him and Johnny on lost journeys," Sanji said as he placed the cigarette between his fingers as he hold it.

"Darn it Yosaku!" Zoro growled.

"You can always take the exit over there," Cronus interupted as he pointed towards a doorway on the stomach wall, "It doesn't even go through the other end."

"You got another exit!" Usopp yelled.

"How can you have a second exit in a whale's stomach?" Nami asked.

The stomach started shaking.

"What's happening?" Nami yelled.

"So it begins," Crocus said.

"Huh?" Usopp responded as he turned Crocus' island, "Hey! Look! That island isn't an island! It's an iron ship!"

Sure enough it was an iron ship that had sand on the deck that made it look like an island unless the stomach started shaking, causing the acid to move.

"Of course! Iron doesn't disolve in stomach acid," Nami responded.

"Then our ship will be disolved!" Usopp responded.

"Hey! What's about to begin?" Nami asked.

"This whale is ramming it's head into the Red Line," Crocus replied.

"What?" Zoro and Sanji responded.

"Yes. I saw many scars on the whale's snout. Plus, he pulled his head up to the sky and cried!" Nami said.

"What does that mean?" Usopp asked.

"The whale is sad," Gin stated.

…Outside…

The whale was in the ocean as it swam several hundred feet from the mountain and then swim as fast as it could in order to rammed it's head into the mountain with great force.

The mountain didn't crumble, and the whale's snout has new opened wounds.A

…In the Stomach…

"What is that man doing here?" Nami asked.

"Maybe he's trying to kill the whale from the inside out," Usopp replied.

"Who cares? We need to get through the exit!" Zoro responded.

"Zoro's right! We're not whale hunters and we don't have any reason to save this whale, so we should get out of here!" Sanji responded.

"What about Luffy?" Usopp asked.

"If the whale has dived into the ocean, I doubt Luffy will still be on it," Gin said, "He's probably on the shores of the mountain, trying to find a way to save us."

Luffy was bouncing around the tunnels in the whale.

Why?

Because when the whale started ramming it's head, it started a shake in the tunnels that caused Luffy to lose balance and fell, and since the tunnels kept on shaking, and the fact that Luffy's body was made out of rubber, Luffy started being tossed and turned so much that he started bouncing like a rubber boucingball.

Finally Luffy fell out of the tunnel into a bigger room with a river passage big enough to hold two small ships.

"Gum-Gum Balloon!" Luffy yelled.

Luffy took a deep breath and inflated so that he cushion the blow,

Luckily, he hit the floor instead of the river.

Unfortunately, instead of bouncing around the room, Luffy started rolling down the passage way.

In a large room in the whale, on the otherside of the doors leading to the stomach, two people were there carrying bazookas.

One was a man with bright red hair, dressed as if royalty, even had a crown on his head, and tattoos of 9s on his cheeks.

The other person was a girl with sky-blue long hair tied in a ponytail by a metal ring.

They were actually at a smaller door on the big doors.

"Well Ms. Wednesday, we've finally got inside this whale!" the man told the girl, "That old man must be in the stomach."

"Yes, Mr. Nine! We have to kill that old man," Ms. Wednesday replied.

"Everything we did is for the whale," Mr. Nine reminded her.

"That's right, Mr. Nine. This whale is very important to our town," Ms. Wednesday replied.

"Okay! When I count to three, let's get in there," Mr. Nine said.

"Got it!" Ms. Wednesday agreed.

Out of nowhere, Luffy came rolling with much speed and power and hit them with so much force that when they hit the the small door, they went right through it.

The Straw Hats were trying to get the Going Merry to the exit, which was hard considering they didn't have any wind and if the oars would disolve in the acid.

"We can't reach the exit!" Usopp yelled.

"We have to!" Nami yelled.

Suddenly two people and what seemed like a human size ball smashed out of the door that was several feet above acid with a platform on it and a latter heading from the platform to the acid.

What surprise the Straw Hats was that the ball wasn't actually a ball, but rather Luffy.

"Luffy?" Gin, Sanji, Nami, Usopp, and Zoro yelled in shock.

Luffy deflated and saw them.

"Hey guys! You're safe? Good! Now save me!" Luffy yelled as he and the other two he smashed into crashed into the acid.

"Hey! That old man isn't at his island-boat!" Usopp yelled.

"Who cares? We have to save Luffy first!" Zoro responded.

The whale seemed to have finally calmed down when they saved Luffy and for some reason Ms. Wednesday and Mr. Nine.

"The whale seemed to be calm now," Gin said.

"Yeah, but for how long?" Sanji stated.

"So who are you?" Zoro asked Mr. Nine and Ms. Wednesday.

"They must be pirates, Mr. Nine," Ms. Wednesday thought.

"I can see that Ms. Wednesday," Mr. Nine thought as if knowing what she was saying.

"As long as I'm still alive, I won't let anyone touch this whale!" someone yelled.

Everyone turned to see that Crocus was on the platform.

"Whose the old man?" Luffy asked.

Mr. Nine and Ms. Wednesday started laughing.

"But we're inside the whale now!" Mr. Nine said.

"That means we can destroy the stomach!" Ms. Wednesday continued.

"And get out of here!" both said as they picked up their bazookas and took aim.

They took fire at the wall of the stomach.

Crocus jumped off the platform and took hit from both attacks.

"He used himself as a shield!" Usopp responded.

"Is he trying to protect the whale?" Nami asked.

"It's worthless!" Ms. Wednesday yelled.

"No matter what happens, this whale must be food for our town!" Mr. Nine yelled.

They took aim once again.

However, Luffy focused enough haki on them that they were knock down.

"I don't know what's going on, but I decided I don't like these two," Luffy explained.

"This has to be the oddest day I ever had," Zoro said.

"Welcome to the Grand Line," Gin responded as a joke.

A/N: If you haven't figured out what Zoro meant by other end, he meant the (clear throat) anus (clear throat).

I do know the digestive system from the stomach to the anus isn't as simple as I had Zoro puts it. That's the point of Sanji's insult.

Also the Straw Hat's don't really know where the exit hole to the blow hole is at exactly. I mean, it's not like they took whale-anatomy class.
