A/N: Sorry if you already read this chapter but I had a last minute decision to have Dr. Kureha and Chopper be introduced BEFORE the this chapter. Just look for the new chapter before this. Thanks for the reviews for this chapter. Also I moved this down to chapter 103 when I decided to have the part with Gold Rogers' speech separate from the 'A Boy Who Can Use Haki: Monkey D. Luffy' Chapter.

Through the Snow and Avoid the Avalanche

Sanji Gin and Luffy were rushing through the snow with Nami fastened to Luffy's back.

"It's getting colder," Luffy said.

"Then why don't you wear more clothing?" Gin asked.

"Even though I wear all these clothes, I still feel cold to my bone," Sanji said.

"Just keep your mind off the cold," Gin said.

A rabit like creature noticed them and growled.

"By the way, do you know that the people, who live in this cold place, don't sleep?" Luffy asked.

"Huh? Why?" Sanji asked.

"Because if they sleep they die," Luffy explained.

"I think you're confusing it with Hypothermia, Luffy," Gin said.

"But that's what I heard!" Luffy said.

The rabit like creature with sharp K9 teeth started attacking them, but they dodge the rabit.

"Where did you hear that from?" Sanji said.

"I bet it's from Usopp," Gin responded.

"No! I heard it from someone in the village," Luffy replied.

The rabit jumped at Gin but he avoided it, causing it to bite down on a tree.

The rabit actually bit the tree in half.

"Seriously Luffy. It's when you have Hypothermia is when you don't or else you die," Gin responded.

"That makes no sense! Why would you not sleep if you're sick?" Luffy asked.

"You don't even know what Hypothermia is, do you?" Sanji asked.

"Some kind of disease?" Luffy asked.

Gin and Sanji sighed.

The rabbit like creature kept attacking Luffy Sanji and Gin with no prevail while they find something else to talk about it.

"How long will this stupid thing follow us?" Sanji finally yelled as he kicked the rabit far into the distance.

"Yeah. I wonder what what's wrong with him?" Luffy asked.

"Maybe it's one of those Rapans Dalton told us about," Gin said.

They kept rushing through the snow.

"Nami, please be strong. We will see the doctor soon," Sanji said.

"It's snowing pretty heavy around here," Luffy said.

"Hey Luffy! Would you be more careful?" Sanji asked, "You're carrying Nami."

Gin suddenly stopped.

"What's going on Gin?" Luffy asked.

"Look!" Gin responded.

They look too see five huge hybrids of a bear and a rabbit, along with the small rabbit like creatures on their backs.

"What are those?" Sanji asked.

"Giant creatures with white fur. They must be a polar bear," Luffy replied.

"No, I think those are the Rapans," Gin responded.

"How should we deal with them?" Sanji asked.

"I can tame them," Luffy said.

"No way! Too much of a risk," Sanji said.

"I'll do it," Gin responded.

"Are you sure about this?" Sanji asked.

"I tamed dinosaurs! How hard can it be to tame these things?" Gin responded.

"Just because you tamed a bunch of raptor doesn't mean you can tame creatures like these," Sanji said.

"Just watch," Gin responded.

Sure enough, with one force of Haki, Gin scared the rapans away.

"That was so cool!" Luffy laughed.

"All he did was scared them away," Sanji responded.

"I did more than you," Gin said.

"Let's just keep going," Sanji responded, obviously not happy about it.

They eventually reached the base of the mountain.

"Oh wow!" Luffy yelled.

"Hey guys, we should be careful and quiet around here?" Sanji said.

"Why?" Luffy asked.

"Think about it! We're at the base of a cone mountain with high hills of snow," Sanji said.

"So?" Luffy asked.

"So… we're in an avalanche zone!" Gin stated.

"Which means we can't do any major attacks that w0n't disturb the slopes," Sanji explained.

"Let's just go!" Luffy yelled.

"Luffy! We just told you to be quiet!" Sanji yelled.

"You're not helping by yelling!" Gin yelled.

"Hey! There's some more of those bear things!" Luffy yelled some more.

Sure enough there were a few more rapans.

The odd part was that they were jumping up and down continuously.

"Why are they jumping like that?" Luffy asked.

"Could they be..." Sanji said.

"They wouldn't..." Gin said.

A huge wave of snow came rolling down toward them.

"Avalanche!" all three yelled.

They started running away from the Avalanche.

"I swear that the next time I see those Rabbits, I will grill them with my own hands!" Sanji yelled.

"First we got to survive this!" Gin responded. Gin noticed a highcliff and have an idea. "Luffy, stretch us under the cliff!"

"What?"

"Just trust me! Also Luffy wrap your other arm around you and Nami to fully secure her.

Luffy did as he told stretched his arm and grabbed hold of the cliff as well as use the other to secure Nami. Sanji and Gin grabbed hold of Luffy as he managed to stretched them under the cliff.

"What now, Gin?" This won't save us!" Sanji yelled.

"Luffy! Gum-Gum Rocket us into the air, just like before!"

"Oh good idea, Gin!" Luffy responded.

Sanji and Gin grabbed hold of Luffy as he stretched his hand onto a cliff. "Gum-Gum Rocket!"

Luffy rocketed into the air narrowly avoiding the avalanche. When they came down the Avalanche had moved on down to the village. Luffy had somehow landed without hurting Nami.

"Gin! That was the riskiest move I ever seen!" Sanji yelled.

"It was that or risk the avalanche," Gin responded.

"I thought it was fun," said Luffy.

"Let's just get to the castle before more Rapans tried to kill us!" said Gin.

Little did they know the rest of their crew was struggling to find the doctor for them and the Avalanche wasn't helping them either.

A/N: Keep in mind, Luffy using his other arm like that was to make sure Nami doesn't fall off from Gum-Gum Rocket. The way I saw it no matter how Sanji Luffy and Gin dealt with avoiding the avalanche, Nami was in danger, but at least with this either and both Sanji and/or Gin wasn't injured because that would make the climb up the mountain harder. Also as Sanji pointed out, Gin didn't tame the Rapans with Haki which is why they struck back.

Lastly (but recently added) I'm having a poll to decide which stories I should update after I finished a Fanfiction I'm working on: The Tales of the Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus. There will be Five choices, including 'Haki Power Gum-Gum Monkey D. Luffy' and each month I would delete the choices and have a new list of stories from my list to vote from, except for the fifth choice which will be the story that got last place in the previous poll (or one of them if there's more than one). This way you guys get to help me decide which incomplete fanfiction I should work on each month.
