(A/N: Wow, I am back to this. Sorry for the inactivity, but school isn't getting any easier and I was working on other stuff. I can't wait until summer vacation. Anyway, I suppose I got a little bit discouraged when I didn't get any reviews for Chapter 27, especially when I felt it was one of the best ones. But I digress. It's not like I review everything I read.

So here's the long awaited Chapter 28 of "Tak Is Back". It's all falling into place...)

Dib had some time to himself while he was stuck in that shrinking bubble. Even though he couldn't straighten his neck anymore, he had found the best use of his time.

Checking out Zim's website.

Most of it was just text posts and selfies (in his disguise, of course) and not much else. But it was still pretty cool...

He was so engrossed in it, it took him a few seconds to realize that the closet door had been broken down.

Dib quickly shut the laptop and rejoiced as the Swollen Eyeball's infiltration team filled the room. Agent Tunaghost had managed to get ahold of Zim's remote, so she was able to shut the bubble off. (A/N: See? I told you he would survive.)

"Mothman, are you alright?"

Dib had never seen Tunaghost in real life before, but he certainly recognized her voice.

"Agent Tunaghost! I knew you woul- -"

He was cut off when she tucked him under her arm and began running back up the hall. There was constant noise and bustle; Computer was still trying to fight the virus, but the systems were going haywire.

"No time for chit-chat. We've got to get back to headquarters!"

Dib turned himself upright in Tunaghost's grasp."Headquarters? Really?! I finally get to see it?! This is the least horrible day of my life! Wh- -"

Agent Tunaghost stuffed a ham sandwich in his mouth.

"This is all YOUR fault!"

"In what way is this MY fault?!"

Currently, Zim and Tak were in the most demeaning position of their entire lives. Being carried in a cat carrier by Agent Crow's Feet. He was slowly making his way out of the base, taking a different route than everyone else. There would be no point in Zim and Tak trying to escape now; they would be caught in seconds.

Zim gripped the carrier's bars and turned to Tak."First of all, it cannot be MY fault. It is never my fault. Second of all, if YOU hadn't been dis-tracting me, with your warm beverages and whatnot, then I would have had time to come up with a better plan! Therefore, this is your fault!"

"If anything, this is Dib's fault!" Tak pointed out."If he hadn't shown up, we wouldn't be in this mess to begin with!"

"See? That's what I'm saying!"

"No, it isn't! You said that it was my fault!"

"It IS your fault!"

"But you just said it was Dib's!"

"PRECISELY!"

"Quiet in there!" Agent Crow's Feet rattled the carrier.

Zim arched his back."Mark my words, eyeball man! No one detains Zim! I will not remain trapped in here like common Earth feline! I WILL- -"

Crow's Feet sprayed Zim with water and he hissed like a cat.

"Buckle up, Mothman," Tunaghost set Dib down in the seat beside her. All the Swollen Eyeball agents were taking their separate methods of transportation. And Agent Tunaghost was taking Dib in her Mercedes."It'll be a long ride to headquarters."

Dib took another bite from his sammich."Wow, I can't believe this! Should I tell my family where I am?"

"Don't bother," replied Tunaghost, stepping on the gas."We'll be through with this in no time. They probably won't have time to miss you."

"Mhm," Having finished his meal, Dib looked out the window at the other agents.

They were traveling by car, helicopter, motorcycle, even unicycle. It was quite a sight to see. He wondered where among that mess Zim and Tak were being held. He settled once more as the network turned out of the cul-de-sac.

"So, what's going to happen when we get to headquarters?"

"I'm sure you've been informed of the problems arising for the network; you'll be told ALL about it once we get there." Agent Tunaghost brushed her violet hair out of her face. "You're going to meet the big cheese, Mothman."

Dib gasped."Agent Eye Drop?"

"That's right. Eye Drop, Eye Crust, Pinkeye; the whole enchilada."

Upon hearing this news, Dib began to fanboy SO HARD.

"SLEEP, child!"

Tunaghost flicked him in the forehead and he fell asleep.

Once the Swollen Eyeball members reached the headquarters, Zim and Tak were thrown into separate cells. So there's that. There were steel bars preventing their escape, and the place must have had cameras in every existing corner.

After Agent Crow's Feet had gone, Zim made his way over to the edge of the cell and took a gander at his surroundings.

