Sebastian wrote the theme of the week on the board.

"We're doing songs from a Disney movie?" Justin asked.

"No, well you can do songs from the movie, but this week's theme is songs about cars, and driving." Sebastian replied. "We will not be covering songs from The Cars. So Justin did you have a song that you wanted to sing?"

"Um sure." Justin replied as he walked to the center of the room. He felt like he should have been wearing a leather jacket at least.

Get your motor running, head out on the highway
Looking for adventure and whatever comes our way
Yeah darling gonna make it happen take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once and explode into space
Like a true nature's child we were born, born to be wild
We have climbed so high, I never wanna die
Born to be wild
Born to be wild

I like smoke and lighting and heavy metal thunder
Racing with the wind and this feeling that I'm under
Yeah darling gonna make it happen take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once and explode into space

Like a true nature's child we were born, born to be wild
We have climbed so high, I never wanna die
Born to be wild
Born to be wild

After rehearsal, Jacobi came up to him with a smile on her face.

"That was quite a hot performance." She declared. "What time do you want to go out tonight?"

"I didn't know that you wanted to go out." He remarked.

"There's nothing sexy than a guy singing about a motorcycle." She explained. "Well maybe if you drove a motorcycle."

"Sorry, that's not something that I know how to do." He replied.

"Well that's too bad." She declared. "So when do you want to go out?"

"Um…7:00?" He responded.

"Great, I'll see you then." She stated before she walked away. He just needed a way to convince Natalie to give him a ride. He knew that he would be better off if he knew how to drive a motorcycle.

Elsewhere in the school, Aria and Jasmine were walking to class.

"So do you want to go to the Lima Bean after school?" Aria asked.

"Sure, I guess if you're going to be going there, I don't really have a choice." Jasmine replied.

"You know my parents can get you a car if you want one." Aria pointed out.

"I can't take that from them." Jasmine declared. "It's bad enough that they bought me all of these expensive clothes."

"So have you thought about who you want to go to the Winter Formal with?" Aria questioned. "Maybe you and Mustafa could get back together."

"I don't know." Jasmine replied.

"Come on. You're really cute together." Aria urged.

"Who are you going to take?" Jasmine challenged.

"I don't know." Aria replied. "I don't exactly have someone that I can just ask out right now."

In Glee, Aria was the one to take the stage. She wanted to sing a song for her brother and friend who died.

89 cents in the ashtray, half-empty bottle of Gatorade rolling in the floorboard
That dirty Braves cap on the dash, dog tags hanging from the rearview
Old Coke can and cowboy boots, and a Go Army shirt folded in the back
This thing burns gas like crazy, but that's alright

People got their ways of coping
Oh and I've got mine

I drive your truck, I roll every window down
And I burn up every back road in this town
I find a field, I tear it up till the pain's all a cloud of dust
Yeah sometimes, I drive your truck

I've cussed, I've prayed, I've said goodbye, shook my first and asked God why
These days when I'm missing you this much

I drive your truck, I roll every window down
And I burn up every back road in this town
I find a field, I tear it up till the pain's all a cloud of dust
Yeah sometimes, I drive your truck

I drive your truck, I drive your truck
I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind
I drive your truck

"So who was that about?" Jasmine asked.

"It's actually about two people." Aria explained. "My brother and my friend were killed in a car accident not that long ago."

She then began to unbutton her blouse, revealing a scar on her stomach.

"How about we go to the Lima Bean?" Jasmine asked unsure of what else to say.

Once they got there, Aria went to a table while Jasmine went to the bathroom. She looked around and couldn't help but a group of girls. In particular, there was one with curly light brown hair that caught her eye.

It was then that she noticed one of the girls, one with chestnut brown hair, walked over to her.

"Hi my name's Ashley. What's yours?" She asked.

"Aria." The dark-haired girl replied.

"So, Aria do you like girls?" Ashley inquired. Aria was a bit surprised by her bluntness, but nodded. "Well my friend over there with the curly hair was checking you out. You should go talk to her."

Aria then decided to walk over to the group also consisting of a blonde and a girl that seemed to be of Italian descent.

"Hey." She said to the curly-haired brunette. "I'm Aria."

"M…my name is Jamie." The curly-haired girl stammered. "This is Stacey and Laura."

"So I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date." Aria stated.

"Sure…" Jamie answered weakly. Aria then took a pen and began to write on her hand. "What are you doing?"

"This is my number, call me and I'll give you my address." Aria instructed before she walked back over to Jasmine.

"What was that about?" Jasmine questioned.

"I've got a date." Aria said with a smile. "This is a great place to meet people from other schools."

That night, Justin decided to talk to Natalie.

"I need a ride." He told her.

"Why?" She replied.