It appeared to be the imprisonment center of the Swollen Eyeball Network's HQ. There were cells just like Zim's as far as he could see. Some held paranormal creatures, but most of them were still empty. He couldn't tell where GIR was from how high up his cell was built; he couldn't even see the floor of the room.

"Hey," Tak popped her head out of the cell beside him."What's going to happen to us? What is this place?"

Zim looked down again."It looks like some kind of insane asylum..."

"Seriously."

"I don't know! ...but I'm going to get out of here!" He slunk back into his cell and pulled out his communicator."GIR? Come in, GIR."

"Master!" GIR's voice came through."I wanna go home! This place smells like celery!"

"Yes, I want to go home too. Just lay low for a bit, and I after I find out what they're doing here, we can destroy it and leave. Everyone inside...I'm going to drink their body fluids like a big, gooey protein shake."

"YAY!"

"And remember what I told you; if somebody tries to open your brain..."

"Bite their fingers off!"

"Good robot. Bye now," Zim retracted the communicator and sat down, waiting for the right time to strike.

Tak still hadn't gotten the kiss(es) out of her mind.

So, Zim liked her for real? He sure didn't act like it. Then again, what other way was there to interpret such a thing? You only want to kiss people that you love. So...

Argh, wrong time, wrong time!

She should have been thinking of what this Swollen Eyeball Network was planning to do to her, MiMi, Zim , GIR, Minimoose and Skoodge, not her blossoming romance!

But what else could she do but sit there and allow her thoughts to wander?

And then Dib showed up with Agent Tunaghost.

"You see? This is where we've kept the aliens."

"Oh."

"YOU!" Tak tried to claw at the humans through the bars."When I get out of here...!"

"Uh, this looks personal...I'm just going to go..." Tunaghost shuffled away.

Dib just kept eating his pudding. It was that really yummy chocolate kind with the stars in it from Kid Cuisine. It was going to give him diarrhea eventually, but oh, well.

"Wh...Where did you get that pudding?" Tak asked him.

He shrugged. Then he turned to Zim's cell.

"How are you doing in there, space boy?"

"I'm not talking to you," replied Zim. He turned around defiantly.

"Dib, what's going on here? What are these people planning to do?" Tak questioned him further."And what do YOU have to do with it?"

"They're going to accomplish what I've wanted for years," Dib explained."Actual proof that aliens exist! After the autopsies, we're going to take your robots, and your GUTS, and all of our other findings away to an exposition in front of the entire world, and they'll finally believe me! I mean, us!"

Tak pieced it together fairly quickly."So this is where you've been keeping my ship from me all along. You've been pretending not to know where it was so that you could get your organization to bring me here!"

"...yyyeah...mmmhm," Dib looked around in embarrassment, knowing those weren't the exact reasons.

Unfortunately for him, Tak noticed his suddenly meek expression. Then it hit her. DIB liked her too? Of course!

This would be her ticket out of there!

She cleared her throat, calmed her voice down and switched on her human disguise so that she would seem less threatening.

"Dib, you don't have to do this, and I know you don't want to. It just wouldn't be right to kill us off like this."

"Yes, it would! This is to protect the planet, and if having you eradicated will help with that, then that's what has to be done."

Tak gritted her teeth. He was far more resilient then he had been in the past.

"Yes, but..." She reached through the bars and took his face in her hands."What about us?"

"'Us'...what?"

"Our connection," Tak poked his right cheek."Remember what happened there? If I'm dead, that'll never happen again! How sad is that?"

"I..."

"Agent Mothman, Agent Eye Drop has requested your presence at the grand meeting," blared the intercom."Agent Mothman, please report to the grand meeting...room...place."

"Have to go!" The boy finished hastily, and he ran out of the imprisonment center.

Zim burst out laughing at Tak's misfortune as she turned her disguise off and kicked at the wall.

(A/N: Really sorry guys, I don't have much time here! Basically, I'm at school and school is consuming my life! There may only be one update between now and summer! I'm really sorry and I wish I could work on this more! I'll try my best, with everything! See you next time!

DON'T LET THE FLAME DIE OUT AND LEAVE ME A REVIEW!

PS, I don't know why I like Agent Tunaghost so much, but I do. She had, like, two lines in the show.)