"I have a date." He declared.

"Well I have blind date and I don't know if I can give you one." Natalie pointed out.

"What if we went to the same place?" Justin suggested. "Why are you going on a blind date anyway? You've never really had trouble with girls before."

"Well this friend of mine knows this new girl and set us up." She explained as she began to look for some shoes.

"Do you even know her name?" Justin asked her quizzically.

"No, but I know that she plays football." Natalie answered. "If you want to criticize me then I'm not going to take you."

"Okay, I'll stop." He replied.

The two of them went to the Jacobi's house first and then to the restaurant. They got separate tables so Natalie could meet her date.

Her date was a tall girl with long dark brown hair and olive skin. She was wearing a dark green dress.

"Hi, I'm Natalie." The blonde greeted.

"Katie." The brunette answered. "So have you been going to school at Dalton long?"

"Just since this year." Natalie replied. "Well I went to Crawford last year, but now it's all once school. So I heard that you play football."

"Yeah, my brother played too." Katie stated.

"Where did you play?" Natalie asked.

"I actually played at McKinley in Lima." Katie remarked. "But Dalton is a better school and I couldn't refuse the scholarship."

In the morning, Jacobi was singing her example of a song about a car.

I had to escape the city was sticky and cruel
Maybe I should have called you first
But I was dying to get to you
I was dreaming while I drove the long straight road ahead, uh, huh

Could taste your sweet kisses, your arms open wide
This fever for you is just burning me up inside

I drove all night to get to you, is that alright
I drove all night, crept in your room
Woke you from your sleep to make love to you
Is that alright I drove all night

What in this world is keeping us from tearing apart
No matter where I go I hear the beating of your heart
I think about you when the night is cold and dark
No one can move me the way that you do
Nothing erases the feeling between me and you

Could taste your sweet kisses, your arms open wide
This fever for you is just burning me up inside

I drove all night to get to you, is that alright
I drove all night, crept in your room
Woke you from your sleep to make love to you
Is that alright I drove all night

"That was a great song by the lovely Celine Dion." Sebastian told her.

"Actually, 'I Drove All Night' is by Cyndi Lauper." Jacobi remarked. "Celine only covered it, like Roy Orbison."

Later in the day, Mustafa went over to Jasmine.

"Hey, Jazz." He greeted her. "I was wondering if you wanted to go to the winter formal with me."

"You know you really betrayed my trust by talking to my parents earlier." She replied.

"You know how that turned out." He pointed out.

"Whether it was the right thing to do or not, you didn't really have a right to get involved." She argued.

"Well just come to the auditorium before Glee today." He requested.

She did end up going just to see what he had planned.

You got a fast car, I want a ticket to anywhere
Maybe we can make a deal, maybe together we can get somewhere
Anyplace is better starting from zero got nothing to lose
Maybe we'll make something but me myself I got nothing to prove
You got a fast car and I got a plan to get us out of here
I been working at the convenience store, managed to save just a little bit of money
We won't have to drive too far just across the border and into the city
You and I can both get jobs and finally see what it means to be living

You see my old man's got a problem
He lives with the bottle that's the way it is
He says his body's too old for working
I say his body's too young to look like his
My mama went off and left him
She wanted more from life than he could give
I said somebody's got to take care of him
So I quit school and that's what I did

You got a fast car
But is it fast enough so we can fly away?
We gotta make a decision
We leave tonight or live and die this way
You got a fast car
But is it fast enough so you can fly away?
You gotta make a decision
Leave tonight or live and die this way

"Now will you go with me?" He asked.

"I guess I can if you're willing to do that." She admitted. "Make sure to wear something nice."

In Glee, she began to something herself.

Asked a boy what he wanted to be
He said baby, can't you see
I wanna be famous, a star on the screen
But you can do something in between

Baby you can drive my car
Yes I'm gonna be a star
Baby you can drive my car
And maybe I'll love you

I told that boy I can start right away
When he said listen babe I got something to say
I got no car and it's breaking my heart
But I've found a driver and that's a start

Baby you can drive my car
Yes I'm gonna be a star
Baby you can drive my car
And maybe I'll love you
Beep beep'm beep beep yeah
Beep beep'm beep beep yeah
Beep beep'm beep beep yeah
Beep beep'm beep beep yeah
Beep beep'm beep beep yeah

The next week, they would be preparing for the winter formal.

So we had our first crossover and the beginning of Aria and Jamie's relationship. Plus we have Katie who went to McKinley. Her brother is someone we know. She's played by Victoria Justice. The songs are "Born to Be Wild" by Steppenwulf, "I Drive Your Truck" by Lee Brice, "I Drove All Night" by Cyndi Lauper, "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman, and "Drive My Car" by the Beatles.
